My son started this Nursery in January - he's having the best time!
My son is currently in the baby room, his key worker is lovely, supports him with his everyday tasks, has helped him settle in and we have had no issues with him not wanting to go!
The nursery as a whole has great staff, a range
of toys, nice big garden, good menu and CCTV which was important to me.
I would highly recommend, and will be sending all my children here with no doubts.

"My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle Watford since she was one, and seeing her grow there over the last two years has been wonderful. It truly feels like a warm, cosy family atmosphere rather than just a nursery. The staff are incredibly friendly, and there's a lovely sense of community among the
parents, too.
I'm constantly amazed by the variety of activities-just this week they've celebrated Valentine's, Chinese New Year, and Pancake Day! The food variety is great, and a special shout-out to Beth in management, who is always so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend to any local parents!"

Our experience with Monkey Puzzle has been fantastic. Welcoming staff and good with kids as well. My son has been excited to attend nursery because he felt very comfortable there and for that I'm grateful.

My son has been in the nursery from the age of 2. The experience has been positive, my son has grown into a bright, sweet young boy. I appreciate all of the staff here. Thank you from all of us.

My son has enjoyed his time at Monkey Puzzle. Everyday he comes back with interesting facts he's learnt like things fall down because of gravity force and kidneys clean our blood. It brings a smile to our faces every time he tells us about the interesting things he's learnt.

Monkey Puzzle have been incredible with my child - with his special needs they helped so much with speech and his overall development. Staff are amazing, caring at all times - three members of staff in particular are incredibly kind and have been so lucky that my child had them throughout the years!
We are sad to leave but they made my child's time very happy and the education they give is always astonishing.

We are very grateful to the nursery for amazing year that our child spent with it. We appreciate all efforts of the staff to support the child's needs. There are a lot of activities in the nursery, children are well educated and entertained all the time. Our child was very reluctant to attend a
nursery at the beginning, but staff did a great job to help him to adjust. Children are doing a lot of artwork, read books and do sports. The nursery organised school readiness period and helped pre-schoolers to get ready for school. We can recommend this nursery.

Monkey Puzzle has been so welcoming. Both my kids have been going since they were 2 and 6 months.
They have prepared my little girl so well for big school and she is really ready to make that transition.

Monkey Puzzle is a lovely nursery. My daughter has spent 2 1/2 years here, and I couldn't be more glad to have chosen such a secure and nurturing environment for her to grow, learn and develop. All the staff are kind, enthusiastic and professional. I trust them completely with every aspect of my

The staff have been really supportive with my son, who has additional needs. They've gone the extra mile to give me the guidance and support I need. My son loves the nursery, he always has a smile on his face when I drop him off. Monkey Puzzle is a nurturing environment and have shown flexibility in

Monkey Puzzle has a warm and family- like atmosphere, where children bond with their key workers and peers alike. The key worker pours an enormous amount of effort into ensuring a safe, enjoyable and nurturing environment. The days are activity filled with a strong focus on development. The space is
bright and airy, with a wonderful large garden for outdoor play and learning.

We've only recently joined in April 2025. I, as a parent see lots of things about when my daughter comes home. Shes talking about her day in a great detail telling me the different activities shes done in the day and coming home singing lots of new nursery songs. Its so lovely to see. I think the
team from management and all teachers and assisting staff are all so friendly and approachable. We recently had our first parents evening and received m such positive feedback. Were so happy we decided on Monkey Puzzle and I would thoroughly recommend to others.

Disappointed that there was more email communication about the parents' evening in the run-up to it and reminders. It wasn't until I saw an email about it having happened that I realised there was one. Maybe some improved communication going forward? Thanks

My child is very happy at this nursery. The staff is kind, caring and always helpful. The place is clean and safe. We feel comfortable and confident leaving our child here. My child has learned so much here.

Very good nursery the staff are excellent. Always give constructive feedback about my child in pre-school. As a parent, my main expectation to be met by my child's carers, was to my child to feel happy in a different environment. Since my child started at Monkey Puzzle almost two years ago, I only have good words for the team. She's learnt different topics but mainly, they helped developing her indepence
in the most patient and fun way!

As we work in shifts, we knew finding a nursery would be tough. Monkey Puzzle were reasonable and flexible around this, creating a fantastic environment for our son. The staff are always so lovely, the facilities when we visited were great and clean, and the app used to correspond with parents is
fantastic. Our son very quickly settled in, and we've had a wonderful experience so far.
