My son absolutely loves coming to nursery! He has a great bond with all the staff in the room and I can see how much they care for him. Since starting, me and my family have seen a huge difference in his development, his communication and language has came on amazing and he is great with social interactions. They have really supported his independence and he surprises us week by week with his new skills. This has made such a difference for us, knowing how settled and happy he is and how much he’s learning.

My little boy attends this nursery, after being in lockdown he was very reluctant to be left with the staff, but they have all been really amazing with him making him feel comfortable and safe while there. Would deffo recommend to friends and family.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for a few months now and always comes out so happy. She has flourished in so many ways. Her confidence has grown through the nurturing of the amazing staff.

The nursery staff are just so caring about each child as an individual. It’s so lovely. I love hearing about how my two are developing and they seem to be going from strength to strength under their care.

Fantastic staff who all provide a safe, fun and friendly atmosphere for our little one. Our little one loves going and seeing all her friends and staff which is reassuring to us parents, given she spends most of her time there.

My son started this nursery in September 2021. Since he started he has made great progress with numbers, shapes and letters. His confidence is improving and all the learning is done while they play. I am really impressed with how much he has advanced. Staff are friendly and approachable and updates are given on a regular basis. I would recommend this nursery.

Fabulous nursery! Our daughter started last month but from the first day it was like she’d been there months! Everyone is so friendly and the staff can’t do enough to help! The app is also a great addition to keep check on how your little one is doing!

Such a fantastic nursery! All the staff are so friendly, wonderful and very easy to approach if I need to ask any questions. Since my daughter has started here her speech, imagination, creativity are just coming on amazing!

My little girl has been going since she was three months old. The care and safeguarding are fantastic. The team look after all children greatly and she is now crawling around exploring everything around her. I had a development meeting regarding all the areas the nursery work in and she is exceeding in everything with her key worker. They are so supportive with home life and also in nursery to better the children. They go back and beyond with each child. I highly recommend the nursery. As my older daughter is five years old and she went at three months and she still goes through the holidays too, because she loves it so much too!

The ladies in my daughter's room did an amazing job settling in my baby, even if she settled quickly it’s down to those girls making her feel so comfortable and loved. She has a great bond with her key person and buddy already just after a month and it makes me really happy when she leans to go to them in the morning. Makes me confident and happy leaving my eleven month baby there three times a week.

Both of our boys have attended the nursery, our youngest will leave for school in September. They have loved nursery and have thrived. The staff have always been so supportive throughout each stage of the boys’ development and needs. Going above and beyond. The team have been a big part of our boy's lives, My one son especially has a special bond with his Keyworker and it’s been lovely to see him so happy and confident because of the care and encouragement from her to be his quirky self.

Nothing is ever a problem, well done every one.

I cannot explain enough how wonderful the staff are, they make us feel comfortable leaving our child in their care. They do everything to instil good values and behaviours and they’re always there for any questions we have. I have no bad words to say and can’t thank them enough.

A very positive experience. Staff were interested in my daughter and showed genuine care for her. They tell me about her day and any funny things she may have done. If I have worries or concerns about her development or in general they take time to listen and help if they can. My daughter loves it and enjoys all the experiences offered to her.

My daughter has been going for around 3 years now, I decided to keep her at this nursery and not the nursery of the school she is going to because it is such a brilliant nursery. The staff in the Otter room are brilliant with my daughter! She leaves in July and we will both miss the girls!

Despite the challenges the pandemic has thrown at us, the nursery has really made me feel that my children are happy and safe when I leave them in their care. My girls love nursery, and I cannot thank the staff for the care and attention they give to each child on a daily basis. They keep me updated with their progress and general wellbeing regularly and make sure to greet me with the kindest of smiles every morning and evening during pick-ups and drop-offs, no matter what the weather! I have recommended the nursery to my neighbours and will continue to speak highly of HH to anyone that asks.

My 2-year-old daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. The staff are lovely and are amazing at creating wonderful activities and experiences for the children. My 5-month-old baby will be attending when she is older too.

My daughter has been going to the nursery now for coming up a year and she absolutely loves it, waves bye at the door and off she goes! My daughter has hearing loss and the staff have been amazing at working with her sensory team, working with her on a 1-1 basis and ensuring she keeps her hearing aids in. She has come on so much both socially and verbally and it’s lovely to hear what she get’s up to. They keep you informed with an online log where they share photos and videos and you can also share back. I would highly recommend this nursery to all my friends.

Since our daughter's started at this nursery, honestly I can say all the problems we previously encountered, i.e resisting to going into nursery, quickly went away and she loves being at nursery now and treats it as her second home. No doubt this has been because of the tremendous hard work from staff. I found all to be approachable and keen to help. The management is spot on and felt supported during the pandemic. I don't have anything negative to say. Thank you to everyone and keep the great work.

We receive regular communication (daily notifications re meals/sleep) monthly newsletters, phone calls when required and suggestions for how to support learning at home.

Our daughter has truly thrived over the last 6 months and I know all the girls in the squirrel room have had a huge influence on this. Thank you to the team. I can do my job safe in the knowledge my daughter is being cared for in a setting where she loves to learn and have fun.
