Nursery on the Green, rated Outstanding by Ofsted (October 2018), offers care for children aged from 6 months to 5 years old. With a friendly and dedicated team, each child and their family are provided a welcoming setting where their happiness and safety are the top priority.

To help children settle in, the team offer a 'key person' system, where each child has a dedicated member of staff who will welcome them to the setting and monitor their progress and development throughout their time at the nursery. They also seek to work closely with families so they can get to know each child's interests and requirements through the people who know them best.

To promote learning and development, the team ensure children have daily routines and opportunities for self-help learning and life-skill development as well as structured and non-structured activities to encourage independence as well as imagination.

Always been happy with this nursery. They genuinely know and care for my child and the staff are all caring and compassionate. Great manager who goes out of her way to help with any queries/issues. Would definitely recommend to others.

Nursery on the Green is brilliant. The environment is safe and nurturing. Staff are happy, helpful and seem really committed to the children.
The learning hub for older kids is comprehensive and engages the kids well. It really helped our eldest get ready for the move to primary school.

Nursery on the Green has been excellent. The children do creative activities and the reporting back is very detailed. The staff have been very caring and attentive. The children get to do fun-packed activities that would be difficult to set up at home. Pre-schoolers get to stand at the learning hub
and get prepared for school which is fantastic.

Our son attends this nursery full-time (5 days a week) and we couldn't be happier, the nursery itself is managed well - clean, spacious, and full of games, books, and educational sessions and we love the fact that they rotate and refresh the activities to keep the kids engaged. Food is always fresh
in (I see the Sainsbury's deliveries every so often) and they encourage a balanced diet which is important given he gets the majority of his week's meals there. The staff have always been lovely, and most importantly our son looks forward to going there every day and always returns with a smile on his face. Thanks to the manager and the rest of the team.

Fantastic nursery with the most incredible and caring staff!
Our little one has thrived since joining Nursery On The Green at fourteen months, he was initially looked after by two staff members who were amazing and always made such a fuss of him!
He is now twenty-four months and his key worker is
again great!
Staff are always on hand to answer any questions/concerns.
I couldn’t recommend the nursery more highly!

Both of our children have been through the nursery - our daughter is entering her final few months before heading off to school. We are really happy - it has been a supportive, safe, and stimulating environment for our children. We couldn’t ask for better.

Our daughter is our first child so it is always quite stressful when choosing a nursery, but we couldn't be happier with Nursery On The Green. The nursery offers so many activities and we can see how our daughter is developing with her speech and confidence, which they have contributed to. Our daughter
is happy to arrive at nursery and often leaves without a backward glance so is evidently content and comfortable which is reassuring for us.

Our daughter enjoys going to the nursery. It is a very clean and organised environment. The staff are very professional and always spend time at the end of the day talking to you about your child and their day. We get regular updates throughout the day on the app. A good range of activities is offered,
including plenty of outdoor time. Nice touches are also offered, like the coffee morning at the weekend for parents and children to go to the nursery for refreshments, to play, to meet other parents and children and to spend time getting to know the staff. Would highly recommend Nursery on the Green.

The love and nurture they give the children is fantastic. The planned daily activities for both babies and older children are amazing. So much time and effort goes into everything they do, such as themed snacks and fruity Thursdays. I'm excited to find out what my children have been up to each day and

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful nursery. Our daughter absolutely loves it there and is full of smiles every day at drop-off! The staff are so caring and creative and really go the extra mile for the children. We love getting updates on the Tapestry app so we can see what she has been
getting up to, how much she has slept, eaten, etc. Overall, we feel very lucky to have found such a brilliant nursery for our daughter.

I currently have my 2 sons there and dreading my first one leaving for school in September as he’s developed the most amazing friends and wonderful relationship with the carers. It breaks my heart! They have always been super friendly, and accommodating and always go out of their way to do creative
things with the kids. They truly love the kids and have fun with them. I’m very proud to have my kids there and they definitely have their very best start there. There is an amazing manager, super energetic and friendly and that vibe carries on with the rest of the staff!

We have been incredibly happy with Nursery on the Green. Seeing our daughter smile and reach out to the staff for a cuddle when she arrives is very reassuring. She has a great time and especially loves the messy play as she doesn’t get to do much of that at home. We love seeing the photos of what she
gets up to during the day. The staff are lovely and so enthusiastic. They take a lot of pride in providing a stimulating and nurturing environment for babies and children. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the nursery to anyone looking for childcare.

My child has been happy since the day she started at Nursery on the Green. A different activity every day. The manager and her team are amazing - Nothing is too much trouble and you can tell all the staff love working there and the children. I highly recommend.

Our son started at Nursery on the Green in September 2021 and immediately settled well. His key worker and other staff quickly got to know him and he soon felt happy and confident in their care. As parents, having regular updates throughout the day has helped us feel connected to him and reassured us
that he is happy. He loves going into nursery and has developed so much since starting. We are so pleased with our choice of nursery, and very grateful to all of the staff who work hard to look after him so well.

Very impressed with this nursery. The staff are friendly and know and care about my son's wellbeing and development. Throughout the day we get photos and commentary of his activities, which are varied and imaginative. They spend plenty of time outdoors in the garden and go on regular field trips to

We could not be happier with this amazing nursery! With two children, we have been with Nursery on the Green since 2018 when our eldest joined the baby room. Both my sons have loved it here from day one. All the staff are always friendly and supportive. They really do care!
Now that my eldest is at
school it's apparent how much his time at Nursery on the Green helped him thrive and prepare him for what's to come.

We are so delighted with Nursery on the Green, our daughter settled easily and is thriving and enjoying her time there - we always get a big smile and a clap in the morning when I tell her it’s a nursery day! This is the best nursery in Enfield. The staff simply love kids and are keen to see them develop at their own pace. They have loads of activities from yoga, music time and a learning hub to ensure the kids explore new things.


All the staff are amazing but a big shout out to the manager and the staff.

Both of our daughters attend Nursery on the Green full time and have flourished there. The care is second to none and they are stimulated so much better there than they would be at home. So much variety every day.


All the staff really care about each individual child but also about their parents

and wider family unit. This was evident recently when they immediately offered support to us all with some sad family news.


Our eldest will leave to start school in September which is sad but she is more than ready thanks to Nursery on the Green preparation. I just hope the school will support her creativity and challenge her learning just as well as Nursery on the Green. At least our 2 and a half year old will continue on.
