Bright Horizons Romsey Day Nursery and Preschool

From the moment we viewed Bright Horizons Romsey we knew this was the right nursery for our daughter. She has been at the nursery for almost 6 months now and is really happy and developing her social and physical skills. The staff are really great and ensure key relationships are formed with the children and their parents. We feel so comfortable sending our daughter here and we know she will continue to thrive thanks to the nursery and it's amazing staff.

We love that our little girl is safe hands and she is cared for, She has learnt so much by been around other children and the staff who are all very lovely. The renovation new classrooms looks amazing and have more open spaces for the children to explore. What we would like to see more is diversity in the staff so children can relate more to in this day and age where diversity is important.

We moved to the area in November and Bright Horizons Romsey were really accommodating and understanding during a tricky house move My little girl has settled in beautifully and has really bonded with her key worker and grown a lot in confidence. We are very happy here!

We've only bee here a month, but feels like much longer. Our daughter has settled in so well, from her very first settling in session, she's loved it. We were nervous about how she'd do as she was so settled before, but it's all been great! Can't comment too much on the learning and activities so far, but she's very happy, which is our main concern. We don't get as much feedback as what she's done at the end of the day, but maybe that's "pre-school" rather than nursery.

Always feel happy to leave my toddler with such a great team. The refurb looks amazing and they have all put so much into it and coped with all the juggling and room changes with Christmas in the middle but always put the children first, ensuring all their needs where met. Great work team. Thanks for looking after my little one so well.

Overall, since our daughter has been attending BH her wellbeing and social skills have thrived. The varied activities and care received is excellent. Improvements could be made in the consistancy of updating the daily progress in the app. Lots of resources are used to vary the day to day play/learning. We are happy with the overall experience.

As first time parents, we were apprehensive about sending our son to nursery at just 3 months old. However, from the moment he started, we knew we had made the right choice. The transition was supportive, and any concerns faded. Now he is almost 2 and thriving in toddler room. Our son has flourished in this engaging environment, becoming more advanced in his skillset thanks to nursery's influence. He is a very happy boy, who enjoys the plethora of books, activities and yummy food available each day. The recent refurbishment has only enhanced an already excellent facility, and we are so lucky to live so close. The staff are the nurserys true asset - caring, professional, and clearly passionate about their work. Our son has formed strong bonds with a number of staff and eagerly anticipates seeing them each day, missing them when they aren't there. Their friendliness and evident early years expertise are commendable, and really contribute to an excellent overall experience for parents and children alike.

The staff at BH Romsey have looked after both our children for several years ad we've been very happy with the level of care and kindness provided by the staff.

My child has been so happy and really loves all his cuddles from one member of staff in particular and it's great to see him smiling away when I come to collect him. This particular member of staff is always happy to chat and let us know progress or if there have been any issues and we couldn't ask for any more in terms of her and the other staff looking after our little boy!

This is our second child at Bright Horizons and we absolutely love it! So much care is given to our little one and he is so happy here.

We absolutely love the nursery staff, everyone is so welcoming and friendly and they have made the transition of our little boy into nursery very easy. He loves it there and is always happy to go in which is a statement to the work of everyone involved. The development feedback is great and really shows how much is done daily to help him thrive. We would love more photos of the activities he does but also understand how busy it must be. Overall, great nursery and would recommend to friends and family.

My child has settled in so well thanks to the efforts of all the staff. He really struggles to sleep and they have gone above and beyond to support me and help him to have his naps at nursery. The staff are lovely and really care about the kids. Great food and activities, what more could I ask for? Thanks all.

My child has settled in really well to the nursery thanks to the support of the amazing staff. They have all been so welcoming and so friendly. Two members of staff in particular have been so warm and smiley every day.

All of the staff at Romsey Bright Horizons are brilliant. Communication with me is excellent. I feel that they have genuine affection for the children in their care. The baby room staff have been so kind to me as well as my daughter. I know she enjoys her time there and I don't ever worry about her. Thank you for all you do for her, I am very grateful!

Such a great team here. We have been with this nursery for over 5 years now and our third child has been going for the last 6 months too now and loves it. The staff are so attentive and caring. The management has been great and the children really have fun there. Particular mentions to three members of staff in particular who are wonderful and work so hard!
