Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Watford

We've only recently joined in April 2025. I, as a parent see lots of things about when my daughter comes home. Shes talking about her day in a great detail telling me the different activities shes done in the day and coming home singing lots of new nursery songs. Its so lovely to see. I think the team from management and all teachers and assisting staff are all so friendly and approachable. We recently had our first parents evening and received m such positive feedback. Were so happy we decided on Monkey Puzzle and I would thoroughly recommend to others.

Disappointed that there was more email communication about the parents' evening in the run-up to it and reminders. It wasn't until I saw an email about it having happened that I realised there was one. Maybe some improved communication going forward? Thanks

My child is very happy at this nursery. The staff is kind, caring and always helpful. The place is clean and safe. We feel comfortable and confident leaving our child here. My child has learned so much here.

Very good nursery the staff are excellent. Always give constructive feedback about my child in pre-school. We feel our child has excelled from attending this nursery as my child is always learning new things from the nursery. Would definitely recommend this nursery. As a parent, my main expectation to be met by my child's carers, was to my child to feel happy in a different environment. Since my child started at Monkey Puzzle almost two years ago, I only have good words for the team. She's learnt different topics but mainly, they helped developing her indepence in the most patient and fun way!

As we work in shifts, we knew finding a nursery would be tough. Monkey Puzzle were reasonable and flexible around this, creating a fantastic environment for our son. The staff are always so lovely, the facilities when we visited were great and clean, and the app used to correspond with parents is fantastic. Our son very quickly settled in, and we've had a wonderful experience so far.

Very pleasant environment. My child always looked forward to coming. Nice time spent in the outside garden. My child enjoyed the story time the most.

Even if my son did not attend this nursery for a long period of time, we could not be more happy with his progress. I always felt he was supported, and encouraged, that he had the freedom to do what he wanted, meaning he could choose what activities he was taking part in. No matter what my question was, all members of staff always answered politely and nicely to me. Really happy I chose Monkey Puzzle for my older son, his brothers will definitely be the next ones on the list.

Monkey Puzzle proved to be a safe haven for working parents. We can be at peace of mind that our little one is in safe hands. Teachers and management provide regular updates and progress along with guidance and support. The activities, learning and fun my little one had at Monkey Puzzle is something he will cherish forever.

Although our son didn't want to go to nursery at the beginning, after a week or so he was so loving it and didn't want to stay at home, even for the weekends, this means he is so happy there. Thanks to the amazing staff, he learnt so much and he is more independent now, thank you!

This is a terrific day nursery that we would highly recommend. The manager is always available and so helpful. Then there was our little one's key worker, who is caring and compassionate.

It's an excellent stay for my child in the nursery. You guys took amazing care of our son. He could not have got this much care and affection elsewhere. Thank you so much for everything.

My 4-year-old and my 3 year old attended Monkey Puzzle and they loved coming to the daycare. Plenty of activities were offered to them every day and it definitely helped them improve. I am sad that my children have to leave but I am happy with the progress they made. The team is amazing and very caring. Thank you!

Monkey Puzzle has always been very understanding and helpful with child arrangements and are always willing to assist where they can. It has been very positive for myself and my child. They have been able to learn new words, skills and manners and enjoy every session. From the activities to the food and the friendly staff were excellent.
