Monkey Puzzle proved to be a safe haven for working parents. We can be at peace of mind that our little one is in safe hands. Although our son didn't want to go to nursery at the beginning, after a week or so he was so loving it and didn't want to stay at home, even for the weekends, this means he is so happy there. Thanks to the amazing staff, he learnt so much and he is more independent now, thank you!

This is a terrific day nursery that we would highly recommend. The manager is always available and so helpful. Then there was our little one's key worker, who is caring and compassionate.

My 4-year-old and my 3 year old attended Monkey Puzzle and they loved coming to the daycare. Plenty of activities were offered to them every day and it definitely helped them improve. I am sad that my children have to leave but I am happy with the progress they made. The team is amazing and very caring.

This review is related to Father's Day and my nursery visit.
It was a very nice experience to be in my child's room. He was so excited to take me around his room and play with his stuff.
I found his room clean, neat and tidy. So many things to keep him engaged and happy. I was surprised to see an
independent and confident child while using wash basics, toys, and books.
I also found all the staff attentive and alert all the time.
Thank you for everything we both spent time well and enjoyed ourselves a lot.

My son has been going to the nursery for the last 18 months. He has grown in confidence so much and I can not thank the staff enough for their kind nurturing nature. They are all amazing and I honestly can not fault them. The fees are great especially as everything is included. They are always looking
at new innovative ways to enhance learning. I love the new app so we can see what the kids have been doing. I would highly recommend. Best decision I ever made was to send my son here. Thank you all for everything that you do for our kids.

My daughter started the nursery for the first time. I had lots of stress. But the staff are really helpful to settle down. She is now really happy and settled and enjoys all the activities there. I am very relieved now. Lucky to choose this nursery.

My son joined Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery in November 2022 at just under the age of 18 months old. It was our first-ever experience with a nursery. I was quite nervous to begin with but literally after his first settling-in session, my nerves were put at ease. The rooms, facilities and garden are all
done up nicely. I have a great relationship with the staff, they've all been a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly, my son loves going to nursery. He can't wait to get in the front door and let loose!

My son moved to the UK in June and he joined Monkey Puzzle in July. We were a bit apprehensive due to the cultural differences, but he was very comfortable since day one. The manager was very helpful during his onboarding. My son now loves going to nursery every day. The faculty made sure he felt comfortable

Monkey Puzzle Watford is a fantastic nursery, and I would recommend it to anyone looking at putting their child into the nursery. My boy is there and has gained so much from being around other children. All the staff are absolutely fantastic. They know your child so well and at pick up, come down for

One member of staff at the nursery is amazing! I was anxious when he started nursery, but she put my mind at ease straight away. Ritika – Nursery Owner


My name is Ritika and I am the proud owner of Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Watford.Previous I worked in the insurance industry for 12 over years acquiring a strong financial and management background before taking a career break to raise our two children, Mahika and Maanvi. I am very much a hands on mother with a great passion for quality childcare and the drive to run a successful business.


The idea came to me around three years ago when my kids enter into my life.Then I realise that’s work I really enjoy. I love their energy, honesty and their total love of everything fun and exciting. I really enjoy sharing new ideas and experiences with them. My hope is that I can create a fun, exciting and caring learning environment. I have a lot of patience, enthusiasm, creativity and enjoy helping children (and adults) to discover new things. I want to create an environment that is exciting and fun for the children and my staff. As long as children are given, love, support and encouragement they will succeed. Job satisfaction was the most important factor in choosing a career, and working with children, I believe, is the ultimate choice.”


I feel my skillset from my previous experiences will help to make this nursery a success and I cannot wait to see many more children taking their first steps and learning life skills in preparation for ‘big school’ and beyond. A full time Nursery Manager with the appropriate qualifications will be recruited to manage the day to day business operations, whilst I look after growing the business and managing the relationship with staff and parents.
