Happy days is such a lovely nursery for your child to go to! The girls show that they deeply care about your child, asking how they've been and showing just as much excitement about milestones as you do! I feel comfortable knowing that my son is safe and happy in the baby room as they know his needs and preferences and his key person is wonderful! She makes sure that my little boy is having the best time and is always uploading observations for me to see! They're very accommodating to the child's needs and encourages a range of activities for the children to explore. I couldn't recommend a better nursery!

My son has been coming Happy Days for over two years and the support we have received particularly from the nurseries SENCO has been amazing and has made a real difference to our lives. Being a SEN parent can be extremely challenging and knowing that our child is coming to nursery where he will not only have a lovely day but also have a real difference made to his life has made us very very happy. Without the nurseries help we would not have the crucial diagnosis for our son which will impact the rest of our lives and we are eternally grateful. Watching him build connections with adults that are loving and meaningful has made our nursery journey all the more special.

The staff in the rooms appear overwhelmed, they are able to show compassion however my child is frequently injured at pre school/the older children rooms, almost every session for 4 weeks straight he returned home injured with little explanation. Have had issues with bigger rooms having unsanitary conditions, parents escalated this and management have put a plan in place however this resulted in them stopping parents from entering rooms so now parents unsure what the room conditions are like. Many issues with billing - being over charged and not being informed. Unable to support or identify any additional needs - would absolutely not recommend sending any child with any additional needs. Child reports to "play in the garden" for very large Majority of their time at Happy Days. Child frequently reports would of liked More to eat but only allowed 2 slices of pizza as staff also eat kitchen food despite parents paying for this service.

Our daughter has now been at two different Happy Days Nurseries and I have nothing but positive words for their staff and curriculum. My daughter has developed confidence and become a very social baby thanks to the team in Weston Super Mare. She loves the activities and her team of fantastic educators. The staff are very attentive and supportive which makes the experience really stress free as a parent. I enjoy sending my child here and she enjoys it just as much!

My daughter has been going to this nursery for 2.5 month now and I am AMAZED by the progress she is making there. I signed her up for nursery mainly for socialisation as she lacked confidence and they have really managed to bring her out of her shell! I can't thank the team and management enough for their warm, patient and accepting approach to my daughter.

An all round excellent nursery. We have sent our children there for just over a year now and they have been in 3 rooms. The staff there have remained mostly consistent and really get to know your children well. We haven't had any issues there apart from a couple of small things which when raised have been addressed and resolved quickly. Our children love it there and have really developed. I would like to have more photos/reports added to the app as it's nice to see what they are doing. Have only really had 1 formal report so it would be nice to have this every few months.

I am very pleased with the nursery and preschool. The members of stuff are lovely, approachable and understanding, they give a lot of attention to the kids and support the individual needs of them. The environment is pleasant and safe and my mind is at rest when leaving my child at the nursery.

I am very please with nursery services, staff is polite and professional, taking good care of my daughter , she loves coming at nursery . I would highly recommend this nursery. Nursery meets all my expectations.

My baby loves it here! Shes learned so much and is so confident. All the staff are lovely and genuinely care. My girl is always smiling and they do all the messy play activities that we dont do at home. Its so lovely seeing pics from the day and knowing that she is happy and safe. She eats so well there too

Choosing childcare is such a big decision, and I honestly couldn't be happier with Happy Days. Both of my children have attended-my eldest in the preschool and now my youngest in the baby room-and the experience has been fantastic each time. What makes Happy Days so special is the way the staff treat every child as an individual. They take the time to get to know them personally, notice the little things that matter, and go above and beyond to help them feel safe and settled. With my eldest, this meant building his confidence and preparing him for school, not just academically but emotionally and socially too. With my youngest, it has been about patience, gentleness, and creating an environment that feels like a home-from-home. The six-week settling process has been a huge highlight for us. It wasn't rushed and made such a difference in helping both my baby and me adjust. By the time I returned to work, I felt completely confident that she is happy, safe, and cared for.

Happy Days has been such a momentous part of my son's development! His confidence and independence has flourished since he first joined and we couldn't be more happy with his experience. The staff are so friendly and personable - and really make an effort to build a relationship with parents, which in turn benefits our children. The facilities are fantastic and the care offered to my son has always been brilliant. I couldn't think of a better place for him to go - we will be sad the day he his old enough to move on!

Our son has been at Happy Days for the last 6 months and we've been impressed with how diligent and caring the staff are. The building is modern and purposes built and has all the facilities and features you'd expect, we love the little windows that sit between the different rooms so when they move up to the next room it's not a complete surprise to them. He enjoys the time he spends there and he enjoys a variety of activities and some great meals which has helped in his development and it's been a joy to see him develop. They have access to the outside space whenever they want and there are always plenty of staff inside and outside watching over them. We are kept up to date with his activities, meals and nappy changes via the app which is incredibly useful as we know what to expect when we pick him up. We especially love the flexibility of being able to drop him off and pick him up at times that work for us as we know not all nurseries offer this flexibility.

Our son really enjoys this nursery, going for 2 years now and we are so pleased with his progress and what the nursery provide him with. He gets breakfast, lunch and dinner and is never bored either a variety of activities given to him and has made tons of friends. His communication and confidence has grown exponentially and we have the nursery to thank for this. We're kept up to date on the app or given a detailed hand over.

We've had our daughter in Happy Days since she was 1, and she'll be turning 4 soon and starting school in September. In that time we have always felt she was incredibly well cared for, and she has formed strong attachments with many of the staff at the nursery. Our son is now there too, and similarly is always happy and adores the girls who care for him in his room. We feel lucky to have found a childcare setting where our children have been so nurtured. Whilst I've no doubt my daughter will be sad, she will be starting school very well prepared from both a social and educational perspective.

The staff at happy days are so kind and nurturing. I feel totally at ease leaving my daughter with them, knowing that she is safe and being shown the same attention and kindness that she gets at home. We love hearing about what she's learned and what activities she's been doing and the regular photo and story updates mean that I don't feel I'm missing out on her day.

We are really happy we chose happy days Weston for our child, we were new to the area so viewed a few nurseries, but the staff were always so welcoming at happy days it felt like the best environment. I stayed on a few of the settling in days and the children were happy and well taken care off. Even on the days when it's an emotional drop off my child reaches out to the staff for comfort, which shows to me how well he is cared for whilst there. There is always a rotation on food and the staff regularly update the app to keep you informed. There's a wide selection of toys and I think the outside space is really nice and secure. Would highly recommend.

Both of my children's attended Happy Days Nursery and I was pleased about their development. Staff is always warm, attentive and supportive to the child to get the best experience in their nursery. Both of my children were difficult at begging (the little one still is) and the staff tried their best to offer them trust, safety and nice environment to settle nicely. My son started here in December 2024 and even in such a short time, has really flourished here. His speech has come on remarkably well and he always greets me with a smile when I pick him up. He is also happy to go each morning which is lovely to see. I get great feedback from the staff each day and they seem really enthusiastic about him as an individual which is a testament to their care. They have also been very understanding and accommodating in accepting my other child with epilepsy and he starts there soon. They have taken their time to attend the appropriate training which puts my mind at ease. As a plus, their baby room seems so comfortable and calm, a really lovely environment. Overall a really positive experience and would recommend this nursery to other parents looking for a place.

Excellent run nursery, staff professional and caring, children happy, well cared for and cannot wait to go each day. Well done all, will not hesitate to highly recommend to my friends and acquaintances families with small children.
