Very good experience, happy with the care and overall service provided. They are very helpful, encouraging and friendly. The child enjoys going to school every day and also has learnt good manners along with having fun.

We are very happy with the care our child receives. She is happy to go in each morning and she has gained so much confidence. The nursery also cares so much about the local community and the whole family, this is something I really value.

My little boy has just started at Kids Planet and they have already made me feel so much at ease with leaving him in their hands, the app is amazing and lets me see every tiny detail about his day. The nursery is about a 15-minute drive for me but it is so worth it compared to all the others near me!

It is really a wonderful experience what we are having every day from Kids Planet Preston. My son recently moved from India and has a language barrier, also I was really worried about how he would cope in the nursery with new people, language, exposure, food everything... in the beginning he was nervous to go to nursery for the first two days and later on he is so excited. I can see the wonders he is experiencing every day in the Kids Planet when he is describing how his day was in the nursery. The main attraction I felt is that the Parent Zone app which is giving the details of how the kid is, what he eats or he refused and how he is doing all those upto date information gives me a relaxed day as a parent. Overall, all the staffs are really supportive and helpful. Kids are really enjoying the new planet where they are spending time with caring people with lots of fun.

We have two children attending this nursery who are thriving and developing all the time. The staff are lovely and welcoming and anything that is asked, advice is always given as well as them supporting what is put in place at home. Our children have such a good rapport with each staff member in their rooms and enjoy coming to learn, particularly enjoying the outdoor learning. The app is perfect for informing us about their day as well as being told on collection. Would recommend this nursery for those looking.

This is a fantastic nursery. From the first day we went in we felt that it was a cosy and nurturing space for our little girl. All of the staff are warm and friendly and passionate about their work and the children they look after. I am updated on her activities regularly via the app and the team update me every day on what she has been up to and how she has been with genuine interest and care. My daughter loves her nursery, is learning every day through lots of different activities and she has developed a lovely bond with all the staff. I would not hesitate in recommending this nursery.

We moved our son at 19 months old to this nursery following a bad experience at another local nursery group. It has turned out to be a blessing, his development has come on so much in such a short period of time. He has fitted straight in and absolutely loves it, so much so, he was knocking on the door at a weekend to go in! As an outdoor boy, we love (and he does) that he gets to spend time outside every day. It is such a friendly and welcoming environment. The staff are all lovely and have been extremely supportive in settling our nerves and anxieties from the previous nursery experience. Highly recommend this nursery to everyone I speak to.

My daughter has attended Kids Planet since she was 8 months old. She's nearly 3 now and she's absolutely thrived due to the nursery. The staff are incredibly caring and passionate about what they do. They provide a wide range of activities and different things to do and provide daily updates via an app. The manager is fab as well and has been a real godsend over the years. I honestly couldn't recommend the nursery enough.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. The staff are brilliant with my little girl. Always friendly, always have the time to let us know how her day was. She has learnt and grown so much from being at this nursery.

The nursery also holds events for parents, including first aid courses, which I found very helpful, and Mum's night in nights, fantastic for my mental health and connecting with other Mums. I love this nursery and will be sad to leave it when they start school.

My child has attended Kids Planet since she was 11 months old (now 2) and she absolutely loves it! She thrives at nursery and has come on so much. Each room is always really well presented and topic-focused, I’m always kept up to date on her progress and get to see lovely pictures of her on the parent app. The staff are what make the nursery really special and all have a great relationship with my child and me. They are kind, polite, always smiling and always put the children at the centre of everything they do. They always have time for any of my questions I may have and always take the time to listen if I need any help. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough.

My daughter has been coming to this nursery for a few months now and has settled in well. I think she really enjoys this nursery. The staff are really friendly and caring. They post regular updates on the app which reassures me that my daughter is ok and enjoying her day. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone!

Both of my sons go to the nursery. Staff are very professional and courteous. They go above and beyond their role to help the children. Both of my boys are very happy and they have learnt a lot. I recommend the nursery to any parent who is looking for an excellent nursery.

This is a fab nursery and my youngest son is so happy there. My eldest also went through the nursery and I didn’t hesitate to sign up my youngest. The staff are amazing, really get to know every child and support them all as individuals. In fact, it was nursery that has helped my youngest son get help with some developmental issues meaning that the whole process has been very easy and straightforward for me, they have taken out a lot of the stress and supported us as a family. Also, the way they have continued with his development in that time has been exceptional. They do a wide range of activities (including painting so he has “nursery clothes” now lol) and he has the best time there. We couldn’t be happier.

My daughter has attended this nursery for over 2yrs. She has loved every minute of it. They fill the days with fun, educational activities and every single member of staff is fantastic. A very approachable setting too. Highly recommend.

I can't speak highly enough about this nursery. Management are so supportive, our son adores all of the staff and we have seen him flourish in this nurturing environment. He excitedly runs in every morning which I think says it all! When we've had questions about his health/wellbeing or development we've always received helpful and supportive advice. Great environment, the food is balanced and nutritious and there are lots of activities. Thanks, Kids Planet!

My son really enjoys going to nursery. I love checking out the parents app to see what fun he has had and enjoy asking him what he did with his day. I know he is learning lots whilsy he plays. The nursery teachers keep me up to date with everything that is happening. They are very supportive with potty training my son. I attended 'Mum's Night In' which was really good and a great way to meet other mums.
