Toddlers Inn Nursery School is based in North Chailey, on the site of St Peters Primary school.

Toddlers Inn’s fantastic custom-made building sits in a stunning setting. The beautiful oak tree garden, secret forest school garden, and light, open-plan classrooms are all in the striking hills and playing field grounds of St Peter’s Primary School, North Chailey.

The nursery has childcare places for 0 to 5-year-olds – the space is large but still remains intimate.

In this leafy, vibrant spot, there is no doubt the nursery can provide children with fun-filled days that will awaken the senses and kick-start social skills whilst establishing new, firm friendships.

At Toddlers Inn Nursery School, children have the freedom to explore a natural environment and can develop a sense of wonder about nature. It’s also a place where children learn to cultivate and nurture. In the gardening club, children can grow fruit and veg and eat them for lunch. How lucky!

The team and children are outside as much as possible to keep healthy, but when the children are ready to come back in there is a warm, homely space, a friendly face and a cuddle if wanted to welcome every child.

Pre school children access Forest School everyday, with their large outdoor classroom, two yurts and allotment, the children flourish in the great outdoors. During pet club they are able to learn about chickens, ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs and giant African land snails!

Toddlers Inn Nursery is a fantastic nursery. The staff are kind, caring and always amazing every day. We love all the different activities our boys can do. We would 100% recommend to any parents.

Couldn't be happier with Toddlers Inn Nursery. My son has settled in so well and loves it here, he runs off in the mornings and doesn't look back, which can only be a good sign. The staff are great and love sending my child here.

This is an amazing nursery, both of our children love attending Toddlers Inn. Our eldest child has just gone into Forest school and is loving every moment of being able to get as muddy as they can and exploring the outside world whilst learning at the same time. Our youngest is in saplings and really
enjoys all the different activities that are available for them on a daily basis. We really like that the children often get involved in baking, cooking, cleaning up after themselves and they sometimes eat what they make for pudding or snack times. They/we are overwhelmed with the care and effort the staff put in, to make sure our children are safe, cared for and feel welcome at the nursery.

Our daughter has been attending Toddles Inn since she was 8 months old and since then, her confidence, social skills and overall development have really improved. The team are wonderful and provide regular updates including 'wow moments', encouraging little ones to reach key milestones. There is always
a wide range of activities available and plenty of outdoor space.
Our daughter loves attending Toddlers Inn and we cannot thank the team enough for their support!

Toddlers Inn are a brilliant nursery. My girls have been attending since they were one and since then have learnt so much. The staff are absolutely brilliant and it is like a home from home. They love running in each day and are so excited to see everyone. The activities that they do are fun and educational
and provide a lot of enjoyment for the girls. I couldn't praise them all highly enough.
