RAFA Kidz Digby offers children a nurturing environment where education is mixed with fun activities to ensure high quality childcare.

Each child is assigned a key person who keeps close contact with parents to update them on their child's development at the nursery and giving parents the opportunity to provide feedback.

Good food is recognised as essential at RAFA Kidz Digby and all children are provided with a nutritious and tasty menu prepared by the nursery's own chef, which includes the children's five portions of fruit and veg every day.

The nursery has different rooms appropriate for each age group, designed to provide the right care and education at the right time.

Outside play is very important to the team and they try and ensure all children have daily exercise following government guidance. The nursery has a lovely outside space, surrounded by trees and open green spaces.

My little one smiles as soon as he gets to the door. Such a wonderful feeling to know that I’m sending my child somewhere that he is happy to go to. I know that he is safe there and he always has so much fun. When I peer in and see him playing he is always loving it. The practitioners are wonderful
and you can tell that they do genuinely care for the children. They keep us up to date regularly on how the children are doing and what activities they have been up to.

We couldn’t be happier with RAFA Kidz Digby, our child is clearly well looked after, additional needs are met consistently and he is developing every day through the varied activities. The food is impressive, varied and changes are communicated well. Our child has had the same members of staff in each
room throughout his time there which means he is settled and there are always familiar faces. Clearly staff turnover is low which means our child goes to nursery in a good environment with motivated staff. The facilities are excellent with a lovely outdoor area.

Staff are always friendly and happy. Very accommodating and supportive. My children thoroughly enjoy playing and going. I love the new outside ethos and no use of plastic at lunchtime. Seeing the children self serve their food is wonderful for independence.

Really easy and flexible service - recently moved to the area. Wrap around team been great with the kids and admin has been straight forward. Boys enjoy the sessions, I would like them to eat everything they're offered rather than say they're not hungry.

My son is so happy to be back at nursery after lockdown!
The staff are very friendly and inviting towards every child, including my little monkey. The activities that are planned are so engaging, and the outdoor play area is picture-perfect for littles to explore and have fun! I can always count on
my son being tuckered out from having fun all day when I pick him up at the end of the day.
If you have queries about your littlens day, the staff are happy to look into it for you and come back with an answer/solution. The online daily diary entries, sometimes with pictures, is wonderful to read and see how your little is developing.
Couldn’t have wished for a more wonderful setting for my son right on our doorstep.

Fantastic nursery with lovely staff who really engage with and care about the children in their care.
The activities are really creative and nothing is any problem with the staff.
They will go out of their way to help you at short notice. It’s a really safe environment for children and I would recommend
to anyone.

The nursery is exemplary. The care my daughter receives is second to none the staff go above and beyond in their roles. My only negative feedback would be regarding the change over to Rafa Kidz, the processes proposed have been slow and in most instances not implemented.

Lovely early years setting, good communication and all staff go above and beyond for the children in their care.
My Son loves attending and has made some lovely friendships. He is preparing to go to school in September and with their help I'm confident it will be a smooth transition.
