N Family Club - Stoke Newington, Defoe Road

We have been really pleased with our experience at N Family Club Defoe Road. All of the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and amazing with the kids. Communication is excellent and we feel very involved in the day to day activities at the nursery. Most importantly our son loves nursery and looks forward to going every morning.

We have seen developments in all areas and we could not be happier with the nursery and all the staff. They care and they make every effort to show it to the children as well as the families.

We have been part of N Family Defoe Road since December 2023 and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. All the staff are so nurturing and supportive and they provide him with so much care and attention and positivity. They communicate with us regularly with regards to his development and how his day is, this can be written or verbal which is great. They are always happy to assist us and support us as parents when needed. We would highly recommend N Family Club Defoe Road.

My little boy started at the nursery in January 24. I have only had a good experience. All the ladies in his room are so engaging and the activities are so varied. I also love that the children go out to the local parks every day no matter the weather. We have been having some behaviour problems at home and the nursery have been so helpful at working alongside us and helping us with some advice and techniques to help at home. I would highly recommend N Family at Defoe Rd.

N Family Club, Defoe Road is rated Ofsted Outstanding and has an excellent reputation locally. The staff are encouraging, patient and very qualified. My child has progressed a lot since starting here and always enjoys his days there. Children get to experience varied activities on a daily basis such as Forest School, yoga, cooking, pre-writing skills, P.E. Learning about diversity, gardening and more. The menu is published at the start of the week and all the meals are very healthy, balanced and nutritious. I get updates, photos & videos throughout the day about my child's activities and communication with staff members at the nursery is great. It's the best nursery in Stoke Newington.

We have two children attending N Family, one at Defoe Road (currently in pre-school) and one at their sister nursery. The staff are all incredible, encouraging and engaged at every step of the way. The preschool aspect and curriculum have surpassed expectations and our eldest is so incredibly happy and growing in confidence by the day. She loves forest school and spending time doing arts up in the cove. We feel very supported as a family by the staff and reassured along the way. They are very responsive to any concerns or enquiries of any kind. Highly highly recommend it.

N Family Club has been amazing and very supportive! From the front of house to the key persons in the classroom and even the management, they have always been welcoming and have always made me feel comfortable leaving my child with them. My child has progressed a lot since starting the nursery and has become more confident and outgoing. We get feedback throughout the day about our child's well-being, and whenever we want, we can message the staff, and they send us photos of what our child is up to, which is great. The menu is also outstanding and nutritious! We are very satisfied with the nursery and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Both my daughters attended N Family Defoe Road. A wonderful, warm and welcoming place with fantastic staff and resources. We miss the team very much and highly recommend N Family if you are looking for a forward-thinking, accommodating and rewarding place for your child.

A wonderful nursery with amazing staff who go above and beyond every day! My daughter loves it here! It is a wonderful nursery, the food served is delicious and the front-of-house staff are very welcoming and accommodating.

Best in Stoke Newington! The staff are just wonderful - all knowledgeable, well-trained, caring and creative: great communicators and collaborators with parents which is so important and hard to find. Our 3-year-old son loves it - he goes in happy every day - and we love the app they use to keep us updated through the day with photos. It’s super-easy to communicate with the team through the app so confusion is minimal - also pretty hard to find in a nursery!

The building, facilities and toys are all scrupulously clean and beautifully designed. Everything is super-organised with proper systems in place and the location is perfect for park trips. (This is important as the outside space is limited - which is the main drawback). The food is also fantastic - puts our home menu to shame! It’s been tough through Covid not having the connection that you would usually have with the ‘N‘club’ for parents, but we hope the parties, workshops and weekend activities will become normal again.

What a fantastic environment for children to grow up in! Both of our children attended from six months. Their key workers (and the wider team) have always sought to nurture their sense of individuality. Their week is packed full of activities - Forrest School and ‘N Extra’ are particular highlights for our son! Forrest School is almost every day, and N Extra varies from week to week. The children get to learn Spanish, participate in a yoga class, practice dancing, or learn about their favourite artist! The food is great - the children get a chance to try a variety of food, from many different cultures. They are also taught to make healthy choices! They run weekly ‘N Family Club’ talks and workshops, addressing things such as; paediatric first aid, toddler tantrums, cookery classes and PT sessions for children and parents! We love the nursery and would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone that listens!

We have experienced classic nursery and thought the difference with the N Family Club would only be about the decoration and the price. I can tell you that it is not just about the decoration, and the price is not the same, because the level is so not the same. The N Family Club is really a family. They do care for your kids as they would care for a family member. They are loving, and so very well trained, and up to the best standards in terms of education and care. They will provide the best advice for you and your kids. They will notice small details, keep you posted on everything, and make sure you and your kids are doing well. I am a very stressed person, and they always are so understanding. There are two key workers who are our favourites, but the all team is so great and you can see that they love what they are doing. I am also happy to know that N Family treats and pays their employees well, this is also very important for us as parents to know that no one is left in the process of getting the world to a better place.

Best nursery group in the UK. They incorporate forest school, Montessori and lots of education around empathy. They do so many activities I would never have the creativity or patience to do at home. Such a great place!

Excellent. We can't recommend this nursery more highly. Our daughter loves it there. The staff are skilled, enthusiastic and friendly. They eat better than us! Forest school trips each day, yoga and Spanish as extras.

We love nursery, I can not be happier for my daughter, especially now over 3 years. She likes going, she is particularly enthusiastic about the Forest school and the trips to the park. From pictures posted on the app and what our daughter tells us, emerge that all activities are well organised and fun for the children. She enjoys the N extras as Yoga, Cooking, Spanish, but also the colouring and storytelling. The staff are friendly and professional, during these special circumstances they have been supportive and informative. Entrance and pick up protocol allow to keep social distancing and at the same time dedicated personal attention to every child and parent.

N Family Club brings with it a palpable sense of energy, fun and imagination. From the moment you drop-off your little one until pick-up, it’s the novel approach N has to all aspects of nursery life that you’ll love. It’s not just the cool surroundings, the engaging curriculum, and the awesome weekly menu that makes N a nursery without equal, it’s the fact that every single person at N has such a positive impact on your child’s experience there. The N difference is also evident in the bonus creative content and support they provide outside of nursery hours to keep the children (and their families) informed and entertained, and this happened even before lockdown! By the way, N has excelled throughout the challenging time we’re all experiencing and found solutions to make it bearable. We’ve been members since February and our son adores it! Simply put, it’s basically the high-class hotel of nurseries - and we can’t recommend it highly enough.
