We find the nursery to be of a high standard across the board. The staff and management are wonderful. We feel supported as a family. My son enjoys every day he spends at the nursery with varied activities, making friends and caring staff.

I have one child at Happy Days Lyde Green and one who has now gone on to primary school. The experience with both has been excellent. I feel very lucky to send my children somewhere so safe, with great nutritious food and where I feel the children are obviously cared for. My oldest was well prepared
for school and my youngest is flourishing. I would recommend Happy Days Lyde Green to anyone in the area.

We have been taking our twins to Happy days since September 2024 and throughout that time it's been amazing for them, and easy for us!
Our twins development has accelerated due to the solid work that that has been put into them along with the kind and consistent nature of all of the staff.
Nutrition wise they are offered a varied and well versed diet, the ladies in the kitchen do a wonderful job!
Keep up the good work ladies, Our family really appreciate everything you do for our twins!

Amazing staff and setting. The staff generally care from room carers, management and kitchen staff.
My daughter is so happy at nursery and that's down to each amazing carer bringing out the best in her. Beyond grateful.

My daughter is very happy and secure at Lyde Green Happy Days. She looks forward to going and has built amazing relationships with her careers and peers, making friendships and talking about her day when she is picked up. She plays outside a lot, independently and also with friends. She has learnt
to count to 20 but has not learned to trace/write letters for her name yet. I do wish the app updated us with photos every session - it can go weeks without seeing pictures on there, this is why I have put 3 stars on ICT.

My child absolutely loves Happy Days Nursery in Lyde Green. We thought he would take longer to settle, however, they made the transition easier with the outstanding communication and reassurance. The staff in his room are extremely welcoming and greet him with a smile every morning as well as the
reception staff! My son has made amazing progress with his speech and social skills since starting in September along with fine motor skills. He is very familiar with routines introduced at nursery and has started using these routines at home such as sitting down for a drink and trying to put his shoes on. This has encouraged him to be more independent. The staff have created a nurturing and safe environment, which my son clearly enjoys and on pick up rarely wants to leave.

We've been with Happy Days Lyde Green now since it opened several years ago, with both of our children having moved through the various rooms. We have had a consistently good experience all round.
I have full confidence that they provide a safe, enriching and fun environment, and my children have
both very much enjoyed their time there.
The biggest positives for us have been the lovely outdoor spaces ensuring the children get plenty of fresh air and exercise, the constant new activities and resources that are added to keep the children engaged and learning, and the nutritious, high quality food all cooked fresh on site.
We would very much recommend the nursery to other parents.

We have nothing but praise for Happy Days - since the very beginning, they have exceeded our expectations. Our son loves attending nursery where he has grown in confidence and built friendships. They provide a range of engaging activities for the children each day which clearly helps them learn - I
am always amazed at what my son comes home and tells me or sings to me! The nursery offers a varied menu for the children, all prepared on site, exposing them to lots of different flavours and teaching them the importance of fresh, wholesome food, which as a family we really value. We rest assured that he eats well on days he's at nursery! The wonderful chef even prepares on-the-go breakfast for parents some days! It is evident that every single staff member really cares about what they do, which creates a warm and professional atmosphere throughout the nursery. Happy Days has helped our son thrive - thank you!

Happy Days at Lyde green is a wonderful setting and my daughter has thrived here. The staff are fantastic. Everyone is understanding and caring towards the children. The food coming out of the kitchen from the chef, is excellent and the management are always friendly and helpful. We will be sad to
say goodbye when little one starts school!

My little boy has been coming here since August 2024 and he absolutely loves it! He has formed such amazing bonds with all the practitioners in his room. I get informed a lot about him and his day which is so lovely. He eats well and has an amazing routine.

I would not recommend Happy Days Lyde Green. We moved my little boy here after our previous nursery had to close, but I wish I had looked around more. I did not feel happy leaving my child at the setting for multiple reasons. The security is not adequate, a family member was able to take my child
without proving their identity with the password I had provided, or ID. The staff member who let them into the building would not have access to their photo on file or would have recognised them. There is no CCTV and my little one came home with multiple bruises, and a large golf ball sized bump on their head which was undocumented and unnoticed and so any symptoms of head injury or concussion would have been missed. In 6 months - 3 accident forms, at previous nursery I had 3 a week, as my little one is very accident prone. Some staff were lovely and efficient and some were cold. One thing I will praise is that the chef's menu is incredible! I wish other nurseries offered the variety she offers!

Fantastic nursery, staff extremely helpful and kind. My daughter started here a few weeks ago, she’s enjoyed every session and looks forward to the next. It has great facilities and my daughter loves playing outside in their play area. I would recommend to everyone.

My little one started back in October last year and we’ve had an excellent experience with Happy Days Lyde Green so far. From her settling-in sessions where she really struggled being away from me to now and the happy, confident toddler she is who walks willingly into the nursery and is happy at
pickup. Her relationship with all staff members, not just her key worker, is brilliant, which is really important. She’s also learning so much and coming on so well since she joined. Every staff member is friendly as soon as you walk in the door. I would recommend Happy Days Lyde Green to anyone needing a nursery for their little one. I’m definitely really happy that I decided to send her to this nursery.

The nursery is a warm, welcoming place with a genuine family atmosphere. The staff show such joy, care, and compassion to the children, building strong relationships with the children as well as families.
Both my children have settled very quickly at the nursery, because of this.
The setting is
also warm, interesting, and inspiring, always with lots of new things to see and do.
The food always smells amazing coming from the kitchens and the menu is healthy, varied, and environmentally conscious - my children always seemed to enjoy/do enjoy it.
We feel very lucky to have this nursery in our local area.

Our daughter has loved her time at Happy Days and tells us all the time that she's had a lovely day. The staff are very caring and friendly, the food is fresh and healthy, and the facilities are new and clean with age-appropriate toys. Every day the team offer engaging and fun activities which
encourage learning and development. We receive updates on meals, naps and activities through the app which is great. Overall this is a wonderful, really well-managed nursery!

Since joining in June 2023, we are assured that our son is well looked after and is being helped in reaching his developmental milestones. As he is our only child, we see him interacting well with other children outside of nursery, which is great to see. We receive really good updates when we pick
him up at the end of the day with his feeding and how he has been behaving, and as he usually leaves with a smile on his face (and normally covered in sand!), we know that he is most importantly having lots of fun! It took a huge weight off my shoulders returning to work and worrying how he would be, so thank you to Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Lyde Green!

My daughter is 15 months old and has been attending the nursery since March 2023, and we cannot recommend it enough! After viewing pretty much every nursery in the area, this felt like the right decision for our family. The settling-in process, facilities, structure and values, the nursery is
nut-free, regular updates/photos and the staff are honestly some of the most genuine, happy, reassuring and caring people! It took a while (to say the least) for my daughter to settle in, but with time, patience and understanding, she is now running in excited to see her friends! I can go to work without worrying, knowing my child is having a fun-filled, enriching day.

Absolutely lovely nursery, the rooms are bright, airy, spacious and full of different and wonderful things for my son to play with. The meals and snacks are always nutritious and always eaten and finished by my son! The staff are amazing, you can tell they really care and they are always happy to
help with advice, or extra days needed etc. My son has learnt so many things, the nursery helped me wean him off milk, he learnt how to use a spoon, how to walk, and always pushing for the next milestone! He loves it!

My son has recently started at the nursery and as new parents to a baby we wanted to find a nursery that we felt he would be cared for.
We have been really happy with his care, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, his key person is very caring and the management are very supportive and helpful
with any questions.
I am very happy to know my son is cared for and enjoying his time at nursery.

I am a new parent with a one-year-old baby. My experience of visiting the nursery to view it and the process of enrolling my son was outstanding. The Settles were really well planned to fit around my work and the staff are so friendly and caring to the children. The management in the nursery are
very welcoming and supportive and the staff across the nursery are an amazing team.
The nursery is clean, well set-up, and I am so happy that I chose Happy Days for my baby and feel reassured he is in a happy caring and nurturing environment. It is clear that the staff enjoy working in the nursery and caring for the children in an outstanding and passionate way.
I would highly recommend Happy Days to my friends. My son is settling into the nursery so well and is really happy which in turn makes me extremely happy too. The nursery are very supportive in understanding my baby's routines with sleep etc. and give good feedback when I pick up my son.
