I cannot praise this nursery enough. Both of my children have been with you since babies and we are gutted to be leaving. Every member of staff feels like family and we have never once worried about dropping them off. We are always well informed of changes, communication is second to now and i feel like the nursery now know our children inside out. The biggest you for being a huge part of their very precious early years.

My daughter has been at bright horizons Didcot from age 1 to 3 and a half and my son joined when he turned 1 this year. They both have a great time there. Lovely staff, creative activities, nutritious food (two cooked meals a day!). You can tell there's a strong management team with a friendly ethos, would highly recommend

We have had an exceptional experience with Didcot Day Nursery, especially during our daughter's recent spica cast journey. From the moment she returned to nursery, the staff went above and beyond to ensure she felt comfortable, included, and supported. They took the time to understand her needs, adapted activities where necessary, and showed incredible patience, care, and compassion every day. Their positive attitude and encouragement helped build her confidence and made what could have been a challenging time much easier for both our daughter and our family. Communication was excellent throughout, and it was clear that her wellbeing was always their top priority. The dedication, kindness, and professionalism shown by the entire team have been outstanding. We are so grateful for the support they provided and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing, caring, and inclusive environment for their child.

The team is always energetic and welcoming in the mornings, and whenever you speak with them, you feel confident that everything is going well. It's reassuring to know that your child is in such caring and capable hands.

Most importantly, the nursery provides excellent developmental support, ensuring each child has what they need to thrive. We're incredibly grateful for the care and dedication shown throughout our child's time there.

A staff member informed my daughter that she is not her mother, which understandably upset her greatly. Consequently, I felt it necessary to withdraw her from the nursery promptly. Since then, my daughter has been flourishing beautifully.

When our previous nursery closed at short notice, we moved to Bright Horizons Didcot and have been thoroughly impressed by so many aspects of the setting. The staff are friendly, attentive and really care about our two children, who have formed great bonds and really thrived. The management team in particular have made every effort to accommodate our needs and made us feel valued. Despite having to move setting again for our personal circumstances, we'll always fondly remember our time with the nursery. A huge thanks and best wishes to the entire team!

I have currently got 2 of my children at the Bright horizons day nursery and couldn't be more pleased with our choice of Nursery. It feels safe and secure, staff are caring and always gives you a warm welcome. We have one child in babyroom and one in Preschool and both of them love it. We cherish the bond our children have created over the years with both friends and staff. Communication have always been very good, all from letting us know that a child has settled and is happy again after drop off or just general information.

Pretty much all the staff we have dealt with has been great. Our kids have the best time and the activities they do are really good. Updates on the kids is also very clear. While there has been occasion where information has been missed, that doesn't take away from the excellent work we think they do with the kids. Especially with helping them settle in. OSHA through to preschool has been a very good experience and I'd like to say keep up the good work team!

Both my children have attended from babies until school age. They've always thoroughly enjoyed the nursery and were happy to be dropped off. They were always smiling when we picked them up. The staff are friendly and good with children. They seem to do a lot of fun activities for the children. The management team have always been fast to answer any questions e.g with finances. Very pleased with the nursery.

We had a fantastic experience from the baby room up to pre-school. The staff are caring and helpful, and they have setup convenient systems for parents. They setup amazing activities in a great setting and our child has always loved the food. Our child is vegetarian and this has been no problem! They helped our child develop and be ready for their next steps and we feel lucky to have had such a great nursery near to us.

Great nursery, professionally run and really great safeguarding protocols. A big improvement from our nursery in London. Staff are always attentive to your child's needs and there are not a lot of temporary staff (ie your child gets consistent face to face with their key worker).

My daughter started with Bright Horizons Didcot Day Nursery and Preschool in March 2023, she settled so quickly with welcoming and supporting staff. We can get detailed updates about her day-to-day activities. Staff always went over and above to make her happy. She initially took her time to get used to food in nursery, staff were eating the same food with her to encourage her eating. My daughter always looks forward to going to nursery. She has a few transitions as she progresses to different rooms and with different key workers, all of them have been great. As parents, it's hard to leave your child away from you while working long days but staff looked after her so well which gave such a happy experience for my daughter, made it easy. Early foundation age of child is so important and staff take it seriously and help them to flourish in individual wayd. We had a very positive experience. Thank you so much.

This is our second child at the Bright Horizons Didcot and we couldn't be happier. Our 16 month is always happy to go to nursey, they do such fun activities for the children and take great care of the children. All the staff are so friendly and caring towards the children. I would thoroughly recommend the nursey to everyone.

We are with Bright Horizons Didcot Day Nursery and Preschool for a year now and they are amazing. They are doing a fantastic job with the kids. The staff are very friendly and polite and always they are willing to help you with any concerns. My kid enjoys his time there and he is going every day with a big smile on his face.
