Overall, my child's progress leaps and bounds at St Mary's. I am delighted with the staff members' efforts, and one thing I love is the food on offer. This has meant that she rarely says no to anything.

All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. More importantly, the way they trail, look after and develop my child is exceptional. Her development is really impressive, which I put down to the staff of this nursery. Not only that, they are really flexible with my shift pattern and look to accommodate extra days when needed.

Issues with the finance side of things with the nursery - usually have to query our bill monthly.

All the staff are kind and transparent with feedback. I feel like my daughter is well supported and that she is developing at a great rate. There is also a wide range of activities that the children undertake.

One of the best nurseries in the area. I can see lots of improvement in my child. The staff are super welcoming too, they also update the parent/guardian on things happening in the school. Will recommend!

My child loves nursery. She is kept active and entertained. Food seems to be of good quality and varied. Staff members remember your name and include you in their day. More prompt updates of the app would be great, with perhaps more pictures.

I am very happy that I have chosen this nursery for my son! Staff are brilliant and the management team is extremely helpful; they have done everything for my son to have a great time at nursery and to help his development! I would highly recommend this nursery to all parents!

My husband and I are really happy with the care and education provided. Two ladies, in particular, are excellent room leaders. They are caring, kind, patient, focused on education, and the children love them. Very happy.

Our child is in the maple room. Whilst there have been several staff changes recently, the staff ethos from the regulars seems to be consistent, and most important to us, is that the staff are kind and loving, always willing to give cuddles and reassurance. I asked our son recently who his best friend was at nursery, and whilst I meant a child, his reply was a key worker, she is so patient and understanding with him. Two members of staff take great pride in keeping the nursery tidy and always send our son home with a clean face; they are both his go-to people for reassurance. We look forward to getting the daily updates and pictures via the app and love the artwork that comes home. The food served always reads as tasty and homemade with a few treats, which is a great balance. Academically, we are really pleased that it has given him the best start possible ahead of school, thank you.

To begin with, I came across of few issues with the nursery that concerned me, however, I raised these with the nursery, and they were quickly addressed and sorted. Since January 2022, the nursery has massively improved, this may be due to new staff and a change around. I feel confident that my child is in the right care. I am happy sending my children there, knowing they are being looked after and in a happy safe environment.

I am happy with the care my child received at the nursery. The staff is friendly and helpful. My son is always well-fed when he comes home. I can see big improvements in his development, he talks and learns more. I just want to mention that many times after the children have been playing outside, he comes home with wet shoes or trousers. I think the outside play area has puddles or is not dry.

We cannot fault this nursery. The staff are incredible - it feels like I’m leaving my child with a family member! My child runs in in the morning and chats all the way home about the day. The staff give thoughtful and detailed feedback- they’ve even helped us out with a few things that I’d deem ‘above and beyond’- with care and love. We will be really sad to leave in July! Thank you all for giving my child such a wonderful start to their journey in education.

The staff at St Mary's over the last three years have been great! The facilities are good, regular daily feedback is always detailed, and also captured on a phone app with photos. Management communicates changes and updated regularly. Very pleased and happy with the care and support provided. Thank you, team St Mary's.
