Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school, Hetton

My Daughter loves spending time here, she only attends one day a week at the moment but she has come on leaps and bounds and she loves learning different things. The staff are so helpful and her key person is very knowledgeable and really puts my daughter's needs first.

My first visit to the nursery blew me away. I wasn't intending to put my child in any earlier than him turning a year but after seeing the set up and the friendly and informative staff I was looking forward to seeing my child be a part of a wonderful nursery. I love how caring and genuine they are. My child has developed so much and I love seeing how happy he is and the support I get from the staff is something else. Always go above and beyond. Highly recommend this nursery!

My son has been with this nursery for two years. The nursery staff have supported my son with achieving so much from developing his speech and also with his eating. Staff let me know each day how he is doing. I would highly recommend this nursery. Staff also developed themed areas to help settle my son into each room as he has grown from baby room up to the pre school room

My child attends here, I am very grateful for the support when they go to a different room due to their age, the regular updates that are received is appreciated. The staff at the nursery are very kind and caring toward all the little ones that attend.

Ever since starting nursery my little boy has come on amazingly. He loves coming home and telling me what he has been doing with his friends and the activities they have been doing. His key worker has also helped us when it comes to extra help and support with his speech. I absolutely admire and appreciate all of the staff.

Lovely staff, my child really enjoys going here. We always feel welcome and valued by the staff here and they always put our child first. My child feels very safe coming to this nursery. My child loves how the staff change the rooms around to suit the children's interests at the time.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for three years. She loves it, especially the staff in her room and her key worker who has been with her throughout.

I am very happy with the care my daughter receives at this nursery. Her development has come on massively and has learnt so much since starting here. She has made some great friendships with the other children in her class and all of the staff here are fantastic.

As a parent bringing our first and only child to the nursery was a scary prospect, leaving him in the care of strangers, but the staff at the nursery quickly eased our fears, and we felt comfortable with them right away.

The nursery and preschool are structured really well with the age brackets, and the staff come up with some fantastic learning play activities. As a parent, I have always felt heard and my feelings respected. It is clear that every member of staff cares deeply for the children, be it the manager, girls in the rooms, the cleaners, or the cook. They all take the time to make them feel special and cared for, and that's all any parent can ask.

We will be sad to say goodbye to everyone at Little Pioneers this September, and we're so grateful we chose them.

A lovely little nursery that really adds a personal touch. All displays inside are eye-catching and engaging. All of the staff are brilliant and are always eager to tell you about your child's session upon pick-up. Also, a variety of play activities that are stimulating which is fantastic. The app is an added bonus to keep you involved when you're not there.

My daughter visits the holiday club in nursery when she is off school in the holidays. She’s thoroughly enjoyed her time over the Easter holidays and has looked forward to coming in each day we’ve had booked. The girls always welcome her and greet her like she hasn’t been away for a few months. She loves the chicks and Easter-themed activities this time.

My daughter loves spending time at the nursery. They have looked after her and always consider her individual needs. Her key worker and in fact all of the staff have made sure that they know her well and ensure that she is well taken care of.

Amazing team that support children individually on their needs. Have brought my daughters on amazing in all aspects within nursery which may I add has been amazing as I was worried that my child may not have been understood. Wish I had of started them sooner. I will certainly recommend the nursery.

Our little boy has been coming to this nursery from only a few months old and he’s now 4. I can’t even imagine how sad we all gonna be when he leaves in August. He absolutely loves every minute spend in this place. Staff are amazing, friendly, feels like our family. I cannot recommend highly enough. The best nursery ever !

Little Pioneers in Hetton has been so caring towards my little one, they have really nurtured her and helped her to develop. It is so lovely to see how all the staff in the setting know her and how well they know her. Her key worker talks so warmly about her character and personality and points out little things to us, like a book she’s really enjoying. The nursery is well organised with great communication showing us what our little has been doing and what her next step is. The environment itself is also very well organised and beautifully set up. No wonder my little one loves it so much!

I sincerely appreciate how helpful and fantastic the members of staff of Little Pioneers Nursery and Preschool are. They're absolutely supportive. Not only do they give daily feedback about my daughter's activities, they also support her to overcome her challenges. My girl has really improved ever since she joined the nursery and I'm awed by how fast that has happened. My second daughter would be enrolling soon. I've got no concerns whatsoever about the nursery. A wonderful place to register your little ones. I'll definitely recommend Little Pioneers Nursery and Preschool.

Since my daughter has started this nursery she come on brilliant in the things she knows and does for only been two. I would like to thank the staff for the help of bringing my daughter on the way she is and always having a comforting approach towards my daughter as she enters with open arms to make her feel comfortable in the surroundings.
