Partou Worcester Royal Day Nursery & Pre-School

The staff are fantastic and as they get to know your child they can tailor activities to support their growth and understanding. Plus they follow the interests of the children - world book day led to a lot of underpants drawing / designing based upon a book they all read. It's just a fab nursery and my son has settled well.

The care and kindness towards my son has been second to none. Although he didn't enjoy drop off it didn't take long for him to be having a great time playing and interacting with other children. My only feedback would be regarding communication, the observations were often not uploaded until the next day and there were few pictures/info on the daily activities. It would be good to have more info on what they had done each day. Overall an amazing place for my son to begin his developmental journey. The staff are so lovely!

Nothing is too much for the staff at Smileys, they are all friendly, caring and compassionate. My extremely shy son has really come out of his shell thanks to all of the staff and he has started to engage well and play with the other children. Returning to work was much easier than expected and I have always felt comfortable leaving my child in their care. I’ve since had a second child and we wouldn’t consider any other nursery. I find that not only do they do their best by my child, they have been very supportive and a comfort to me when needed. They are all simply wonderful.

He is well cared for and has his individual development renewed regularly.

He does a lot of different activities and spends a lot of time outdoors which he enjoys and is important to us.

My son's speech has come on so well over the last few months and the ladies at Smileys have played a big part in that. They always ask what we are working on so we are all working on the same thing to help him progress. The ladies always have the time to discuss what he has been doing that day so we feel involved in his learning and development.

All the girls are absolutely fabulous, friendly and approachable and put parents' minds at ease knowing their children are well looked after. Everyone is enthusiastic and full of energy. Cannot fault anything.

My child has been at this nursery for four years and he loves it, as do I. All the ladies are so loving, they have treated him as though he was one of their own. They have taught him lots of new things, e.g. his ABC's and that a certain letter is the beginning of his name, which he can also write. Not only have they always been kind and caring with my child, they have also helped me lots across the years. They are great with safeguarding and have a brilliant system in place.

I am an attending child's nanny and I have seen him arrive as a baby, now a school boy. The care Smileys have shown him! They have helped him grow in confidence. Any worries, they are there to help and advise. Every need of the child is met. I think I find the friendliness of all the staff amazing. As a nanny of a mature age, I can get nervous bringing him in and picking him up, but the support of the girls is always there. I would recommend Smileys to any new parents. Thank you Smileys. Having two children at Smileys over the last several years has been an absolute pleasure. Seeing how happy my children have been each day, as well as finding out how much they have learned, has always made me feel confident that Smileys is the best place for children to grow and learn. Thank you for everything you have done over the years.

My little girl has absolutely loved her time at Smileys. You are always greeted by staff with a smile and they put both yourself and little one at ease. If it wasn't for Smileys offering flexible days, shift workers like myself would not be able to work. She has gained so much confidence around other children and has learned so many new skills, ready for 'big school'. We have loved being part of the Smileys family.

Our child has been at Smileys for four years. The staff have always been friendly, positive and helpful. The staff have built a really good bonding relationship with my son and he has enjoyed his experience with Smileys Nursery.

We love Smileys. Our daughter and son both came to Smileys and they have the fondest memories. The staff are so amazing and made me feel at ease when knowing they would be in the best care. The staff are so incredible with the children and are so caring. Both our children were excited on the way to Smileys and would be sad at pick-up times. They always made days fun, exciting and full of love for the children. Smileys will remain a special place in our hearts.

All Smileys staff have always welcomed both me and my child with smiling faces and a caring attitude. Staff have an amazing bond with my daughter, she looks forward to attending every day and always leaves with a smile on her face. Absolutely outstanding care!

Our little boy has settled in so well and loves this nursery so much! He’s developed so much in the past few months since starting at Smileys. Staff are all polite, kind, helpful and always give a full update at the end of the day. Had been dreading him going to nursery on return to work, but it’s really the best decision we could have made. Thank you all so much!

My daughter has attended Smileys Worcester since 2020, during COVID I was really impressed with all measures to keep children, parents and staff safe. My daughter settled so well into Smileys and I truly believe this is down to the staff being so kind and engaging. She talks so fondly of Smileys and is always excited to attend her nursery days. As well as children being at the heart of everything Smileys do, they really value me as a parent and have been so accommodating right from the start from switching days last minute etc. All staff are approachable and are happy to help in everyway. I'm so pleased I chose Smileys for my daughter. She has thrived here and created a real positive foundation of learning to set her up for school.

Since joining the nursery, we have been welcomed with such warmth! My son adores every staff member and has grown developmentally since joining. The changes in the nursery have been seamless and have not affected my son in any way. My only wish is that he started sooner!
