My child (boy) loves coming to nursery everyday. He is always so excited to come and see his friends and he loves his key worker )and each one he has had). Form the moment we arrive there is always a very warm personal welcome from whoever lets us in and the welcome transfers right though the nursery from drop off to pick up. My joy is thriving and comes home with new learnings daily. The care and love shown by all is clear to see and we could not be happier with our choice of nursery.

The manager and another specific staff member are so friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are and we really do feel as though we are being welcomed into a family environment. All the colleagues are so welcoming and regardless of which room they are in they always have a smile and hello.

I could not recommend this nursery, the manager and her team enough.

Communication with the parents about any events and the app is updated everyday regularly so you can see what they are doing and what they have eaten. Both of my children have met friends for life from kids planet and the staff still ask and make effort with my son when he comes in with me to pick his sister up. I am so happy we chose kids planet Preston

I cannot fault this nursery. Both my children have attended since being babies and both are now very confident and bright, and I cannot take all the credit for this.

In all rooms, my children have been given support and encouragement and have developed really strong bonds with their teachers and peers.

We are sent daily messages of the things they have been learning and are kept up to date with how they are doing generally, be that either at the end of each day or at parents evening. It is also welcomed to discuss any concerns we may or may not have.

The nursery is also very onboard with keeping things up to date and recognise that change is good. We are encouraged to offer suggestions and these are then usually actioned if it is possible.

There is good communication from management and receive newsletters and reminders of special events/themed days. The manager is very approachable, friendly, helpful and understanding, and this shows by way of how successful this nursery is.

I have already recommended friends to send their children here and they are equally delighted. The manager and another specific staff member are always happy to help and answer questions, and I'm always impressed at how well they know each child in their care.

I 100% recommend this nursery. It's already the second child we've enrolled there, and with the second, I didn't even look for another nursery because Kids Planet was always my first and only choice. One of the things I value in a nursery is the openness for parents to enter the premises, and Kids Planet has never placed any restrictions on us entering at any time, which shows they are confident and transparent in their work with nothing to hide. My eldest, now 9 years old, still has great memories of the nursery, and the youngest loves going there. The staff are fantastic, highly professional, attentive, and engage the children in numerous activities.

My little girl who was 20 months old when she started at Kids Planet was very unsettled every time I left her. She had a very strong case of separation anxiety and it used to break my heart every time I left her. But the staff at Kids Planet Fulwood were so supportive. They managed my anxiety as well as my little girls. Within weeks she took to two members of staff in particular and always made sure she was ready to greet my little girl with open arms as soon as she walked through the door. Over the weeks my little girl has gained so much confidence around new people. She is developing in leaps and bounds every day and it's obvious she feels loved and cared for at nursery, something that is extremely important for every parent and child.

This nursery is absolutely wonderful! They are very supportive of parents and children, they have great activities that the children love, and the facility is one of the best I’ve ever seen. They have large outdoor play areas, lots of sensory activities, and learning activities. They encourage parents to get together for support and work closely with parents to best support the individual child’s needs. They’re incredibly helpful with forms, finding full-time schooling, and special education-based needs. I recommend this nursery highly.

My daughter has been in the nursery since 9 months old. With every room she’s been in, she’s been made to feel so welcomed and always found someone in each room that she’s managed to build a connection with. The managers are brilliant, so friendly and welcoming!

In our opinion, the best thing about this nursery is the people. The management are friendly and approachable and the room staff really make an effort to get to know your baby.

Outstanding nursery! I cannot recommend this nursery enough, the staff members and management are by far the most caring and helpful people you would ever want around your child. They give the children a safe environment where not only do they feel safe but where they can express themselves freely. Sport and fitness are an important aspects in this nursery as they have Sports Coaches that encourage children to be active come rain or shine! As a parent, I feel supported and listened to when I have my concerns on certain areas of my child's development as this is crucial for the progression to Primary Education. Their policies and procedures are clear and all staff members adhere to them at all times, staff training is always up to date. My child loves being at this nursery, they feel safe and happy. Kids Planet continues to provide a great environment for our daughter and she is progressing towards the transition from toddlers to pre-school. We are kept well informed and potty training has been well-supported.

My daughter joined Kids Planet Preston in September and the management and their team have gone above and beyond to ensure that my daughter had a smooth, welcoming transition into the toddler room. This included providing us with regular updates via the app but also knowing that they were only a phone call away too. Since then, we have been provided with termly updates by her key worker and given targets of how we can help to support her development too - we have also attended a recent parent's evening which was great. We’re kept up-to-date with events running at the nursery each week with the app being utilised very well. The staff have a great work ethic and go above and beyond to support my little girl in her learning and development. I’d definitely recommend Kids Planet Preston to anybody looking for a nursery for their child.

We are really happy that we chose Kids Planet Preston nursery! Our little boy started when he was around one, at first was very shy however now it’s hard to get him to come home! It’s great to know that he’s really enjoying nursery now, he’s excited to go and we can see he’s really developed whilst he’s been with you. All the staff are amazing it’s put us at ease knowing they think as much of him as us! He is regularly out and about on walks and in their outdoor play area which is his favourite thing to do followed by running around inside causing mayhem and playing with his friends. His development in the last few months has been amazing and he comes home having learnt something new every day. You’re all amazing, thank you.

The staff at Kids Planet Preston (Tower Lane) are extremely supportive, not only with children but also with parents. They go above and beyond to support children in their varying stages of learning eg: parent workshops for toilet training. In addition to this, they bring mums together in a supportive social environment allowing parents to meet in a safe space to communicate. They also recognise the importance of the home learning link by posting assessments, next steps and moments regularly.
