Cannot fault!

My child loves coming to nursery and I feel happy knowing he’s having a lovely day. The staff are all kind and friendly. The building is always clean and tidy. The food always smells delicious. Great activities and a good selection of toys.

Very good nursery. My daughter and son love it here. Lovely staff and kids are well taken care of. The kids love the food and the activities they do. I am always comfortable leaving my kids at Bright Horizons.

I started sending my son to this nursery at just 6 months old. Being so anxious as he was so young I was completely put at ease by all the amazing friendly staff. He always seems so happy there and with the app, I can see what he is up to during the day. Everyone here is so friendly and approachable and I would definitely recommend this nursery!

My daughter is bilingual. I was afraid that it's maybe a problem for the nursery or her but it wasn't. All of the teachers/carers/management are extremely lovely and helpful, no questions are too silly to answer. My daughter loves to go there, she has improved a lot during the months. The room is always clean, the activities are nice, she is always happy to tell me what they did in the preschool.

The nursery had a few teething problems with staffing in the first year or so but have since been pretty reliable. My son seems to really enjoy his time there and eats well. Staff are friendly and approachable and the 'app' is updated regularly so I know how he is getting on.

There are many more reasons some of which I couldn't fit into the character limit but overall I would not hesitate to recommend Bright Horizons.

The ladies at Bright Horizons Horsham, are so welcoming and loving towards my daughter. She always looks forward to coming into nursery and always talks about her key workers in preschool. When I pick her up from preschool there is always a thorough hand over and my daughter is excited to tell me what happened during her day.

Guys are amazing, helped with my daughter's speech and any problems she has! Couldn't thank them enough. She struggles sometimes with socialising but has no problems when she goes to the nursery and I put that down to staff integrating kids in well. She always eats well and comes home happy 95 per cent of the time!

Such a lovely nursery. Staff are always very friendly. Only concern would be that we do not always get the food stated on the menu - or the food is quite repetitive - but know that is an issue with the cook, not those staff members providing the daily care of our children.

Our son loves going to Bright Horizons. Although he only goes once a week, it has helped so much with his development and he has such a lovely time and is always excited to return every week. The staff are always so kind and welcoming, and I feel more than happy dropping him off every week, knowing he will have the best care.

Lovely nursery, full of cheery and professional staff who really care for the children. My son has thrived since starting at Bright Horizons, Horsham Day Nursery and Preschool, his speech has gone from 0 to 100 (he is now a fully-fledged chatterbox!) and he's made some firm friends. Management are on the ball and update regularly and the nursery staff provide useful information about what he has been up to each day. I'm now looking forward to the 'getting ready for school' programme starting in pre-school, ahead of September's intake.

Our son started nursery in September 2022. I am a first-time mum and hadn’t realised how early I should apply for a placement. Bright Horizons, Horsham was by far the most accommodating nursery and explained the process. This in turn made me feel very comfortable and trusting in the staff. During the first few months, the nursery answered all my queries and helped him settle in with a nice steady transition to full-time placement. We are absolutely amazed at his development in both his speech and sign language/gesturing. I am genuinely so grateful for the managers and the staff having constant communication and updating the app regularly. Not only are the staff excellent at their jobs, the facilities and nutrition provided is to a very high standard. The activities provided are always adapted for each child, which is fab! There are so many wonderful things I can say but I will say I am proud he will be staying here long-term and growing within the nursery.

The staff team are really accommodating and friendly! My nephew constantly talks about his day, his friends and teachers and how much fun he has, it's so lovely to hear. The management team have been great support and couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

I feel my son is well cared for, safe and well-fed.

We couldn't be happier with the team at Bright Horizons Horsham Day Nursery and Preschool. Since our son started at Bright Horizons in September 2022 when 10 months old, his development and social skills have improved dramatically and a big part of this is because of the team at Bright Horizons. We can't wait to see our son develop further over the next few years at Bright Horizons.

Over the past few months, our son has come along leaps and bounds since a new member of staff joined the team and is now one of our son's key workers. She is making a huge difference to our son's nursery experience and is now excited to go to nursery and talks about nursery with such joy when he's not there.

My daughter started in babies and had a great time. The care and attention she received was amazing. She's recently moved to toddlers and loves going to nursery every day. The staff are all so attentive and happy to help.

Bright Horizons, Horsham, is amazing! Our little boy only goes one day a week and absolutely loves it. He settled so quickly with the help of the lovely staff. He has transitioned really well to the next room up and has so much fun. They keep us well updated through their app and track his progress. They also manage his food allergies perfectly.
