    A discount will apply to all NHS and military employees.


    If your child does not receive any funding and attends five full days per week a 10% full time discount will be applied to your monthly fees.

Our little boy has been going to Pippa's house since he was 1. They are a great team, very caring and invested in the children. The app is also great providing regular updates on his progression and daily activities.

A very reputable nursery, with professional staff. Every day there is plenty to learn, lots of activities, creative workshops and free play. The garden is an amazing space where the children can play freely under supervision. Meals are yummy and healthy. The staff are really caring and will update you
daily. They use an app where you can find information about your child's day, my favourite setting is where golden moments are recorded: you get pictures of your little one and a briefing about something special that happened during the day. My first child loves the nursery and settled quickly in the new environment, my second child will be attending soon also. I cannot recommend enough!

Finding a good nursery for first-time parents can be really challenging. As parents we all want what is best for our children: good care, carer who understands our kids, nursery management who can listen to parent’s requests and circumstances.
A nursery is as good as its staff. Parents of two little
souls, I am glad we found Pippa’s House in Reigate. We are with Pippa’s since 2021 and that was the best decision we took for our children’s overall development. My kids can’t wait to go to nursery every day. The activities, learning, care, food, outdoor activities etc. everything is spot on.

Both of my children attend Pippa's, my 2 1/2 year old son and 10 month daughter. We’re very happy with the care at Pippa's, both of them enjoy their days. My son was slow to walk (bottom shuffler) and I was impressed at how much extra time the team in Babies devoted to help him!

My son started at Pippa’s House at 9 months and is so happy there. From the staff to the activities, to the updates for parents, Pippa’s House has given my husband and I the peace of mind that he is being cared for, his development nurtured and is fed delicious meals (often multiple helpings!). Just
before Christmas, he moved up a room and it was a really supported and smooth transition. We’re very grateful to the whole team for all that they do.

My 4-year-old daughter has been at Pippa’s House Nursery since she was 10 months old, from her first settlement we’ve had a great experience. The staff in each of the rooms she has been in have been incredibly caring, interested in my daughter’s development and accessible on the rare occasions we’ve
had any concerns. The nursery is clean, well looked after and well managed with an increasing range of activities and is always looking for new ways of doing things to help the children’s development.
My daughter recently had a serious accident (with me, away from the nursery setting), and the care & consideration about her recovery and working with us in her rehabilitation/return to nursery has way exceeded any expectations; the manager and team have really gone above and beyond in what has been a difficult time. For me, this really demonstrates the genuine care the team gives my daughter on a daily basis, and knowing this gave me real peace of mind as she returned to nursery.

Samantha Sawyer

Job Title: Senior Nursery Manager Joined: 2021

Sam joined Pippa's House Reigate in September 2021.


She has over 22 years of childcare experience and has a Level 5 and Level 3 in Childcare and Level 3 in Leadership & Management. Sam is based at Pippa's House, Reigate, but has recently been promoted to senior manager supporting our other settings based in Surrey.


Sam is Pippa's house Senior Designated Safeguarding lead. Sam also has SENco experience. Sam is passionate about supporting children and their families.


Sam has 2 children, Chloe (17) and Bobby (12). Chloe is Type 1 Diabetic, so Sam has experience managing this condition.

Lena

Lena Nielsen

Job Title: Senior Deputy Manager Joined: 2022

Lena joined Pippa's House Reigate in April 2022.


She is originally from Denmark, where she studied for a bachelor's in Social Education, which is equivalent to a level 6 in childcare here in the UK.


Lena loves to travel and go outdoors, so her goal is to give the children experiences that help them to achieve their full potential and understand the world around them.


Lena is our EAL Coordinator and will support children and families with English as an Additional Language within our settings.


Lena started as a Nursery Practitioner but has since progressed to Room Leader, Senior Deputy Manager. She recently covered for a year as nursery manager (maternity cover) at our Guildford site, returning to Reigate in September 2025.

A note from Yiota...


I have been working in childcare for 23 years, both in nurseries and as a nanny. I am level 3 qualified-working towards a level 5 lead. I still have a love for crafts and creating fun learning experiences for the children. I joined Pippa's House Reigate in April 2024 as a room leader. I was recently promoted to Deputy Manager in December 2024. I also regularly travel between Pippa's house and the nurseries, mentoring new members of staff. I come from a huge Greek family, and we all look after each other, which is why I realised at a very young age I wanted to work with children. I am now also mum to a baby girl, who attends Pippa’s house. Honestly, when looking for a new position for myself, a big part of wanting to work at Pippa’s house was seeing how happy the children were when I visited and how engaging the staff were. I’m really excited to progress my own qualifications within the nursery and to make it as fun as possible for all the children in my care.

A little note from Nia....


Hey, my name is Nia. I have been working at Pippa's house for 4 years, starting as a nursery assistant in Boppers, and I have stayed there since. Whilst being at Pippa's, I have progressed massively, after seeing strengths in my behaviour management, I took the role of behaviour coordinator for the nursery. Sometimes, even travelling to other settings to create different tools and give them support in behaviour areas. After three years of being at Pippa's, I was then given the role of room leader for Boppers, loving the role and the responsibility that comes with it. In my years here, I have made great bonds with families, children, and also staff - I have made many memories and have enjoyed my time here.

I have worked in childcare for just over two and a half years, while working in childcare I have achieved my Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification-Currently working towards my Level 5. This has allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge to ensure that I provide the best possible care to the children to allow them to develop to their full potential. I love working in Pippa’s House Nursery as the children are amazing, and when working with children every day is different as well as the opportunity for growth with my professional development.
