Brilliant, professional nursery. Who provides such a broad range of crafts/activities to keep children learning and entertained. My son settled so fast here and loves the brilliant outdoor play area! And the range of things he does. He has also trying new healthy foods since being at RAFA Kidz Digby and his speech which we were concerned by is coming on leaps and bounds! After 1 month at RAFA he can now count to 10 as well. So many milestones being smashed but also the emotional support when your child is upset or not settling is amazing. My son loves his key worker.

This is a truly excellent nursery! My daughter absolutely loves her days here. It is clear that the staff really care and enjoy being with the children; they also provide excellent activities and food! It was difficult for me to send her to nursery as a first-time parent, but I know she is cared for and looked after - plus, all the updates on her throughout the day help put my mind at ease.

All the staff are really friendly and management respond to any queries quickly.

Teachers and all staff have been amazingly supportive and friendly. They welcome everyone regardless of race or colour. They teach the kids well and help them in every activity and make sure they all participate. I am particularly pleased with my child’s progress.

Our son has been attending RAFA KIDZ for a year and a half. He has loved his time in the baby room and toddler room. The teachers are wonderful with the kids, always providing engaging activities and communicating with parents. We feel safe leaving our son with them.

Rafa Kids was the first nursery we sent our son to and he has loved it from day 1! The staff have always been amazing and no question is ever too much, they made his transition from nursery to preschool very easy too! He loves all the activities they put on and it is lovely to see the weekly update on what they have been doing that week. It is a lovely little preschool and the way he runs to the staff in the morning says it all for me!

They have been very accommodating for my child. She has settled in well and is loving the environment and staff. The facilities here are also great too especially the outside play areas. I would recommend

My little boy started at Rafa Kidz Digby last year after previously attending another setting. At first, I was a little nervous as to how he would settle in a new environment as he is so young however I was soon put at ease by the wonderful staff at Rafa Kidz and I saw how easy he settled and how happy he is every day! The activities the nursery do each day are fantastic and I doubt there is ever a dull moment! The brilliant communication with the nursery and the environment itself is why I'd highly recommend this setting!

My daughter has been attending RAFA Kidz Digby nursery for coming up to a year. She started when she was 7 months old and I was quite anxious about leaving her and returning to work. The setting provided settling in days and reassured me throughout the initial period. My daughter has settled in so well and I am kept up to date with lots of photos and feedback at picking up time. I was able to continue breast feeding with support from the nursery staff which is really important to me. My daughter loves going to the nursery, she happily runs to the staff with a big smile on her face and seeing her flourish there is incredible to watch. She does lots of daily activities and has learnt some baby sign language. I highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has a wonderful time at this nursery, she is always very excited about going and she's always happy when we pick her up and tells us all about the great things she's been enjoying. The staff are very helpful, easy to communicate with and understanding. They do lots of activities and are very keen on ensuring the best in developing skills and knowledge. My daughter is growing with confidence and the nursery plays a part in that. As a parent I have full confidence my daughter's interests and needs are a priority for the staff. The preschool is looking for funding to update the outside play area which will make it perfect.

Both our boys go to RAFA Kidz Digby and we can not praise them enough. Our eldest has been there from almost 1 year old and will be moving up to preschool soon, he is sometimes upset going in but I am reassured each time and sent messages to let me know he is fine. We know both our boys enjoy their time there and get excited when we talk about their days and show pictures on the app. The staff are always there not only to make sure the children are OK but there for us too. I personally was very worried about how our youngest would settle and had many conversations running up to him starting 9 months ago, he got a certificate to say how well he had done in his 1st week and I would say going by the pictures from his room he likes to think he rules the roost in there! The food is healthy and varied, our youngest eats things there he doesn't at home! They're always doing amazing activities and learning so much and most importantly to us are very happy there.

A wonderful nursery, my son has been going for a few months now. The ladies there are really lovely and really helped him settle in well when he was anxious to start with. The setting itself is full of fun things for the children to do, lots of really great activities done daily with regular updates via an app. My son loves attending now and loves the ladies who look after him. He also has his meals there and the food offered is always nutritious and varied. Highly recommend this nursery for your little one!

Very friendly nursery with staff who obviously care about the children. Our daughter has attended on a part-time basis since the age of 20 months, she is so happy here and always attends/comes home smiling.

Lots of communication with updates of what the children have been up to, lots of messy play and they always get to go outside come rain or shine. All the children look happy and engaged when I walk past the nursery or I see them on a trip around the camp.

We know that our daughter is well looked after by the staff and stimulated by all of the different fun activities they do each day. This is a great nursery setting and I love how we get updated throughout the day on what they eat and when they nap. I would definitely recommend this nursery!

My partner and I have a little girl in RAFA Kidz Nursery who has been attending since Oct 21 from the age of nine months. As first time parents, it was a daunting experience sending your child to nursery, however, the staff here are incredible. And the whole process was seamless, filling us with the utmost confidence. Most days our little girl barely says goodbye to us before she runs through the door, and that is down to the professionalism and engagement of all the practitioners. They are kept fully engaged throughout the day and we have seen our little girl develop in leaps and bounds. The engagement with parents is also fantastic, we get to see everything that the kids have been up to on a day-to-day basis, from what they've eaten, what activities they have enjoyed and any key observations that have been made. There outdoor play facilities are also very good, new and modern, and rain or shine they get the kids outside! We're glad our little one is here and we couldn't thank you all enough!

The baby room sends a weekly book home, which is a fab idea too!

From a very shy lockdown baby to a confident chatty toddler RAFA Kidz Digby has been amazing on my little one's journey. She is always smiling when I pick her up. Always kept up to date with her day's activities. The staff are incredible, so much kindness and care which makes leaving her so much easier. Thank you all.

Our daughter has been a member of the baby room since January 2021. There has never been a day we have had any concern about dropping her off as she is always so happy and eager to get in and have another fun-filled day. Would could not rate the practitioners highly enough. Their professionalism and commitment to the babies' development is evident. We are always kept well informed with daily reports. My little one absolutely loves coming to this nursery. He always leaves with a massive smile on his face and quite often doesn't want to leave at all, which for me speaks volumes. The practitioners are super lovely and very knowledgeable. The staff in the baby room are amazing with our child and always seems to give great updates and keep us posted with what he has been getting up to. There also seems to be a great improvement in communication via the social media pages and the online journal since the new manager has started. Please keep this up as it has made a huge difference. We are really happy with the progress our child is making in the baby room and would definitely recommend the setting to others who are looking for a nursery in the area.

Our children have been at the setting for over a year and we absolutely love the nursery and pre-school. The staff are so caring and go out of their way to make sure the children are looked after, providing extra assistance and support during times where one or both of our children have struggled with room transitions or returning after prolonged periods at home. There are always so many activities going on for the children to take part in and they have both developed so much during their time at RAFA Kidz. The food is varied and healthy and the facilities are great - the outdoor play areas are amazing.
