Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Weston-super-Mare

Happy Days Nursery have been fantastic with my son and very supportive with medical help. I would highly recommend, staff are friendly, caring and nothing is ever too much. My son has been with them for 2 years and being at Happy Days has really helped with his development working together with his key worker

Couldn’t recommend this nursery more. My child has blossomed in the nursery. Soon as we walked in for the viewing, it just felt so calming and our child was instantly settled. Their speech has developed really well and they even sing when they tidy up at home. It’s so lovely to pick them up and hear what they’ve learnt that day. They are always so happy and well-fed when they leave. The staff are all so lovely and friendly! We especially love the free flow between the room and the garden, unlike other nurseries which set times it means my child can be where they feel happiest.

We have had an amazing experience so far. My son really enjoyed his settling in sessions prior to starting 2 days a week in March 2020. Then we were sent into lockdown due to COVID-19, nursery shut eventually and reopened once safe to do so. My workplace told me I needed to be back in the office 3 days before and I phoned them up on the Wednesday and they instantly welcomed my son back with open arms and ever since he’s thrived! On arrival it is such a warm and reassuring welcome to all children, my son gets a little upset when he firsts get dropped off but as soon as he’s in the room he is very happy. The feedback I get of how my son's day has gone is brilliant! I love reading the little diaries they send them home with to see what he’s been up to and the staff will do everything they can to make the child happy! They adapt to their individual needs and I can truly say I am very happy with our nursery! Would 100% recommend them!

Such an amazing nursery, my child has been there since it opened and it has only gotten better with time. The staff are so professional, yet caring. Always take the time to make sure that needs are met. Very friendly atmosphere. They also did a fabulous job during the lockdown period, helping with home learning and supplying resources, as well as informing us of any and all updates and showing photos of what the children will be returning to. Thank you!

My daughter started her session on Happy Days Nursery in January 2019 and she was a bit tearful at the beginning but she settled so quickly because all the staff members are absolutely amazing. She is so happy to attend her sessions at nursery, she loves all activities, loves the food and the lovely ladies who are 100% dedicated to the kids. We are so happy and we recommend this nursery to all our friends.

He eats better than we do and I’m often jealous when I see what he’s been eating each day. It’s worth mentioning that whilst they are still not quite at full staffing levels until next month, even without their full-time chef, they still got a 5/5 food hygiene rating when visited in July by the Food Standards Agency.

Have been to some other nurseries in the local area and they don't have anything on Happy Days. Amazing managers, staff and receptionists. I trust them so much and my daughter always comes home full of new knowledge and development. It's so nice to see her excel in a calm environment. Many nurseries do not practice this yet. She will be here until the day she goes to school, keep it up girls, she loves you all.

An amazing setting with dedicated, passionate and loving staff. Our daughter has been here for almost two years now. We were very nervous about putting her in a setting due to a previous bad experience elsewhere. She has flourished under their care and teaching and without a doubt has grown physically, emotionally and academically since being at Happy Days. We couldn't be happier with the manager and the team who always make us feel included and involved in our daughters learning. By far the best decision we've made and I would recommend Happy Days to everyone.

We knew from the second we walked in that we would be sending our son to Happy Days. It felt like a family and I felt complete confidence that my baby would be cared for as if he was their own which is what I wanted more than anything. The building itself is beautiful and the resources are inspiring for little learners, with a fantastic outside area available at all times. But what sells it most is the staff, they are exceptional. As an anxious parent, they have handled every worry and wobble with care and kindness. My son adores them all and they have made the effort to really get to know him and our whole family. His key worker is absolutely amazing and really knows and cares for him as an individual. The meals he gets there are incredible and they cater to his dietary needs without any fuss at all and even try out new meals and give me recipes to keep him interested. There is not a single thing that I could fault about this nursery and I haven’t had a second of doubt about our choice.

Our sons keyworker is phenomenal. She is has made the transition to Happy Days so easy, ensuring we are reassured the whole time. My sons father and I often pick him up together just to hear his keyworker tell us all about his day. It is clear she is passionate about his care and it is so nice to know that he is in her care when at Happy Days.

Everything about the place is happy and positive and I am so glad that my son gets to spend his time here.

I heard about the nursery through word of mouth at a baby group and can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we have made. My daughter loves nursery and this is down to the wonderful staff and fantastic care they provide. I would recommend to anyone looking for a five-star nursery.

My daughter has been here since it opened and is still here now. She has thrived since starting here. My daughter wasn't very confident and had separation anxiety when she started. With the help, love and support of the lovely staff, her confidence has grown beyond what I expected. I know my daughter feels safe and secure here which is a must for development in these early years. I will be so sad when my daughter leaves Happy Days and starts school in September. Happy Days have really been amazing and I hope to pop in now and then to say hi when my daughter goes to school. They really treat you like you're family which is so so lovely.

We couldn't be more happy with Happy Days. Our daughter is thriving there. She's been attending since 11 months old and initially started off being quite nervous. Within a short time, she was happy and confident and no longer looks back when we say goodbye as she's too excited! It's been nine months since she joined and every week we are surprised to see the next thing she has learned. We feel that she is in safe hands and never have an issue with anything. The premises are clean, inviting and spacious and the food is healthy and varied. The staff couldn't do more for us as a family and are very supportive. I'll be sad when she has to leave.

I couldn’t trust anyone more with my princess.

Our daughter has been coming to Happy Days for 15 months now. She started quite late (age 2 years and 8 months) and so I was worried about how she would get on, however, she has really grown in confidence and has learnt so much since going here. The nursery practitioners are all very caring and friendly. Our daughter is happy going and has made a little circle of friends. She loves to learn and comes home talking about new interests, she has turned into a very caring, happy and confident girl and I can say that Happy Days have had a great impact on her. Our son, who has just turned two, is also starting to attend there too. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter started nursery this year, it was an anxious time for me to leave her. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. My daughter loves going to nursery and often talks about the ladies in her room. She tells me how excited she is to go in for the day. Couldn't rate the nursery enough.
