All three of my children have attended Smileys, and we could not be happier with the care they receive. They are kind, caring and professional and really seem to care about the children. Not a bad word to say!

I have been using Smileys for six years now with both of my children and have loved it. The staff are so friendly, and m children feel it's a home-from-home. The activities that are provided for the children are always good, fun and help to meet educational needs. Both girls have loved being at Smiley's for their early years care, and we will all miss them when we leave. I thank them for all their help and support over the years and for helping to contribute towards my girl's growth and development.

The creche is absolutely amazing - could not have asked for a better, safe, friendlier creche to send my daughter to. The staff are extremely professional, and my daughter's skills have developed so much since attending the creche. She learns about different cultures, food and different cultural events, which is brilliant and really develops her understanding of the world and different people/cutlers. The staff are happy, motivated and really lovely people.

The biggest asset at Smiley's is the staff. They are all so compassionate and caring with the children, and I've always felt like they take excellent care of our two boys. They definitely employ a team approach and collaboration with parents when it comes to development, and I often have discussions with my children's key workers about their progress and plans for the future. The new resources at the nursery are great. The only room for improvement I could suggest is offering more Halal options on the kid's menu.

My child loves coming to Smileys and often wants to stay when I pick her up. She has developed great people skills from coming here and loves all the staff.

Both of my children have attended Smileys. They have always been happy to go, and the staff have always been fantastic. The relationships they create with staff and children are incredible.

I have always felt that warmth and care are at the heart of Smileys. My daughter has always been very well cared for and always has a happy, positive experience. They do lots of fun learning through play with regular updates on what they have been doing. Smileys helped my daughter really well with her toilet training. The friendly, supportive staff have also helped and supported me as a mother.

I have had two of my children at the nursery over the last six years, and I cannot speak highly enough of everyone in the nursery. They are friendly (both with children and parents/carers) and always have the children's well-being and happiness at heart.
