In the Woods Nursery

My child attends this nursery the staff and management are amazing she has developed so much since starting. It was recommended to me by my cousin who has sent 2 of her children there before me. There is a wide choice of activities for the children to choose from within the setting. They include parents in everything and even have stay and play sessions for parents to attend to see how the children love the nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son loves coming to nursery, singing his way to the front door. He loves his nursery teachers, he is constantly asking for them when he is not there. His speech and communication is brilliant and is coming on so well

I cannot thank all of the staff enough for the care they have shown my child. They are so welcoming. My child has come on leaps and bounds at nursery and I feel this is through the time and attention they give to activities and learning.

Wonderful, attentive nursery. Staff are helpful and friendly all my children have been to this setting and I wouldn't choose anywhere else I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone. I love the focus on play and outdoor activities it's exactly what kids want to be engaging with.

Overall it is a wonderful nursery! All the staff (including the manager) are friendly and approachable. The communication is very good and they are easily reachable. They have been very accommodating for me and my child which I really appreciate. My child has learnt loads whilst being under their care. She really enjoys going and has so much fun, from playing outside, to messy play to educational learning. They have difference activities going on throughout the week and my child really enjoys her meals there - they are good and varied & cater for all needs by the looks of things.

My son has settled in really well at nursery. He has struggled with certain areas of development that have been recognised and relevant support and care put in place. The communication between me and staff has been faultless and it's never too much for them to have a conversation or catch up at any time regarding any issues/concerns. He seems very happy to go into nursery despite his own additional needs and he's come on so much in communication, social and emotional skills. Nursery offer a wide range of foods for him try and will always have a back up if he doesn't eat what is on the menu. He will be staying here for another year instead of attending school nursery. I am completely happy with the setting as a whole and grateful for all they do for my child and other children.

The nursery is run by the manager the support she gives is brilliant she has an amazing team who are brilliant. My little girl loves going to nursery the activities etc are fun and educational. Definitely recommend it to anybody who is looking for a nursery

I previously had a child attend and never even looked at any other settings for my baby to go do. The manager is thorough, and factual and cares for every child individually. She expects the same or her staff and receives full cooperation. I love her ability to bring out the confidence in even the most reserved children and support them in their development especially if that's breaking gender roles! The manager is a treasure to her community. Not only in fostering young children's development in the most healthy ways but also teaching her staff how to follow in her footsteps. There is a family environment feeling to the whole setting with the children able to recognise every member of staff.

The setting is really good lovely professional staff who keep you informed of everything you could need to know children are encouraged to try new foods often and make meals themselves. There is always a learning opportunity to be had as well as free play the children get many extra activities such as people coming in and singing with them and doing more activities. The staff really do care and treat the children as individuals but equally, we have a good rapport with each staff member and each of them are invested in our child's life not just development they are also very friendly to our child's siblings who they see sometimes at drop off.

Staff are very interactive with the children also the parents.

This is the 2nd time I have used In the Woods Nursery for my children. The manager and her team are amazing and make the nursery environment a, friendly, happy and safe place for the children to learn, make friends, and grow. Both my children settled well and were happy to come to this nursery. The whole team have always been happy to help me and were understanding when I needed to speak to them. I would not use another nursery for my children's care and feel comfortable to be able to study, and know, my child is being looked after. Thank you.

Fantastic nursery, couldn't recommend them enough!

My daughter has been going to this nursery for only two weeks now but she is absolutely loving every minute so far! The staff are extremely helpful and are helping her achieve so much already! In this short amount of time, I've noticed my her speech has already improved, she's making new friends, coming home with so much excitement and learning so much! Highly recommend!

My son has just started nursery and he's enjoying it so much, came out of his shell and talks so much more and the confidence in him is amazing. The staff are excellent with him, especially on his first couple of days when he was crying a lot, he loves his key worker and always enjoys going. The app tells me so much about his day and how we can encourage him more at home.

They are a wonderful team. They are always there to help and support me and my child in whatever way they can I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone who has children. They do activities for parents to attend as well as children's Easter/Mother's Day etc.

Lovely staff, very informative of any issues that may arise, ie, child illnesses in the nursery. Staff are very accommodating, especially as our little one is having a few separation issues and keep us updated on our granddaughter's time at the nursery. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend In The Woods to everyone.

Excellent nursery, my child has progressed so much during his time here and receives so much support. Staff here are amazing and so helpful. the app is great as I get to see what my child has been doing in the day also.

My baby started at the nursery at 6 months and he's coming on leaps and bounds! After the first 2 days, he started clapping on his own. Staff are very communicative and always happy to help. I can't fault them for anything and my now 10-month-old baby always had smiles going and coming home.

After a few minutes, my boy was the happiest here! Good communication and can always keep an eye on my little boy through the app, only a week here and already so happy with how he settled. Thank you.
