It is the best nursery/preschool ever. Very flexible, very friendly, caring, passionate and empathetic. Lovely food and staff gorgeous. My son is learning many songs, seasons, body parts. Kids have water play, playdough, you name it. Management is great! I love them all for their dedicated work.

Thank you so much for the fantastic care you have given both my children at their time at creche. The hours have been flexible to our needs and you have been so helpful on numerous occasions when I have needed to change shifts at short notice. Thank you again for all your hard work and dedication as well as the ongoing kindness you have shown the boys. Thank you again.

We've had a wonderful experience during our two children's time spent at Partou. The staff have been very caring and supportive to our children. It's sad our time has ended with such a friendly, safe nursery and wish the staff and the company all the best in the future.

Partou Worcester Royal have taken care of my daughter since she was 9 months old. They have provided an excellent service and made the transition back to work easy. My daughter has loved her time at the nursery and looks forward to going every day. Knowing that I am leaving her with caring, friendly staff in a safe, clean environment puts my mind at ease whilst I have to work.

My children adore attending this nursery and they have come on leaps and bounds. Staff will always go above and beyond to meet their needs. At each stage/room change staff have got to know my children so transition has been easier and when it has been overwhelming adaptions have been made to make the process easier for them. Management is also very supportive and I know I can raise worries or concerns and this will be supported in all aspects.

Partou is a fabulous nursery. My 3 year old daughter attends and loves to come to nursery. Her younger sister is just joining. All the staff are great, friendly and very helpful. They will support and help my daughter with all her needs. I would recommend this nursery.

My niece and nephew love coming to nursery. They are always talking about their days, their friends and what they have got up to that day, from playing, eating and new things they have learnt. When I've picked them up, security checks have been thorough, which makes me feel they are in a safe environment. It's also nice to hear what they have done on a daily basis

Great staff team who have been incredibly welcoming and supportive of my son! He has been at the nursery for nearly 2 months and is absolutely loving it. It was a big change for him starting nursery and he was very nervous but the incredible staff have supported him with the transition and now he doesn't want to leave at the end of the day!

Our girl joined September 2024 and she thoroughly enjoys the nursery. The teachers are very caring and create a great environment for the babies to learn and have fun. We had a fantastic experience! Highly recommended.

My daughter has been attending Partou for the past two years, and she has absolutely loved her time there. She's always looked forward to going to nursery, which is a testament to the warm and nurturing environment the team provides. The entire staff are incredibly dedicated to ensuring the children feel safe, secure, and are continuously engaged in ways that support their development and curiosity. It's been so reassuring to know that my little treasure has been in such capable and caring hands while I've been at work. As a parent, I've also felt genuinely supported by the whole team throughout our time there. Although my daughter is now very excited to start school in September, I know I'll feel a real sense of sadness when we say goodbye to this wonderful nursery. I honestly cannot recommend Worcester Partou highly enough - they are truly superb.

Such a lovely place to send your child, my little boy absolutely loves it there, staff are caring and compassionate always ask whether they need to know anything when dropped off in the morning. Food is varied for the children and lots of snacks and fruit offered throughout day. Great in hot weather. Safeguarding is very good there alway keeping an eye on injuries from outside the establishment. Amazing care and lovely people. Wished we could receive more pictures and updates through the day of what they have done

We so happy with all the team do for my child at the nursery, he is absolutely thriving. I love how the goals are set for each child and how we can help achieve them at home as well as how the nursery will be supporting him. I really do appreciate how accommodating the nursery has been around our shifts, it's one less worry having only just gone back to work. I feel confident leaving my child with such a wonderful and skilled team, knowing he is such safe hands.

The nursery provide excellent care for my child, he enjoys his time at nursery. They have good meals and snacks provided. I have asked for more updates throughout the day via evidence me of the activities my child has done. All the staff are lovely and understanding at the nursery.

The nursery is a fantastic, safe, nurturing place to bring our little one. We have even booked a place for our next one, thank you for providing such a home to home family environment where our children feel safe, happy and our little one doesn't want to go home.

Great nursery. Lovely caring staff. Always take the time to talk about your child and also how you are. Encouraging for your child, great activities. Interested in your child's development and show a lot of care inside and outside of nursery.

My daughter absolutely loves nursery here. She even asks to come on the days she isn't due in. Everyone is so kind and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. My next child will also be coming here as the staff are lovely, and she has come on leaps and bounds since starting.

my child loves coming to nursery. She enjoys Playing with friends and talks about her day when she gets home. She likes her key worker and other care givers in the nursery. She always seems happy when I pick her up. Only thing I would highlight is she Sometimes doesn't eat the lunch meal, as I think the menu can be a little odd at times.

My son loves the two days he is at nursery, every day feels unique in terms of what he does and he loves the outdoor space. The staff are fantastic and as they get to know your child they can tailor activities to support their growth and understanding. Plus they follow the interests of the children - world book day led to a lot of underpants drawing / designing based upon a book they all read. It's just a fab nursery and my son has settled well.

The care and kindness towards my son has been second to none. Although he didn't enjoy drop off it didn't take long for him to be having a great time playing and interacting with other children. My only feedback would be regarding communication, the observations were often not uploaded until the next day and there were few pictures/info on the daily activities. It would be good to have more info on what they had done each day. Overall an amazing place for my son to begin his developmental journey. The staff are so lovely!

Nothing is too much for the staff at Smileys, they are all friendly, caring and compassionate. My extremely shy son has really come out of his shell thanks to all of the staff and he has started to engage well and play with the other children. Returning to work was much easier than expected and I have always felt comfortable leaving my child in their care. I’ve since had a second child and we wouldn’t consider any other nursery. I find that not only do they do their best by my child, they have been very supportive and a comfort to me when needed. They are all simply wonderful.

My daughter absolutely loves nursery here. She even asks to come on the days she isn't due in. Everyone is so kind and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. My next child will also be coming here as the staff are lovely, and she has come on leaps and bounds since starting.
