Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Bath is an excellent nursery. The staff are kind, attentive and well-trained. They did an excellent job helping our daughter settle in and feel safe and secure. The drop-off/collection set up works really well and it is great being able to go into the setting and hear about what our little one has been up to. They do a great range of fun and educational activities throughout the day. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We’ve only been at the nursery a month or so but everything is going really well. I’ve been really impressed with the induction. The managers and staff have given time and attention to settle us all in. They take time to talk to me and understand me what the children need. The activities in preschool seem good and my daughter enjoys them. No concerns so far.

As parents, we are extremely happy with our choice in nursery and would recommend to any other parent. I have to say, it is the staff that make it!

My son settled well. Very good experience. He now really enjoys coming and can't wait to get there. He is well cared for by the staff, they meet all his needs. Also he eats all the food which he enjoys.

My daughter has only been attending Happy Days Bath for a short time after moving her from an unsatisfactory nursery. Since her move, she has settled incredibly quickly and ironed out all of her bad traits picked up from her previous nursery. I was understandably sceptical about her move, I didn't know if she could or would adapt, this concern was rapidly dispelled. My daughter's development has come on leaps and bounds, she actually looks forward to nursery now and talks about it all of the time. The staff have worked very closely with my daughter and it really shows. Her confidence has improved, she's eating properly, she wants to use the potty, she plays respectfully with toys and she just loves going to nursery. I used to be constantly anxious when she was at her previous nursery but I'm so happy to say that this is no longer the case. Every single member of staff I've met are wonderful, they really care and enjoy their job, they always have the children's best interest at heart. Thank you.

The facilities are great, my daughter loves being outside so the constant access to the wonderful garden areas is a real bonus for her.

The staff are being outstanding, helping our little girl to integrate and start talking in the nursery space. They have engage and put in place a plan to help her overcome being mute, as she is a very “chatty” girl outside of nursery. We couldn’t be more happy and our daughter herself loves to be in nursery all day! She comes home always very happy and with a lot to talk about!

My child adores going to Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Bath and the staff all seem really pleased to be there too. Great indoor and outdoor space and they have been so helpful, reassuring and supportive during these strange times of Covid-19. They seem to know him well and are very welcoming and enthusiastic. You might think they would get fed up with relaying the info about meals, play and nappies about each child but they seem just as delighted as we are when a picky eater eats a carrot or interacts with peers in a new way. They make each child feel special, safe and heard. I am delighted and honoured to have such a lovely team caring for my family.

My daughter has completely blossomed since attending Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Bath. My daughter has only been here for only a few months and with consideration of lockdown and my daughter not being to be able to venture much, as she was born at the start of this pandemic bless her, she has done so well with learning about the big world. This is with the help of Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Bath and the staff. So a big thank you to all.

This nursery has been amazing, loving and caring. My daughter was very shy to begin with in 2018 and now she’s full of beans and loves going to nursery. She’s made loads of friends as well and friends with the adults too! I will definitely be sending my other children here too.

A really lovely nursery, I cannot fault anything. My son has separation anxiety, he goes one day a week and he has progressed very well at the nursery and is speaking more than he did. My daughter loves going, she has made new friends and is starting to come out of her shell along with more interacting with others. The staff are very friendly, always smiling and always ask how the children have been over the weekend. I am very pleased how my children are progressing, I just wish there was a bit more funding for two to three year old's as my children only attend once a week. I am willing to pay the extra to get them in more often.

We are very happy with the care and commitment taken to ensure our child is well looked after, nurtured and assisted with his development and growth. All the teachers and staff are wonderfully friendly and committed to offering the best child care.

My son has gone to Happy Days for the last year. We were worried about how he would settle being that he is our first child. We shouldn’t have, all the staff have been fantastic with us but most importantly with our son. He now runs into nursery every morning and reluctantly comes home with me at the end of the day. He loves it, and I truly believe the interaction with the other children and staff have brought him along immensely. I would recommend Happy Days to everyone.

Our little boy has been attending Happy Days for a year and a half. We have been delighted with his care throughout this time. His key workers have been fantastic and give us regular updates on his progress and what he has been enjoying. The communication has been excellent, particularly during a very tough 2020. Overall, we are extremely happy with the care he receives and would highly recommend Happy Days.

My boy goes and comes back happy from his sessions. The feedback from his day is good and his key person seems to know him well. I am happy with his development and building up the English language nicely.

We had viewed quite a lot of nurseries in the area, and after narrowing it down to three local ones we decided to go with Happy Days. There wasn't a lot in it, they all seemed to have lovely, friendly staff, but Happy Days is purpose-built which comes with so many benefits, especially the outdoor space which was key for our daughter who loves the outdoors! Our child had a rocky couple of weeks settling in after not spending any time with anyone other than me and her father, joining mid a global pandemic made it difficult! But she now waves me off at the door and has built such a lovely relationship with not only her keyworker but other staff members. Communication has been amazing, especially keeping us up to date with covid. The processes and how they've dealt with covid has been been very thorough, can't fault this at all. Unfortunately, they don't use an app, but complete daily forms that you can talk through with the keyworker on collection - which works for us.

We have been really pleased with Happy Days. The communication from the nursery has always been great, especially during Covid-19 which has been such a difficult time. Our little boy loves going and we get regular updates on his progress which is reassuring in terms of monitoring his development.

My son has attended Happy Days for a year now and I have to say the progress in his development has been amazing. He comes out each day with a huge smile on his face and has built a lovely relationship with his care leader. During what has been a horrendous year for all, the Nursery have been fantastic at keeping all parents up to date and ensuring a high quality of procedures enabling us to feel safe and secure when our child attends.
