Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Lyde Green

I would highly recommend Happy Days to my friends. My son is settling into the nursery so well and is really happy which in turn makes me extremely happy too. The nursery are very supportive in understanding my baby's routines with sleep etc. and give good feedback when I pick up my son.

The facilities are very good, very clean and the site still looks new. There is plenty of interactive play and communication about development which is well structured.

Our child has been going to Happy Days Nursery at Lyde Green for almost a year now and we think this is an outstanding nursery. The nursery takes safety very seriously and they are reasonable with their approach to protect all kids when someone gets ill. The staff is very understanding, reassuring our concerns as parents and accommodating our child's needs through a collaborative approach. Our child is learning a lot and is having fun in the process. Their carer has developed a bespoke developmental plan for our child, updating us regularly on their progress and setting new goals once they are achieved. As parents, we are reassured that our child is in good hands, with experienced and qualified professionals who put children's safety, well-being and development at the core of what they do without forgetting the fun and play in the process. My daughter loves going to Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Lyde Green. Since joining the nursery we have seen her grow to be a happy, outgoing, kind girl. She has recently moved up a room and has settled in really well. This has been largely down to the support from the wonderful staff.

Highly recommend Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Lyde Green! All the staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. My son absolutely loves going to Happy Days! It’s really brought him out of himself! He loves all the staff members, especially his key worker! All the staff do a great job and would highly recommend Happy Days!

My child has attended Happy Days at Lyde Green for the last 2 years. He has thoroughly enjoyed his time there and is just beginning the transition to the school programme. He has a great relationship with his key worker and all the adults he sees. His favourite part is their outside space, forest school and the water tray. He has learnt so much in the last 2 years, we couldn't be happier with the care and support he has received.

Our daughter has been so happy at Happy Days (Lyde Green) since she joined in September when she was 10 months. She settled there very quickly and absolutely loves going. The staff have always been so supportive and positive, and take real trouble to do fun, interactive and creative activities with the children. The rooms are very clean, with lots of space for the children to play. My daughter has been very happy here and loves the staff.

My son moved to this nursery as it was easier for me and his dad for work. The nursery made him so welcome on his visits and when he started his three full days a week. The adventurer's staff are so accommodating to my son through his transition and he is happier than ever. He settled really quickly and made loads of new friends and even bonded with all the staff in both adventurer's rooms. He comes home all the time talking about nursery. If we visit over by the nursery his face lights up and he says "my nursery".

My daughter started at Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Lyde Green in October and has settled in amazingly thanks to the fantastic staff. Everyone has been wonderful in their approach, not only to my daughter but also myself and my husband. The feedback that we receive daily is lovely, and staff are always extremely positive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nursery that will care for their child and enable them to flourish.

Both my children have attended happy days, my son and daughter, my son attended a different setting prior to happy days, often he was unsettled and unwilling to attend. Once he started happy days he was such a different child, confident and happy, I have no regrets taking him out of his first nursery and placing him with happy days, he flourished heaps and loved every moment at happy days.

My 1 year old recently started nursery and the staff was extremely welcoming and lovely throughout the settling in period. The room settings are very cosy with lovely educational toys and outside play area. Even though we are still at the very beginning of our nursery journey, my little one already feels very comfortable around the nurses, and they even managed to put him down for decent amount of sleep.

My daughter has been going to the nursery for a few months now, she has settled in so well! I was anxious about how she would be and if she would like it but the staff were great, put my mind at ease and made my daughter very welcome. She is so excited to go to nursery now she beams every day when she is going in and has a big smile when she sees the staff. I also appreciate how thorough they are with letting me know what she has done that day, what she ate, activities she enjoyed etc!

Dropping your child off to any nursery for the first time is understandably an experience filled with emotion and anxiety, however, the fantastic staff at Happy Days made this experience a nice one. They are friendly, knowledgeable, caring and have handled the pandemic brilliantly. Thank you all!

The children get plenty of outside time if they want and the toys and games are really thoughtful and allow lots of open-ended play.

My daughter has loved her time at Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Lyde Green. In my opinion, the level of care they provide is second to none. You can tell each and every member of staff genuinely really care for the children like they were their own. You are given a written account daily of activities your child has done as well as what they have eaten along with how much. The food menu is also amazing, so I know my daughter never goes hungry whilst there. Nothing is too much for the team and their compassion reflects in the children's happiness at the end of the day.

The nursery staff always wear a smile and the handover of the day is always so lovely to hear. They have always done so much, and often come back filthy! Which is great! Makes me happy that they are so happy.

I could not ask for more. I am so so pleased with everything, the staff are great, really supportive and my daughter is really happy here. I am also really pleased that the food they are offering is healthy which was really important to me, no junk or processed foods. Keep up the good work.

All the staff at Happy Days are amazing, they are so caring and all show such love towards childcare. I have every confidence when I leave my child for the day that they are going to have so much fun! The food is varied and all freshly cooked which I love. Definitely a 10/10 from me!

I cannot recommend Happy Days Lyde Green highly enough.
