Incredibly helpful, supportive, understanding and patient team. Hannah is the most incredible key worker for Hallie and she loves seeing her of a morning and gets excited when she arrives. As a parent, it's daunting to leave your child for a day and worry they are not ok. That is certainly not the case. I can recommend the nursery enough and no words/ review will ever say how grateful I am to the team

Our little girl started nursery at 9 months old and is now 21 months old and she has had the best experience. She absolutely loves her time at nursery and has formed such a bond with all of the staff. We don't have a bad word to at all. The activities that they do everyday are above and beyond what we would expect.

The most perfect nursery! All of the staff are fantastic and are so attentive. I was worried about returning to work and leaving my Velcro baby but the staff here could not have done more to help us both make this difficult transition. After having a poor experience at another daycare I was worried that I wouldn't be able to return to work, so I feel very lucky to have found this daycare. Every single member of staff here is amazing, the reception team, management, cooks and the baby room staff, I can't fault any of them. You can really tell that they all love their jobs and want to be there. The development we've seen in our little one since starting here has been tremendous. It's lovely to see her come out of her shell and make bonds with the staff. The updates on the app are really great too and put my mind at ease. They do daily updates but also a weekly update with photos to show what the children have been up to. I look forward to that each week!

What a wonderful nursery. Our daughter loves her time in baby room and is always excited to go in and join her friends. Whenever she's poorly, it's quickly identified by anyone in the room, not just her key person. Our daughter's comfort techniques are also well known to everyone in the room so that she doesn't rely on just her key person, who knows her best. The support during my partner's deployment has been outstanding as baby room have maintained strong communication with me on how our daughter is managing. The weekly updates on the app with photos and regular observations have helped in this too. The atmosphere in the whole nursery is welcoming, friendly and inviting - I couldn't have wished for a better start for our daughter.

Although my little boy has only been in the setting a few weeks, I am already more than happy with the care he has received to aid him to settle in. He doesn't speak yet but he gives the biggest smiles when he is welcomed each morning by the staff in the baby room. To me that is comforting to know he's happy there. From the first contact I made with the nursery, to him starting, everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Nothing ever seems too much. Thank you for everything you do.

A welcoming and friendly nursery, staff always helpful and ready to assist. My daughter always enjoys her time there and comes away in a great mood. It's really helped her development and she is flourishing in this environment.

The staff in the nursery are all excellent. Really friendly and approachable. My child absolutely loves coming here and never has a bad word to say about it. The staff are all really patient and understanding when I have had to go away and our childcare needs go up and down a bit. There are 1 or 2 standout members of staff who are particularly great but they are all super.

Our little boy has been attending for over a year now and he loves it! Moving from baby room to toddler room and settling into both with the help of the wonderful staff, making lots of friends as well as learning and exploring his creativity. It's an environment that we would never be able to fully recreate at home and the skills he develops in the setting are all thanks to the knowledgeable staff. I genuinely believe that the activities they offer really do encourage the best out of the children at an accelerated rate. I'm not sure that his language and social skills would be at this level without RAFA Kidz, Digby.

From the start this Rafa Kidz have been amazing at supporting our son and helped him to settle in so quickly! He is now in the toddler room and he loves going to nursery which makes me as a working mum feel better about my decision to send him to nursery!

My son always loves being in the nursery, it's very good for developing his social skills and the staff are very friendly. However, I was just hoping the kids would get some snacks as well during the day, I remember they used to do it but it seems they are not doing it anymore.

Staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and professional, my child loves going. Any issues at all are relayed to me straight away and dealt with with compassion. I cannot find the words to describe how helpful and great the staff have been and continue to be, what a fantastic facility to have close to where you live.

My children have attended both the nursery and wraparound care since 2018. Lovely staff never had any issues and they help with anything you require. Very accommodating to your needs and both my children have loved attending.

My little boy finished his time at preschool last August and was there for 2 years. He loved going and literally ran there every day. The staff were all amazing and they were always kept me and my partner up to date with the progress of our child and the things they did on a daily basis. The family app they use was also a great idea for keeping us up to date on the progress on our child. They made the transition from preschool to reception very easy for our child. Would highly recommend RAFA Kidz Digby to anyone.

Great nursery my son is always happy to go in and is all smiles when he comes home full of stories about his day. The staff are always friendly and approachable I never have any concerns about leaving him in their care.

RAFA Kidz Digby is a supportive, caring, and nurturing environment. The workers there have been key in helping my child through a difficult year with a parent going through a traumatic health situation, and they have handled the whole situation with compassion, understanding, and love for my child. Aside from that, she also gets a fantastic education and opportunities to go for community walks and outings to the local gym and more. So impressed with RAFA KIDZ Digby! Thank you.

The staff at RAFA Kidz Digby are incredible. Our children absolutely love it there and are well looked after. The activities they do with the kids are very engaging and thoughtful. The outdoor play areas are also fantastic where they spend plenty of time in the fresh air. I'm so happy we chose this nursery and love seeing the updates on what our two have been up to throughout the week!

Such a great and very welcoming nursery. We are not military however we have all been made to feel very welcome. Very friendly staff and great environment. My son loves coming to nursery. Thank you so much for the amazing care!

Rafa Kids Digby are providing an incredible setting for my 2 (almost) 3 year old son. (Toddler room/preschool) They go above and beyond to provide a happy and safe environment for learning and my little boy loves going in to learn and play with his friends. The baby room was also incredible and helped us on our weaning journey. All staff are just amazing including the office staff and management. They are always helpful and provide regular updates with the app and at handover. They care and it shows! The facilities are fantastic with the outside area being impressive. This setting keeps the children excited and engaged and seems to cater for everyone's needs. Rafa Kids also provide healthy and yummy meals which I appreciate as this is important when they are here for long stretches of time. I could not be happier with the care here which is why i have continued my sons care here- originally I had planned to move to our local preschool by now. Thank you again Rafa Kids Digby!

Our daughter started Rafa Kidz Digby in May 2024. Since then her confidence has soared and we've seen her grow from a baby into a happy, thriving little toddler. We had some concerns over our daughter's walking development however the team at Digby fully supported both us as first time parents and our daughter and now she's walking all over the place. She often goes into nursery smiling and comes out naming all of the staff in her room and even asks for them at weekends. She has settled in so well at Digby and we cant wait to see how she progresses more during her time there.
