    If your child does not receive any funding and attends five full days per week a 10% full time discount will be applied to your monthly fees.

We love Pippa's House in Reigate! We moved here 18 months ago and the team were so great at settling our daughter in. She's always happy to be there and loves the staff. We get great communication and always know what's going with our daughter and how her day has been. The manager is helpful, responsive
and flexible! I don't think we could ask for anything more!
We will miss Pippa's House so much when our daughter goes to school next year.

My daughter has now been at Pippa's house for almost 3 months and has settled so well into babies room. The staff from her keyworker to management and the chef, are all so caring, communicative and are super lovely. The practitioners all work so hard to ensure nurture is at their core and my daughter
has already made great bonds with them. The rooms are so wholesome with smiling faces from the staff and decorated with the children's artwork. The chef has been absolutely brilliant with my daughter's intolerances and she eats so well there, we love hearing about the menus so we can re-create these wholesome meals at home. Her key worker has been such a huge part in her settling, we still can't believe our breastfed co-sleeping baby naps so well at nursery, up to 2+hrs which has been made so much easier with the nap room and staff who are really approachable and listen to your worries and really work hard in ensuring the babies are happy and content there.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this preschool! Our 3-year-old son struggled in his previous setting, but since starting here, he has thrived. The staff are incredibly supportive, nurturing and patient, and they've really helped him build confidence and feel comfortable. The staff go above
and beyond and my son runs in happily everyday which is lovely to see: We've seen such a positive change in his social skills, communication, and overall enthusiasm for learning. It's clear that they genuinely care about each child's growth and well-being. Highly recommend!

My son started at Pippa's House Reigate this summer. I am beyond happy with our experience so far! My son has attended alternative nurseries prior to joining Pippa's House, and I can truthfully say that the care he has received here has been on another level of amazing. The team at Explorers are nurturing,
caring, and approachable. My son adores all of the staff and often gives them cuddles/shows excitement to see them each morning. Not only do the staff work brilliantly as a team to create a safe, happy, and engaging environment for the children, but they also take the time to develop a rapport with the parents, which is really important. If you are considering sending your child to Pippa's House, you won't regret it! They're fabulous!

Our 15-month-old son has been attending Pippa's for about a month now in the Baby Room and we're really happy with how it's going! We feel that the staff have been amazing, which made the settling process easier for us. I love the use of the app that staff use to upload photos and info about anything
they've done that day. They go into detail about activities they've done and we love seeing how creative the team gets with this; they do lots of sensory play! Recently they did a surprise photoshoot with the babies for Halloween and our son looked like he'd been having the best time and was smiling away with the biggest grin on his face - we loved this! I can see that the staff really do care about the children and that they build bonds with each of them. A few other key things we love is the outdoor area which they go out in multiple times a day, the variety of balanced food and snacks for meal times, and that they have a separate room with cots for nap times in the Baby Room.

My child has attended Pippa's house since she was 9 months old, she has truly flourished there under the care of the brilliant staff in the baby room. I can tell that they have genuine care for the children, and my daughter has a very good bond with all of them, especially her key worker. I enjoy seeing
the daily updates of all the activities they put on for the children. Aside from the staff being amazing, I like the fact that the babies have a separate garden to play freely and a separate sleep room. The food is also a plus, it is varied and nutritious.
The management are always accommodating and I feel comfortable asking them any questions I have. Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter!

Our 1-year-old only attended for 2 weeks but it was clear from the outset that this was not the right setting for her. During the settling sessions, most of the staff appeared uninterested in getting to know her and did not engage with us. I was concerned to see babies upset and left unattended whilst
staff prioritised other tasks such as cleaning up. The room leader was unable to answer many questions and we were never allocated a key worker.
In fairness to the nursery, they responded very appropriately to my concerns and made some changes including a new room leader. I believe when they say our experience was not typical or the standard they aim for. They also arranged a refund for us. However, it was an upsetting experience and she has now settled very well in an alternative nursery.

My son has been attending Pippa's House Nursery since he was 9 months old.
There are not enough words to thank the management and the rest of the team at Pippa's House for their ongoing support through what has been a very tough time for me personally. My son has always been happy here, the facilities
are clean and the meals are nutritious. Pippa House is the only nursery I looked at when returning from maternity leave and was the best decision I have made for both me and my son. I will forever be grateful for this nursery and for what they have helped me succeed with their support. Thank you!

My son has been at the nursery for one month and I am so happy with the care he receives. The staff are all so caring and kind, so I know that when I drop him off, he will have a wonderful day.

Our little boy has been attending Pippa's House Reigate full-time since he was 9 months old. The love and care he has received every day since then have been absolutely incredible. The staff are fantastic and truly care about each and every child as well as their development. The facilities are fantastic;
food is varied, nutritious, and delicious and the daily experiences both provided by Pippa's House staff and external providers create an amazing learning environment for young children. Our son loves going to nursery every day and I have no doubt our daughter will too when she starts next year; this is definitely down the wonderful team at Pippa's House. We could not recommend this nursery enough!

Such a lovely nursery setting, with such lovely carers. My little girl has been attending Pippa's for a year and a half now, and she goes in always with a smile on her face. She's learnt so much there and I can see the lovely attachment she's built towards her carers. Their activities seem engaging,
educational and fun! I also love the fact that they organise experiences such as watching eggs in an incubator hatch and then touching the chicks, other animal encounters, fun phonics learning, as well as Spanish. I thought it was brilliant when my little girl came back home one day singing a song in Spanish.

Our son and daughter (4 and 1) both attend Pippa's and we can't praise it highly enough. Our son has attended since age 1, moving up through each room. The staff are fantastic - so friendly and welcoming, and they really go above and beyond to make the time spent there fun and educational. Particular
highlights for our family are playball and Spanish classes in preschool, chicks hatching in the office, healthy eating play, visit from the local vet, father's day breakfast and the recent pre-school graduation garden party. And that's not mentioning the art, seedlings, songs and random bits of knowledge that come home with them. As our son gets ready to leave nursery and start school, we'd like to say a massive thank you to all the staff for all they've done to help prepare him for school, including the physio and OT sessions they've attended and helped with. It has been such a relief to leave our children with professionals we know we can trust and who want what's best for every child.

Our two children have been attending Pippa's Reigate for about 18 and 6 months. The staff are lovely and I get the feeling every time I drop off or pick up that they really care for and know the children. They do lots of creative and active play and have a nice and shaded garden play area that they
use at every opportunity. Nursery communications is always very clear. Overall, we're really pleased with how our children enjoy Pippa's and how confident we feel when they're there.

My daughter has attended Pippa's House from six months old, starting in April 2022. I have been so pleased with the atmosphere and all staff in each room. She's now in Explorers and is paired with a key worker who is wonderful, and whom my daughter loves. I've been particularly impressed with the range
of activities that the room leader provides - they have a different tuff tray every day, there is loads of messy play, and she has introduced cooking and dance - they also have a weekly Spanish class. The manager, and her deputy do an amazing job - they are always around to chat about worries or just nothing when it's been a long lonely day working at home. They have introduced so many initiatives that are exciting for the children and make the nursery a vibrant place to be. Looking in, they take great care of their staff and seem to place a great deal of emphasis on their wellbeing, which is reflected in a stable and happy team.

Both of my little ones go to Pippa's House, starting in baby room with my daughter now in pre-school and my son in boppers.
Both of them absolutely love it - the staff are kind, friendly and attentive. We feel totally safe and happy knowing our kids are well looked after and loved.
We've been really
impressed with the activities offered - playball, Spanish lessons, dance classes and zoo visits to name a few!
We feel very lucky to have the level of flexibility the nursery has - the nursery manager, deputy manager and team are really understanding and accommodating which makes a big difference when my husband and I are both trying to juggle working full-time with such a young family.
We would definitely recommend Pippa's House!

My daughter has attended Pippa's House since she was 11 months old, and since day one I have been blown away by the nursery! The care, love and attention she receives from all the staff is outstanding. Nothing is ever too much to ask and all staff are friendly, dedicated, professional and skilled. My
daughter is thoroughly excited to go to nursery in the mornings and tells me all about her exciting day at pick-up. The carefully thought out activities (and outings) are wonderful to hear about (and get updates about via the app), these activities have also helped her development hugely. The food is a big hit too as is the amazing chef (and team). The management staff are also incredible, always available, easy to get hold of and open to feedback. The nursery location, the building and facilities are great too, the garden area is wonderful for the kids to play in and even the parking is ample. I feel incredibly lucky that my daughter attends Pippa's and I would highly recommend to other parents!

My son started at Pippa's around 3 months ago and has settled in well, the staff are excellent, the food great and he always eats well at nursery, plus some of the zoo labs, and off-site visits really show how they are going above beyond to give the kids great experiences.

She has over 22 years of childcare experience and has a Level 5 and Level 3 in Childcare and Level 3 in Leadership & Management. Sam is based at Pippa's House, Reigate, but has recently been promoted to senior manager supporting our other settings based in Surrey.


Sam is Pippa's house Senior Designated Safeguarding lead. Sam also has SENco experience. Sam is passionate about supporting children and their families.


Sam has 2 children, Chloe (17) and Bobby (12). Chloe is Type 1 Diabetic, so Sam has experience managing this condition.

Lena

Lena Nielsen

Lena joined Pippa's House Reigate in April 2022.


She is originally from Denmark, where she studied for a bachelor's in Social Education, which is equivalent to a level 6 in childcare here in the UK.


Lena loves to travel and go outdoors, so her goal is to give the children experiences that help them to achieve their full potential and understand the world around them.


Lena is our EAL Coordinator and will support children and families with English as an Additional Language within our settings.


Lena started as a Nursery Practitioner but has since progressed to Room Leader, Senior Deputy Manager. She recently covered for a year as nursery manager (maternity cover) at our Guildford site, returning to Reigate in September 2025.

A note from Yiota...


I have been working in childcare for 23 years, both in nurseries and as a nanny. I am level 3 qualified-working towards a level 5 lead. I still have a love for crafts and creating fun learning experiences for the children. I joined Pippa's House Reigate in April 2024 as a room leader. I was recently promoted to Deputy Manager in December 2024. I also regularly travel between Pippa's house and the nurseries, mentoring new members of staff. I come from a huge Greek family, and we all look after each other, which is why I realised at a very young age I wanted to work with children. I am now also mum to a baby girl, who attends Pippa’s house. Honestly, when looking for a new position for myself, a big part of wanting to work at Pippa’s house was seeing how happy the children were when I visited and how engaging the staff were. I’m really excited to progress my own qualifications within the nursery and to make it as fun as possible for all the children in my care.

Hi, I am Vicky, Senior Chef for Pippa's - I am in my 4th year working for Pippa's.
My speciality dish is moussaka - the children absolutely love it.
I've been working within the catering industry for over 20 years. I have experience running community centre kitchens, so I have cooked for all age groups and a vast range of allergies and dietary requirements.

I have worked here at Pippa's house for 3 years now. Since joining I have progressed from practitioner in baby room to baby room leader. I live at home with my mum, sister and dog called Casey. I have always wanted to work in childcare for as long as I can remember especially with babies. I love getting to watch them grow and learn new things, and creating bonds with the children!

A little note from Nia....


Hey, my name is Nia. I have been working at Pippa's house for 4 years, starting as a nursery assistant in Boppers, and I have stayed there since. Whilst being at Pippa's, I have progressed massively, after seeing strengths in my behaviour management, I took the role of behaviour coordinator for the nursery. Sometimes, even travelling to other settings to create different tools and give them support in behaviour areas. After three years of being at Pippa's, I was then given the role of room leader for Boppers, loving the role and the responsibility that comes with it. In my years here, I have made great bonds with families, children, and also staff - I have made many memories and have enjoyed my time here.

I have worked in childcare for just over two and a half years, while working in childcare I have achieved my Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification-Currently working towards my Level 5. This has allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge to ensure that I provide the best possible care to the children to allow them to develop to their full potential. I love working in Pippa’s House Nursery as the children are amazing, and when working with children every day is different as well as the opportunity for growth with my professional development. My favourite activity to do with the children is messy play, especially painting, water play and food play. My favourite aspect of my job is to watch the children grow in independence and confidence as the school year goes on.

I joined Pippa’s House Nursery Reigate in May 2019. It has been the most personally rewarding work experience in my career.
I have over 10 years of childcare experience and a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
I am currently working as a Room Leader in Preschool Room and providing support to new members of staff across other Pippa’s House Nurseries.

In my career I have over 30 years experince working with children of all ages. I have a BA in Education with qualified teacher status. My main focus over the past 15-20 years has been children's language development. I am Pippa's house Reigates Additional needs coordinator working to support the children with a range of needs. Recently I have completed an ELKAN language and communication course which refreshed and gave me a new enthusiasm for getting the best for our children.
