Lottie's Day Nursery Bromley

There is an app where you can check your LO progress, photos and videos, but it's only updated every 1 to 2 weeks. Although I would love to see daily updates, I am overall happy because you get a normal verbal or written report with the essential activities, lunches and nappies.

My son has settled in very well to preschool. Lottie's is very well organised, with lots of key activities arranged each day. They provide daily feedback and are always available to discuss further if needed.

I feel so comfortable leaving my daughter and can’t thank the staff enough.

I am very pleased with the nursery, they are very warm and extremely good with the children. They are always professional and accommodating with regards to extra days, they always have the children's best interest at heart.

I feel that my son is receiving the best care that he can.

I like the nursery. Lovely staff, fantastic management and happy child. Very good facilities and lots of activities for kids including sports. I quite like that is not crowded and children have lots of attention. I have noticed a lot of confidence in my daughter's behaviour recently. My girl is almost 2 and really enjoys coming to nursery now. In fact, she is packing her nursery bag on Saturday and saying "play, play" pulling me towards the nursery. I think this is the best feedback from a child I can ever ask. Staff seem really caring. The communication is very good with the management, I feel comfortable to ask all the questions I have and always receive an almost instant reply. Thank you to the manager and all staff in general. Overall I am very happy.

This nursery is brilliant. The staff did a great job of settling in my child after a stress-free application process. My child loves it at the nursery. The online platforms used for communication are easy to use and the setting is good at sending regular comms through these channels. The staff are very caring and my child is always willing to go in every morning. Thank you, Lottie's - keep up the good work.

Our son has been going to Lottie's for the last few months (baby room) and we have been really impressed. All the caregivers are really fantastic and seem to very much care for the kids. They're also very responsible, and completely transparent, so any problems can be dealt with quickly and calmly. Our son loves going in every day. Would highly recommend Lottie's to any parent thinking of sending their kids here.

My daughter started Lottie's in March this year and it has been an amazing experience for her. She loves going there. The teachers and Management are very friendly and everyone is treated equally which is good and they are also very welcoming.

P.S. I liked the fact we could show up some minutes before 8 A.M. and would still be OK - no need to stand outside in the rain or freeze or heat just because the bus arrived a bit earlier than expected.
