Rainbow Day Nursery West Wickham

Our little boy joined the nursery at Christmas as we moved to the area. I was quite nervous as he he’d been in a nursery we loved previously and I didn’t know how he would transition, but I need not have worried. The staff at Rainbow Day Nursery West Wickham are amazing, they treat the children with so much love and care. Our little one runs into their arms in the morning and blows kisses to them when he has to say bye in the evening. It’s new so the facilities are great and they use the app to keep us updated throughout the day on everything he’s eaten, how he’s slept and a few pictures and summary of the days activities. He’s 18 months and his words have come on so much since he joined and he’s super happy. I’d definitely recommend.

We have been delighted with Rainbow Day Nursery West Wickham. Our daughter is very clingy, being a lockdown baby but Rainbow Day Nursery West Wickham has settled her in so well. She goes in and comes out smiling. It is such a friendly yet professional nursery. We receive regular updates throughout the day of what she has been doing at nursery, such as meals, sleeping, eating and playing and it’s so lovely and reassuring to receive this, with plenty of photos too! The games and activities run by the team are varied and stimulating and we can see from the photos how much our daughter enjoys being there.

We couldn’t have chosen a better nursery and location for our daughter. My daughter has been attending since January 2021. Her motor skills and confidence has developed rapidly since joining Rainbow Day Nursery West Wickham. I feel relaxed leaving my daughter at nursery because I feel reassured that she is going to be well looked after and have a lot of fun. I always pick her up happy. Great facilities, space, location and approachable staff.

My son, who is now 17-months-old and started at Rainbow Day Nursery a month ago in mid-October 2020. We needed a place for my son at incredibly short notice, and the nursery manager was incredibly accommodating at organising a visit and the settling in sessions. She was very efficient at all the admin, and the induction process went very smoothly. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and caring. They always greet us with a big smile and my son is very excited to go to nursery in the mornings! He always comes home happy after a day filled with fun activities. The amount, regularity and variety of food he gets at the nursery are amazing! I am never worried that he hadn't eaten enough. The nursery uses and app, through which, we get updates throughout the day to tell us when he had a nappy change, what and how much he ate and drank and what activities he'd done. They also send lots of photos, which is invaluable as future memories. Will definitely recommend to others!

I cannot be happier with Rainbow Day Nursery West Wickham. My little boy (2) has been attending for two weeks and absolutely loves it.

We had a rather unpleasant experience at another nursery, so I was quite nervous. But from day one, my son has been enjoying his time there and making new friends. We had no tears. None.

The staff are wonderful and very supportive. I love all the natural toys and objects and imaginative activities they put together for the children. I especially love the outdoor space and curiosity approach and how confident my son seems within the setting.

I’m absolutely thrilled that my son is happy and I highly recommend Rainbow Day Nursery.

Our daughter was 11 months when she started nursery. The open days and settling in days were amazing. Considering she has had a sheltered year and hasn’t seen too many people on a regular basis, this was an amazing way to help her adjust. All the staff have been fantastic and reassured us along the way.

Every week we are updated by the ParentZone app with new creative activities. Making bath bombs, finger painting and so on. Some weeks are themed with festivities such as fireworks night! The food is healthy and tasty. Again they update us on the app about food etc.

The care is very individual for each baby and she has created strong bonds with the team.

Rainbow Day Nursery West Wickham is brilliant. My husband and I have been so impressed with the care and kindness the nursery has shown our child. The communication is fabulous, I always have multiple updates throughout the day and beautiful photos at the end of the day. The staff create a magical learning environment where my child has gone from strength to strength. We can't thank or recommend West Wickham Nursery enough.

My girl has loved nursery and all of the food (she’s not fussy!) and loves exploring everything they have to offer there. It’s a new nursery in the chain and she went to a previous Rainbow Nursery and loved that too, very happy with it all! Well done everyone.

I can’t recommend West Wickham Rainbow Day Nursery enough. From beginning at settling in days to now with my daughter attending 3 days a week the communication has been excellent, keeping me updated on what she’s been up to each day. My daughter started as a nervous child but has come on leaps and bounds since being there, I can see a huge improvement. They have a large variety of things to keep them busy and entertained.

We were very apprehensive at first about finding the right nursery to suit our child’s individual needs and personality. So far we have found the team welcoming, professional and attentive to all children. There is a fantastic range of freshly prepared meals on offer along with a very creative variety of learning and play. We have felt so warmly welcomed and it is a breath of fresh air knowing our daughter loves to visit every day. Thank you Rainbows!
