Couldn't recommend this nursery enough.
Always feel so welcome by all the staff that work here. They are all so caring which is so reassuring for you as a parent.
My daughter has come on so much since starting here last year. She looks forward to going each week.
I also love the updates we
get on the app.
Can't wait to send my youngest daughter here and see how much she comes on in her development.

We have had nothing but positive experiences since our son has started at Kids Planet.
The staff are really kind, patient and caring to our boy and he is thriving in the nursery environment.
Special mention to Kirsty the manager who is always on hand to deal with any queries big and small. We
would recommend Kids Plant to any parent looking for nursery for their child.

My son is in the toddler room after being in the baby room from only a few months old. He is always happy to be there, even if he isn't 100% at drop off I always get a notification to say he has settled in within 10 minutes of leaving!
Staff are very welcoming and warm to all of us every morning
and afternoon.
His speech and learning has rapidly improved since moving up to toddlers and general confidence in himself.
A pleasure to leave my children with the staff and the environment that is always so happy and welcoming.

My little girl has attended Kidz planet for the last 4 months and I have nothing but lovely things to say about it. The staff are so lovely and they genuinely care about the children. My little girl is always so well looked after and I know she's in great hands.

Great nursery that staff are absolutely amazing always happy to talk or have a conversation. They love my child so much he has so much fun and gets so excited when we turn up at nursery in a morning. He is always in clean clothes and a fresh nappy when we pick him up.

One of the best nurseries around Preston. I wish I moved my son there earlier!! Management and room staff are both excellent and keep you informed on everything on a daily basis. My son has developed so much in such a short time there. I couldn't fault the nursery. So accommodating and welcoming!

Kids Planet Preston is a fantastic nursery that we feel incredibly lucky to have found. From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming, caring and are genuinely invested in each child.
The team goes above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. We are
constantly impressed by the variety of activities offered to the children, and how well they support each child's individual needs.
Communication is excellent and we are kept well informed about our child's day, staff are approachable and happy to talk through any concerns or questions.
Our child has thrived since staring nursery at Kids Planet Preston, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

When we went to look around Kids Planet I instantly got a good feeling, all the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make her feel welcome. My daughter then started in the toddler room just before her second birthday and is now in the preschool room. She absolutely loves going to
nursery here. She does lots of different activities such as sport, crafts and role play. She's always excited to tell me about her day and what she has learnt. The nursery keeps you updated by the app which is extremely useful and always takes time to tell you about their day at pick up time. We are invited into the nursery on a regular basis to share in the children's learning. It's amazing to see how confident and how much she has learnt and grown while attending Kids Planet. My other daughter has now started in the baby room, they have helped so much with her transition. Kids Planet really do go above and beyond for their families.

I didn't think twice about sending my second daughter here after my first throughly enjoyed herself. Both my daughters have attended for 4 days a week and the nursery have been great with them both! The nursery as a whole has been what I wanted for my children, it's welcoming, provides everything
they would need and beyond. The staff are beyond helpful and answer any queries I've had about my daughters day to day activities! All in all when I drop and pick my daughter up she has a smile on her face!

Both of my children loved their time at Kids Planet Preston. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. My kids made such good friends and their confidence flourished.
The nursery manager always made such an effort even arranging parent events to help bring communities together.

We are always met with a friendly welcome when we come in and my daughter is greeted with open arms. Seeing her comfortable with staff makes me feel reassured. If we have an issues we feel we can bring this up with the staff and the managers.

My child (boy) loves coming to nursery everyday. He is always so excited to come and see his friends and he loves his key worker )and each one he has had). Form the moment we arrive there is always a very warm personal welcome from whoever lets us in and the welcome transfers right though the
nursery from drop off to pick up. My joy is thriving and comes home with new learnings daily. The care and love shown by all is clear to see and we could not be happier with our choice of nursery.
The manager and another specific staff member are so friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are and we really do feel as though we are being welcomed into a family environment. All the colleagues are so welcoming and regardless of which room they are in they always have a smile and hello.
I could not recommend this nursery, the manager and her team enough.

My daughter attended kids planet from 9 months old, it took her a while to settle in but the staff were very patient with her and she soon settled in. She came on leaps and bounds, especially in pre school and it was a great help for when she started school.
The app was great for seeing photos and
having regular updates and the staff were always happy to help with any questions!
I have already put my second child's name down ready for next year

I would highly recommend kids planet Preston to everyone both of my children came here after being at a childminders. My daughter started in toddlers and my son went straight into pre school all the staff are so caring and professional ensuring the child's needs came first. There is always good
Communication with the parents about any events and the app is updated everyday regularly so you can see what they are doing and what they have eaten. Both of my children have met friends for life from kids planet and the staff still ask and make effort with my son when he comes in with me to pick his sister up. I am so happy we chose kids planet Preston

I cannot fault this nursery. Both my children have attended since being babies and both are now very confident and bright, and I cannot take all the credit for this.
In all rooms, my children have been given support and encouragement and have developed really strong bonds with their teachers and
peers.
We are sent daily messages of the things they have been learning and are kept up to date with how they are doing generally, be that either at the end of each day or at parents evening. It is also welcomed to discuss any concerns we may or may not have.
The nursery is also very onboard with keeping things up to date and recognise that change is good. We are encouraged to offer suggestions and these are then usually actioned if it is possible.
There is good communication from management and receive newsletters and reminders of special events/themed days. The manager is very approachable, friendly, helpful and understanding, and this shows by way of how successful this nursery is.

All three of my children have been to Kids Planet Preston over the last nine years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The effort and thought and joy that goes into looking after my children is evident to see by my children's smiling faces at the end of the day.
For various reasons my
children have also had experience at other nurseries but these pale into insignificance at the high-quality of care given by Kids Planet. They have navigated separation anxiety, SEND issues and toileting problems (and more!) with confidence and ease.
I am particularly delighted with the sports coaches in Preschool as this has been a greatly enriching experience for my children - they come home and tell me how they played golf today, and can we play at home?!
I have already recommended friends to send their children here and they are equally delighted. The manager and another specific staff member are always happy to help and answer questions, and I'm always impressed at how well they know each child in their care.

We are fresh immigrants to the UK. Our big concern when we moved here was how our daughter would settle in at the nursery as she isn't used to the people, language and weather here.
Though our daughter initially found it a little hard to settle in, she started enjoying her time at the nursery very
soon. She likes the staff very much and enjoys interacting with them so much so that she looks forward to getting back to the nursery every day.
We found the staff at Kids Planet Preston extremely caring and welcoming. Would recommend Kids Planet to all new parents.

I 100% recommend this nursery. It's already the second child we've enrolled there, and with the second, I didn't even look for another nursery because Kids Planet was always my first and only choice. One of the things I value in a nursery is the openness for parents to enter the premises, and Kids
Planet has never placed any restrictions on us entering at any time, which shows they are confident and transparent in their work with nothing to hide. My eldest, now 9 years old, still has great memories of the nursery, and the youngest loves going there. The staff are fantastic, highly professional, attentive, and engage the children in numerous activities.

My little girl who was 20 months old when she started at Kids Planet was very unsettled every time I left her. She had a very strong case of separation anxiety and it used to break my heart every time I left her. But the staff at Kids Planet Fulwood were so supportive. They managed my anxiety as
well as my little girls. Within weeks she took to two members of staff in particular and always made sure she was ready to greet my little girl with open arms as soon as she walked through the door. Over the weeks my little girl has gained so much confidence around new people. She is developing in leaps and bounds every day and it's obvious she feels loved and cared for at nursery, something that is extremely important for every parent and child.

We receive daily updates on our son's meals and activities, along with regular learning stories. The meals are always nutritious and substantial which my son enjoys seconds, they also provide snacks throughout the day.
The learning stories give score ratings which seem to be in tandem with the
Early Years Foundation Stage. It helps us understand our child's development. We can also see the level of care and attention the key worker gives our son.
We have attended parents' evenings, first aid classes and toilet training classes which the nursery organised.
We like the relationship the nursery encourages parents to have with the team to ensure the child is put first. The manager has an open-door policy for parents to talk or even just nip in for a brew.
We were happy when we originally put our son in the nursery in the tot's group as it has a home-from-home vibe which we wanted. In preschool he is exploring so many different things every day, it's brilliant to see his progression.
