An inspiring purpose-built nursery in Horsham.

Bright Horizons Horsham Day Nursery and Preschool is located two miles west of Horsham town centre, with excellent road and rail connections. There is plenty of space for children to learn and explore, with six individual bright and airy age specific rooms for children from 3 months to 5 years.

The beautiful, purpose-built setting has been designed to ensure each room is tailored to different age groups and offer access to the large external play area for toddlers and preschool children, as well as a separate garden for babies.

Baby Room One, registered for babies aged 0-1 year old, has its own dedicated sleep room which is attached to the main room and allows for babies to sleep comfortably in a supervised, calm environment. The other baby rooms are specifically designed for more mobile babies, who are beginning to walk unaided and need more challenge in their environment.

With all-inclusive fees, which means you have less to pack on a busy morning, onsite meals are prepared with nutrition in mind. From healthy lunches and snacks to your chosen branded nappies and wipes included in the fees. Ofsted have rated the nursery as Good (February 2023).

We've been with the nursery for over four years now, with both of our children attending, and we couldn't be more grateful for the care and support they've received. Recently, for the first time, we left the children with family for a substantial period, and naturally, they felt a little unsettled.
The nursery staff were incredible during this time offering extra support, understanding, and reassurance to help both children through the transition.
It was comforting knowing they were in such capable and caring hands. The team truly goes above and beyond, not only meeting the needs of each child but also supporting us as parents through different stages.
We're so thankful to be part of such a nurturing environment, it really feels like an extension of our family.

Since my daughter started at the nursery just before her first birthday, the staff at Bright Horizons have gone above and beyond to help her settle in, have fun and thrive. They are always so cheery, and helpful. My daughter has developed socially, she has learnt so many new words and she's built some
lovely bonds with the staff. The app and regular updates from them are great! I am so pleased we chose this nursery for her. Best decision we ever made.

When choosing a nursery I wanted to have a home feel and I wanted to make sure it suited my children. When I arrived the staff were so friendly and smiley towards my children. The room was filled with exciting activities and resources for my children to explore and play with, I just knew both of them
would love it! Both settled unbelievably well and with the support of the staff I was able to feel settled and happy with my choice. This year my son is off to school and I just can't believe it but everything they have done for my son to make sure he is where he is meant to be has been amazing! My daughter is also thriving and absolutely loves attending nursery. I couldn't recommend Bright Horizons anymore!

After my son left his childminder to start nursery I was a little nervous at first as I wasn't sure how well he would adapt and how he would get on in a new setting but he absolutely loves it. When I drop him off, he says goodbye and that's it, doesn't look back.
The staff are fantastic and always
update you on what he's been up to. The food is better than what we have as adults at home and the setting has everything they could ever need. It's educational and fun and all the children get on so well. When I drop him off I never have any worries or concerns and when I collect him he always has a beaming smile.
My son started at the beginning of the year but he's settled in so well that it feels like he's always been there.

Lovely staff, great standards, great care.
My child feels happy every day of the week to go to nursery.
I find the food menus well balanced.
The care and safety are great, I have been informed every time my child is not feeling well or got hurt while playing, or if he's taken out for outdoor activities
and walks.
I have seen the staff love my little one and care for him when he's down emotionally or for other reasons.
All around it's a great place for one's child to be in.

We have been at Bright Horizons Horsham Day Nursery and Preschool for around six months now and can honestly say, we love the nursery. Our son has settled so well and we have noticed how he has grown and developed.
Upon walking in the door, you are greeted by friendly staff who all know your child
and welcome them by name.
Our child has been in Baby 1 and Baby 2 and has made bonds with the staff and their dedicated carer. My son has a great time at nursery and is so happy to be dropped off here. The updates through the day are fab too and the photos the staff provide are lovely and interesting to see what the children are up to/learning.
Can honestly say, we are very happy with our choice of nursery and love that our son loves it here too.

Feeling anxious about putting my 3-month-old into nursery after my partner needed to return to work, the ladies made the transition so relaxed and made us feel so at ease. Bright Horizons Horsham Day Nursery and Preschool is always kind, caring and supportive towards the children and parents. The staff are always building strong, positive relationships with the children and adults. We get regular updates on the app which is always helpful and it is great to see what activities
our daughter has shown an interest in. The nursery offers a wide range of activities to keep all children stimulated, engaged and support with their development. Our daughter loves going to nursery and she has been attending Bright Horizons for a year. We dread the day she moves on to start school! Thank you to all the staff who have supported our daughter. A lovely intimate nursery. My child has been with them for over two years and still has another year or so to go. The key workers are the best, some of them also moved up with the children, so have kept a wonderful relationship. They do a really diverse selection of activities and teach the little ones
so many great life skills. The food menus are so good - my child eats better than we do!

As a parent, I wanted my daughter’s nursery to be a safe space which is loving, nurturing and full of joy. Bright Horizons Horsham Day Nursery and Preschool has been that and so much more. The staff are caring and supportive, they provide individual attention to every child. Parents are daily given
an update both in person and through their app. The staff have been accommodating through my daughter’s various needs - be it food, allergens or teething issues. The nursery is clean and has multiple safety measures to ensure children’s safety. My daughter loves going to the nursery and refuses to come home, despite being there full day! I strongly recommend this nursery to any parents - all your concerns will go away once your child settles in.

Bright Horizons Horsham was able to offer my son a space after he changed childcare providers, and it has been the most welcoming and nurturing environment for him. Special shout out to the staff, who spent time and energy with our son to make him feel calm and included when he felt nervous and anxious

We could not be happier with the nursery choice. Everyone is so welcoming and it feels like an extension of home for our daughter. The ladies in Baby 1 room are the best at their job, making everyday interesting for the little ones.

My eldest has been here since he's 1 and my second child has just started. From day one we've loved it here. The staff are so lovely and I feel like they are really part of my children's lives. My eldest learns so many things in preschool and he always talks about the staff when he gets home. My youngest
is loved and supported whilst he settles in. The setting itself is modern, always clean and the food is healthy. I can't thank them enough for the hard work they all do.

All three of my children have been to a Bright Horizons Day Nursery and Preschool. We’ve been part of the Bright Horizons Horsham family since October 2021. My middle child was a lockdown baby and once she started, aged 12 months, the change in her was almost instant. My youngest one started in the
baby room and his journey is about to come to an end, aged 2, because he’s moving on to the nursery at the school he’s going to go to. The foundation the girls have given both my younger kids has been amazing and fully prepared them for the transition to a big school setting. They cater to their individual needs and with my youngest they recognised his need to be with slightly older kids because he is the youngest of three and transitioned him to the next room early. He is so happy every morning when I drop him off and pick him up, I couldn’t ask for more.
The management team have been so supportive and welcoming, I honestly couldn’t recommend this nursery more. So much so that if ever I have another child, I’ll be back.

My twin boys absolutely love coming to Bright Horizons. They thoroughly enjoy their days playing, learning, singing and making friends.

The nursery have been absolutely wonderful for my daughter since she started. The staff are exceptional, so caring and committed, and they always let you know as much as they can about your child's day. My daughter loves the staff in her room. The activities always look brilliant and my little one has

After supporting the onboarding of our new Brighton nursery group, I now return to my role as Nursery Manager of our amazing and very new Horsham nursery. I have been a Nursery Manager for over 17 years and thoroughly enjoy my job working with my amazing and inspiring staff team. looking after so many different families and over that time has become one big happy family.


The best part of my role as manager is watching the children grow and seeing them develop into their full potential - I find this very rewarding. I look forward to meeting you all soon.

Since leaving school and going to college to study for my Level 2 and 3 in Childcare I have become so passionate about caring and supporting children’s development.


I started at Bright Horizons in October 2018, where I became a nursery nurse. Over the years, I have developed within my roles and have been a Deputy Manager for Caterham Burntwood Lane since January 2020.


Through my experience of working through various roles, I have gained knowledge throughout all ages groups and strive to support children in all areas of their development.
