Bright Horizons Horsham Day Nursery and Preschool

The management is absolutely amazing, any questions you have they're more than happy to help and put your mind at ease. My daughter has been here for a year, moving from toddler to preschool and she's had the best time. Her key people have always been great and super helpful from all the tears when leaving her at the beginning, to now confidently wandering in by herself. All the workers here are absolutely amazing and you can clearly see how much they all care and all their compassion for the children. I couldn't rate this nursery or its staff enough! My daughter absolutely loves all the outside time she gets as well.

My little boy loves going to nursery and gets so excited when he sees it from the road. Staff are so warm and welcoming to him and it’s so nice when he sees his friends and I know that he will be happy at nursery, when I am at work.

My child is always happy and well-looked after at nursery. Would really recommend to anyone who is looking for a nursery. Good, helpful and friendly staff. A big shout out to one member of staff in particular, who is my daughter’s favourite.

Always closing room because of staff shortages so very unreliable childcare. I'm pulling my child out as soon as I get a space elsewhere and nursery staff have already pulled their children out. They were Ofsted inspected in May 2022. I will be very interested to see the report. I bet it's bad, no communication to parents about it! Communication is bad here and never once seen any evidence of Eyfs being implemented, no observations or learning journal has been seen since we started in August 2021. My son's speech hasn't improved here and they seem to have no links with SALTs nor done any staff training on sign language to help my son communicate.
