My LO especially loves messy play with sand, flour, playdough, water and watercolours. She enjoys dancing and singing and listening to stories. There is a sport for tots session bi-weekly where kids can get to know several sports with a trained coach.
There is an app where you can check your LO progress, photos and videos, but it's only updated every 1 to 2 weeks. Although I would love to see daily updates, I am overall happy because you get a normal verbal or written report with the essential activities, lunches and nappies.

The staff at Lottie's Day Nursery are very friendly and knowledgeable and have the children’s best interests, safety and well-being at the heart of everything they do. During Covid staff have been taking the children’s temperatures on arrival making sure everyone is safe, I have also been receiving emails regarding changes that have occurred during the pandemic to make sure my daughter is kept safe during this time.
I feel so comfortable leaving my daughter and can’t thank the staff enough.

The staff regularly post observations to the app and the daily contact book ensures you have vital information with regards to nappies, sleep and food intake. My son has a suspected allergy so information such as this is critical. Incidentally, I have been very impressed by the management of his nutritional

The environment is clean and creative and my son takes part in a great range of activities that engage and stimulate him.
I feel that my son is receiving the best care that he can.

2 and really enjoys coming to nursery now. In fact, she is packing her nursery bag on Saturday and saying "play, play" pulling me towards the nursery. I think this is the best feedback from a child I can ever ask. Staff seem really caring. The communication is very good with the management, I feel comfortable to ask all the questions I have and always receive an almost instant reply. Thank you to the manager and all staff in general. Overall I am very happy.

P.S. I liked the fact we could show up some minutes before 8 A.M. and would still be OK - no need to stand outside in the rain or freeze or heat just because the bus arrived a bit earlier than expected.
