I enjoy sharing my fountain of knowledge and experiences, and I will ensure that the children are at the centre of every decision. I am committed to providing a safe and stimulating environment that supports the children to develop and be ready for their next stage in learning. I aspire to lead the nursery team to deliver outstanding childcare.

I have worked in early years for 30 years, spending the last 15 years as a nursery manager.

I am passionate about empowering children to become autonomous and resilient, and ready for the next stage of their learning. I support and encourage children to become independent, think for themselves and have a ‘can-do’ attitude.

I am passionate about making a difference to our children and families and do this by reflecting, evaluating, and adapting practice.

I joined Kamelia Kids in January 2023 and have worked in the early years for over 10 years. During this time, I have gained many skills through experience and training, and I continually pass on my knowledge to my colleagues to enhance their knowledge to be the best they can be.

What I love most about my profession is being a positive role model to children, supporting them to use their own imagination to be creative, and listening to their wonderful ideas. I love creating a nurturing environment that encourages them to explore through play and learn through their own experiences to reach their full potential.

I have worked in early years education since 2007 and am currently one of the Deputy Managers at Kamelia Kids, where I began in July 2025. I hold Level 3 qualifications in Early Years Education, Special Educational Needs Coordination, and Forest School Leadership.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained experience in eight different settings, each shaped by its own unique educational ethos — including Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and other child-led, holistic approaches. These experiences have helped shape my flexible and reflective practice.

With several years of leadership and management experience, I am passionate about empowering children and their families, supporting staff development, and creating inspiring learning environments. I am a strong advocate for outdoor learning, the child’s voice, and practices that nurture confidence, independence, and curiosity in every child.

I also have a keen interest in mental health and trauma-informed practice, and I strive to embed these principles into everyday practice to support children’s emotional well-being and resilience.

Since leaving school, I have worked in early years in a variety of nurseries and positions. I love working with all the children, seeing and supporting their development. I enjoy supporting the nursery team and new staff to develop their skills and see them progress within their career.

I am an Early Years Teacher with a deep passion for working with young children, a journey I have been on since 2007. Since joining Kamelia Kids in early 2022, I have continued to be inspired every day by the wonder and excitement in the children’s eyes when they learn something new. Their curiosity, engagement, and joy in exploration never cease to amaze me and remind me why I love this work so much.

I joined Kamelia Kids in March 2026 and have over 17 years of experience working in childcare. I have worked in 4 nurseries where I have learnt a lot of skills and have developed my knowledge. I also have 8 years of experience working as a nanny.

My skills have evolved over the years, caring for and educating children from 8 weeks old to their teen years. I come from a huge family and have loved growing up with younger children and extended family.

It has been my passion for as long as I can remember to support children in their development, watching them progress and achieve their interests and skills.

I began working at Kamelia Kids in October 2019 as a Relief Educator. Since then, I have completed my Level 3 Apprenticeship and progressed to my current role as Lead Educator in the Poppy Room (Toddlers). I am now studying towards my Level 5 qualification to continue developing my skills and knowledge in early years education. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience working with both toddlers and preschool-aged children. I’m passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, supporting each child’s learning and development. I particularly enjoy engaging the children through storytelling, conversation, and outdoor play in the garden.

I joined Kamelia Kids in July 2024 and have over five years of experience working in childcare. During this time, I have developed my skills across three different nurseries, caring for and educating children aged from four months to four years.

I am passionate about supporting children from their first day at nursery through to their last, and I love watching the progress and developmental milestones they achieve along the way.

I have worked in childcare for over 10 years. I started as bank staff at my previous employer, and worked my way up to become deputy nursery manager, completing my level 3 qualification in the process.

I am very passionate about supporting children in being their best possible selves and giving them the best chance to thrive when transitioning to school.

I have worked within the Early Years sector for over 30 years in both Specialist and mainstream settings and bring a wealth of experience to my role.

I recognise that each child is a unique individual and will do all that I can to ensure that every child, no matter what barriers they may face, is supported to reach their full potential.

I have been working in childcare/early years for over 20 years. I love to watch how children grow and develop through play. This fosters the development of language, socialisation, and creativity. This is all in readiness for the next stage of their development as they transition to school. Being part of this next stage of their development is extremely rewarding.
