Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Watford

My son moved to the UK in June and he joined Monkey Puzzle in July. We were a bit apprehensive due to the cultural differences, but he was very comfortable since day one. The manager was very helpful during his onboarding. My son now loves going to nursery every day. The faculty made sure he felt comfortable since day one and makes sure every moment of his time in the nursery is enjoyable.

Monkey Puzzle Watford is a fantastic nursery, and I would recommend it to anyone looking at putting their child into the nursery. My boy is there and has gained so much from being around other children. All the staff are absolutely fantastic. They know your child so well and at pick up, come down for a chat, and everyone knows what he's been up to, comment on almost imperceptible mood changes etc.

One member of staff at the nursery is amazing! I was anxious when he started nursery, but she put my mind at ease straight away. She is very attentive to my son, always interested in his development and favourite activities. She always keeps us posted on new things he does and learns at nursery, and my son loves her! The whole facility is of a very high standard.

After a bad experience, we had a good look around and found this amazing nursery. It is so clean and new, the garden has everything a child could use to explore, a big bonus as my 3-year-old boy is very active. All the playing activities were perfectly set up and ready for the next day.

This nursery embraces different cultures and religions and my children were able to have Halal.

The children have learnt all different religions and enjoy different festivals, which I think is so important to learn and enjoy together.

We receive daily activity sheets and the children are always busy learning and exploring.

My son, since joining this nursery, has found the confidence to speak more and his vocabulary has improved so much since starting at this nursery.

What makes this nursery so different is they care about the family unit and especially for the children. They have supported my family when we have needed it and will always try to accommodate our childcare needs, even in emergencies.

I strongly recommend Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Watford to all parents who want a safe, warm, nice and professional place for their kids. My son enjoyed the nursery from the first day. He is very happy. Staff and management are really helpful and nice. Good food, good organisation, nice activities and Safe place to leave your child. No stress as I know my son is there as I’m working full time.

Our boy has attended Monkey Puzzle since last September and we couldn't be happier - he loves it there. The staff are very friendly and they seem to really know the children, they have great relationships with them. They organise lots of creative activities and opportunities to learn about specific holidays or events around the world which is great for educating in diversity, they also do lots of crafts and the children are so proud to take them home. They're very supportive and their bond with the children and families is real, I'm so happy we switched from another nursery where we felt the approach was more one size fits all.

Nursery have always been supportive with naptimes and potty training.

Monkey Puzzle Watford staff has been very friendly and understanding of our needs all along. The close ties our kid has developed with all the nurses there speaks for itself really. We were very pleased to see that Monkey Puzzle don't have a one-size -fits-all approach with the kids and they really adjust their practices, schedule etc to every kid's special circumstances. We are so happy we switched to Monkey Puzzle from another provider and would gladly recommend them to parents in the area who are looking for top quality childcare.

We like the care and attention that the lovely and professional staff provide to our children. They always arrive smiling and run in and at the end of the day they come out smiling again. We highly recommend this nursery to our friends.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always smiling and listening to what I have to say. They give me a little summary of how my child did at the nursery, which is good. Always answering my queries and the communication is very good. I will definitely recommend this nursery to all family and friends as I have seen improvement in my child as he has developmental delay. So happy my child goes to this nursery.

The pandemic has made it hard to comment properly on cleanliness recently, but it certainly seemed of a good standard the last time I was allowed in!

The activities he takes part in are very varied. He learns something new every day and comes home tired! We have seen fantastic progress in all aspects educational, developmental and personal.

The staff are so caring and passionate about the care they give her and it's like a second family for her. I feel so safe and reassured and I would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle Watford since September 2020. She has absolutely loved going to nursery and looks forward to seeing the staff and kids. My daughter's development as come on so much with her talking and I love all the updates we receive. The building is all brand new, clean and safe. The staff are great, friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond especially with the extra covid safety measures. We are so pleased we chose this nursery.

Both my children have attended Monkey Puzzle Watford since it opened in October 2019. The staff have always been friendly and the children love going, which as a parent is a massive plus! My eldest has some learning delays and the support we have received from the nursery manager and her staff over the last couple of months has been amazing. They are very much working with us to ensure that we can try to access as much external support as we can, as well as internally supporting my child's development through learning and play.

My daughter really enjoys nursery, her words were 'nursery is fun' the other evening and she is always eager to see all her friends. I think the nursery has been doing a magnificent job in the current climate and I am very grateful for their continued support and it is a joy to watch my child flourish under their care.

My daughter attends nursery 2 days a week and really enjoys it. We are always greeted with a smile and, on the odd occasion my daughter doesn't want to go in, they are very good at talking her around. The staff are very nice and friendly and teach very well as we notice weekly changes in our daughter in just a couple of days of nursery. The activities are very good and staff are always keen to make sure the children play outside where possible. The food is good, and always eaten by my daughter. The communication between the staff and parents is good and we kept updated with a dairy and monthly newsletter.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Watford is a very good nursery which I totally recommend. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. I totally love this nursery. The nursery is very clean and the kids cared for very well.
