In the Woods Nursery

My child's development has been notably aided by attending this nursery and the variety of activities they do even with the youngest children is great. Regular updates through the app regarding feeding, changes, accidents and even new skills gained are a wonderful help for parents when you can't be with them in person. Lovely staff members whom my child is always happy to see at drop-off too!

My daughter went to this nursery when it first opened in 2018 and was attending until she started school, both her and I absolutely loved this place, she was thriving there and has lots of lovely memories. When my son was born last year I knew this was the only place I wanted him to be in. He's been at this nursery for the past 8 months and is doing amazing. The setting is really good, all the staff are nice and friendly and I know he's well looked after. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

The most amazing nursery! Good impression from day one. I'm so glad I chose this place for my daughter. The staff are wonderful, the nursery is clean and tidy and the communication is excellent! Would recommend this place to everyone!

The nursery staff have been very informative about my child giving us regular updates about how she is settling into the nursery. Even though it’s only been a couple of days my child speaks highly of school and gets excited when getting ready to go. Nursery brings structure to our week and it’s great to know my child is having a lovely time. She enjoyed getting wet and having to change clothes. She was excited to show me that she was in different clothes when I got back from work. It’s been a great start for my child and I hope she will be able to attend the facility until she starts reception.

My little one started nursery when she was 9 months old. Now she is nearly 3 years old. Her development and her knowledge gain since is just amazing. The team is always supportive and has a positive communication style. I like the inclusivity and the multicultural development. I appreciate the values and behaviours that the nursery is promoting. I definitely recommend this nursery!

Lovely friendly safe willing to help and support your child, never had any problems my child has come on so much since being here. Great that it's an old original building as it has its own ball pit, different rooms and outdoor space and children are mixed with all ages.

My grandson is thriving at the nursery. The staff are excellent and I cannot praise them highly enough. He has been there for 2 years and is due to leave to start school in July and I know he will miss his friends and the staff.

Amazing nursery and my daughter loves all the staff there. They are so loving and caring and the owner is amazing she will help you out if she can. Deffo recommend this nursery to anyone. My daughter has learnt so much seen she has been there and she will miss them all when she leaves for school in July.

In The Woods are absolutely amazing with my daughter, she’s been going since she was about 1 and a bit years old and she loves attending still and she’s now 3 years old. They are understanding and are very good at listening.

Great staff members and a manager who is always willing to assist. I noticed my child's progress over the last few weeks. They support my son's skill development and help us stay informed about all he does.

They are very understanding with every home situation and will help me the best they can. My daughter loves nursery and loves seeing her friends.

The staff are so lovely and caring they are all brilliant with my daughter. My daughter absolutely loves going here. She has come on leaps and bounds, always learning something new. The tasks and activities are always fun. Parents are always kept up to date with things. The bond my daughter has with the staff is just amazing, couldn't ask for anything better.

The nursery are absolutely amazing, would recommend them to anybody, my son loves going and has made some great bonds with the staff, I love how they keep us updated throughout the day with all of the activities he does and what lunches he eats and how much. The staff have gone above and beyond for us with sorting my son's EHCP appointments and talking us through everything, making us feel at ease about his potential autism and giving us endless advice and have been such a good help for us.

My son has attended In the Woods since June 2021 and apart from the first few weeks at drop-off in the morning, has loved it. All the staff have been fantastic, from drop off in the morning to pick up in the afternoon. The feedback at the end of the day is amazing and in-depth. The manager goes above and beyond with trying to accommodate all the needs, from a shoulder to cry on after a bad day, to trying to accommodate changes of days when possible, to helping with additional needs. This nursery is outstanding and I am so glad my son attends! The quality of care is amazing and I love the fact I get a courtesy call if and when one is needed! Even the fact the staff know Makaton is amazing and definitely helps with speech delay. My son has such a strong bond with his key person and the activities they do are tailored to each individual child which is amazing! My son really has come on leaps and bounds since attending here and I will definitely be sad when he leaves for school.

So glad I chose this nursery for my son. He has been there since he was 9 months old and loves it here. The staff are friendly and very professional. Management are always open to suggestions and there to answer any questions I may have - thank you all.

The staff have been so helpful. My daughter started in October, and she has been very upset going in, but the staff have been amazing, giving her all the love and attention that she needs to settle in. I could not ask for more. She comes out so happy and smiling. They send photos throughout the day and keep me updated on what she gets up to, which helps with the mom's guilt of having to leave them and go to work. I cannot recommend them enough.

Food is prepared on-site and is varied. Every day on pick up you are told what they have had and how much they have eaten.

It's not an easy job as I can imagine so give credit where credit due. You all do an amazing job.
