Since my first daughter started Barleylands, she has come on leaps and bounds with her speech and social skills, she learns so much at Barleylands and the proof is in the pudding when she brings her learning home. My second started this month, and they let my eldest visit her in her room to help her
settle in, the love that the staff have for the children is exactly what you want to see and feel when you drop them off knowing they are safe and cared for. The attention to detail regarding their learning and well being is second to none and they do not only think about the children but they think about the family too, they have created a perfect parent area with tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit. In addition to this no job is too small or too big and they will do whatever they can to help you with anything in regards to your children. I feel a sense of safe and warmth when I walk through the doors to drop my girls off, we feel so lucky our girls have a place here xxxx

My son was first enrolled in 2022. He absolutely thrived at the nursery. He would come home and tell us about the farm trips and what he did that day with such enthusiasm. My daughter has been enrolled since 2024 and I can definitely recommend. Each staff member has been amazing. From baby room right
up to pre school. They have gone above and beyond for both my children and it has not gone unnoticed.

Godstone Farm Nursery is probably the best nursery setting in Surrey. There really isn't anything else like it. The children are so well looked after, well fed, and the team arrange a huge variety of teaching/learning opportunities and activities to keep the kids engaged. Alongside that, they are out
everyday at softplay and/or visiting the animals on the farm, rain or shine. This really builds so much resilience and expands their understanding/comprehension of the world and circle of life. I swear my daughter prefers being at GFDN to being at home - weekends are far less entertaining than her week at the farm. My mum guilt is drastically reduced knowing that my daughter is beyond excited and quite happy to be handed over to the key workers every morning. I take her lack of a goodbye wave as evidence of her positive feedback on the setting as well :)

Godstone Farm Nursery is absolutely amazing, my baby has been attending since she was 4 months old and has come to love the staff and carers. Her face lights up when we arrive each morning and she is sad to leave at the end of each day.

This nursery is a truly wonderful setting. The farm environment is a fantastic addition, giving children valuable hands-on experiences and a real connection to nature. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, creating a safe and nurturing atmosphere for everyone.

is excellent-not only are the children well looked after, but parents and visitors are made to feel equally supported and valued. Me and my wife are so glad we choose godstone farm Nursey for our child. They have help him grow so much over the last 2 years of him attending, he gets to go to the farm all the time which he loves, gets to go to the soft play and he gets to enjoy playing with his friends that he has made.

Godstone Farm nursery is the most wonderful setting and environment for children. Both of our daughters have attended (one is still there) and they have had the best experiences. Regular trips to the farm, feeding the donkeys, stroking rabbits and more!

It feels more and more like a money grabbing business than a nursery and preschool who care about young children.

Positives are that the people who look after the children are wonderful and kind. The space is generous and farm visits are great - if they take place.

We are fortunate to offer generous indoor and outdoor spaces. While availability in certain rooms may be limited, this is carefully managed to maintain appropriate ratios and high standards of care.

All the staff we've met are so nice and friendly, they always stop and talk if they have time, if not always a hello or goodbye. 2025 has been full of events for kids and parents to join, which has been lovely and well communicated on app and nursery. The staff management and key workers listen to all
needs. They have a good variety of foods for lunch and dinner. I just wonder if Mead could do with more space for the kids to be in, in and at door? Value for money.. it seemed fair but new increase seems a little much, but we love the nursery, many staff I'd love to mention due to being very happy with.

My son started AFDN in July and he absolutely loves it. The staff are consistently outstanding, very communicative and go above and beyond. I really appreciate all they do.

We couldn't praise this nursery enough! Our daughter has been thriving ever since being here. We love the fact she gets to use outside facilities such as the farm, soft play and outdoor in general. The staff have always been informative during and at the end and at the end of the day during pick up.

My child has delayed speech, and since being in the toddler room, his speech has improved so much. He loves coming to nursery and playing with his friends. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. This nursery and staff have had such an amazing impact on my child's happiness and development. Thank you,

Our daughter has always enjoyed coming to nursery since she started at 9 months old. She has built beautiful connections with staff and other children, due to feeling comfortable in her surroundings. We love the fact that children get to go and explore the farm, and the mini farmers programme is fantastic,
promoting independence and responsibility. We're so glad we chose you to look after our daughter and help develop her skills and abilities. 100% recommend.

Overall very happy with the preschool. Welcoming staff and always happy to help with my son if he is a bit anxious going in first thing. My son always says he's had a good day with his friends. We love that the Nursery and preschool is part of the farm, as our son loves to be outdoors.

My son has been at willows since he was 10 months old and he's now 18 months. He has settled so well and formed great relationships with his workers who he is always excited to see and who genuinely care about him and his progress. Overall we are very happy with willows and would definitely recommend
it to anyone.
