We've only been at the nursery for a month, but our first impression has been very positive. We were unsure about how our daughter would handle the move from a childminder to a larger nursery environment, but she's truly thriving day by day. She goes in happily every morning and comes home full of smiles.
She has a real soft spot for her key worker, who is caring, attentive, and in tune with her needs. Evie really understands how to support her development even in the small details, like helping her build confidence when socialising, which we know it will make a difference in future settings. The nursery's communication and regular updates help us feel connected and reassured as parents. Overall, it's been such a smooth and positive start, and I'll happily update this review in the future as our experience continues.

My son has been supported 100% by all the staff at the nursery. The outdoor activities and trips to the farm keeps my son engaged and happy with interactions with animals. The food menu is impressive for little ones. The staff working alongside my son show care love and attention to all his needs and
are always helpful when discussing anything with them. He started in the baby room and now in pre school. This was the perfect choice for him to set him up ready for school next year.

I was really anxious about going back to work after maternity leave and sending my daughter to nursery. From the very start, all of the staff have been so welcoming and kind. My little one absolutely loves going to nursery and can't wait to see the staff and her little friends. She enjoys her daily
farm visits. The menu is amazing and she has started to eat so many more foods through trying things at nursery. They do so many fun activities and I feel like she is learning so much.
We live in Oxted but were happy to travel a bit further because we felt this was the nicest nursery that we visited. I would 100% recommend it to everyone.

They offer daily farm trips and lots of free play.

My children absolutely love nursery and everything they have to offer. We've all created great relationships with the staff and the management are always very helpful. We get such a warm welcome and thorough handover after every visit, everything is tailored to be personal as much as possible to each
child who can we love. I worked here before having my children and I'd never considered anywhere else for my babies to be taken care of. The trips to the farm are the highlight of my children's time there and the staff work so hard to ensure every need is met. Excited to join in the extra events the nursery run through the rest of this year!

It is such a great opportunity to be able to send my child to Godstone Farm nursery. She is on the farm, feeding, looking after and learning about the animals every week. Not only that but she also gets to play on the farm play area and go on the dinosaur trail. Without fail she goes to play outside
every day which she loves, especially riding the bikes and playing in the sand. In addition to all of these physical and extra curricular activities, my daughter is being taught numeracy and literacy skills, learning about themed topics each week and always being read to. The only niggle I have is that staff handovers aren't always great. It's either rushed, or from a staff member who wasn't with my child that day. There has also been a noticeable lack of photos and updates on the parents group which is a shame because it's lovely to see what they're up to. Despite this, staff are all so welcoming and my daughter is pleased to see them all when I drop her off which is lovely

Thank you all! Our nearly 3 year old daughter has been attending Godstone Farm Day Nursery since we moved home around 8 months ago and my husband, daughter and I all couldn't be more pleased! It is not the closest nursery to us but we chose it following visiting several around our local area, and feeling
that Godstone stood out as a place which focused on developing curious and creative toddlers, who enjoy being outdoors (with a very large garden and farm visits), getting messy, having fun and nurturing independence. We felt this was where she would thrive. Over the past year, my daughter has developed wonderfully. She is eager to attend and comes home proud to show us the artwork she has created or the newborn piglets she has seen or friends she has played with. The staff are skilled, friendly and warm with both children and parents. Her key worker and room leader are both brilliant at their jobs and caring and we feel blessed to have them. A lovely nursery with staff who my daughter has developed genuine bonds with, she runs to press the button at drop-offs and excitedly tells me about her day at pick-ups. My children went to two different nurseries at the same time and I saw first-hand how they much preferred Godstone Farm over the other one they went to. The fact that they have access to the farm and the soft play is a major plus.
The staff are great and approachable, and are accommodating to parents
as well as the children which includes dietary and medical needs. Management is amazing and on the ball. I can see developments with my toddler in the way he speaks and acts so I know the interactions and engagement are positive and consistent with the staff. Highly recommend.

Our daughter has attended Godstone Farm Day Nursery since May. She was only 9 months old when she started but settled really quickly and formed great bonds with both the staff and other babies and children - a real testament to how dedicated, caring and professional the staff and team are.
Our daughter
is lucky enough to go to the farm, spending time outdoors, in nature and with all the animals - sometimes multiple times a day.
We're so pleased she is at Godstone Farm and confident it's the best nursery we could have found for her. And for those days when working parent guilt creeps in, knowing she is so happy, cared for and developing so well makes it so much easier!

My son has attended Godstone Farm Day Nursery since he was 9 months old he is now 2 and a half. I have not one single complaint all the staff are friendly welcome and always willing to help. They know every child so well and generally really care about each one! My son loves going to the nursery, the

Our daughter has been attending Godstone Farm Day Nursery for the past 18 months and has developed wonderfully. She runs to the door every morning and loves being able to get messy and creative with hands-on play and has made lots of wonderful friends. The daily farm visits are a real highlight and
we are delighted with the variety of meals offered and the team are always on hand to help with enquiries with a swift response. A special highlight to the care of the team when our daughter developed RSV earlier this year. The team spotted the signs, acted fast and cared for our daughter until we could arrive. We will always be thankful to the team for this. I would recommend any parent looking for a great team and their child to thrive in a safe and creative environment to choose Godstone Farm Day Nursery.

My eldest has been with the nursery since she was just about 1 year old and my youngest joined when 6 months old. Throughout the years the nursery has gone from strength to strength and is amazing at looking after little people. The staff are always happy to go the extra mile, conscious of my children's
continued development and also great for tips on behaviours in and outside of their nursery time. I personally would recommend placing your little ones here as they blossom in the environment around them. From great meals, playtimes, activities and events - both my children are thriving under the care of this nursery.

Godstone Day Farm Nursery has been excellent for the development and well-being of our little girl. We moved her to the setting in 2022 as we'd moved to the location. We found the staff really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. They were definitely a positive factor in her settling in as well
as she did.
Facilities are excellent as the kids get to visit the farm nearly every day and are exposed to the animals as well as getting to take part in different jobs/activities. In doing so, they get to learn about life on a farm.
There's always been space in the car park for parents. The only downside is that drop off and pick up can be very busy. However, the setting opens at 07:30 and closes at 18:30 which is a godsend for working parents.
All in all, an excellent Nursery where children get to play, make friends, develop relationships and start their learning journey. Highly Recommended.

The nursery's support during my daughter's autism diagnosis proved invaluable. Unlike previous experiences, the deputy manager played a crucial role in navigating this challenging process. Her professionalism and guidance significantly smoothed the journey. I appreciate the nursery's commitment to understanding
and addressing the unique needs of my child. Given their excellence, we decided to enrol our boy as well, and since six months ago, he has been in the baby room. He is progressing magnificently, thanks to the baby room staff, especially the nursery lady.

A fantastic team. There’s a wide range of experience levels at Godstone Farm Day Nursery. Some staff have their own children, others have great experience over the years and some new staff with less experience are all eager to learn. All of them contribute so much overall. The staff have been so kind
to our little one, providing closer care and cuddles when those days arrive. Equally encouraging them to become more independent too. They follow a fixed protocol when little ones are unwell to look after their well-being. The staff are patient with us as parents and provide a level of support I didn't expect. They have supported our decisions with nap changes, learning objectives and our baby's milk needs etc. A really lovely group of people who make time for handovers even when they have busier days. The facilities are good and going to the Farm is a special bonus. The arts and crafts they do is brilliant. We like the variety of food served and it's helped our baby's appetite.
