Wiggles & Giggles Day Nursery (Birmingham)

I have two children who both attend Wiggles & Giggles day nursery. Both absolutely love going to nursery each day. My son's development, in particular, has progressed rapidly since starting just a few months ago. My daughter is also doing extremely well and is being offered experiences that my wife and I simply wouldn't think to offer at home. Tapestry is a great tool for seeing how my children are doing and also allows me to upload my own pictures and comments for the staff to see. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The surroundings are beautiful and I think my children are very lucky to be able to enjoy the beautiful views on the business park.

The nursery staff are very nice, polite and friendly. The nursery is very clean. My son really enjoys attending the nursery. Since attending the nursery for the last 4 months he has learned and developed a lot. Overall a really good nursery and I would recommend it.

Cannot praise this place enough! My daughter has come on leaps and bounds and hitting targets I would never have dreamt of! It's always clean, the staff are friendly and the tapestry system has definitely helped me with being a first-time mom!

As soon as I saw this nursery, me and my child literally fell in love. It’s an atmospheric place, you instantly feel warm, welcome and comforted. My child was one of the first of now many children to sign up to this astonishing establishment and I never want him to leave. The members of staff were so polite and courteous, from the get-go their main concerns were instantly about my child and how he would settle in and if he would like spending his time there. The nursery is always clean and the children are always happy including my own. I feel calm and at ease knowing my son is being left with individuals who love children and they’re their main concern. They also have an app where they upload images of your child with the guardian's consent so you are able to visibly see your child’s growth and development. All in all, it’s a lovely place and the staff are amazing people. I would 10000% recommend this nursery without a doubt or second thought.

My daughter joined Wiggles & Giggles back in September. I was surprised how easily she settled in and formed relationships with the practitioners and made friends with the children. She has advanced greatly in all areas and surprises us daily with the new things she has learned with the help of Wiggles & Giggles staff. I couldn’t imagine taking my child to any other nursery, she loves spending her time here.

The choice to put our son into nursery was a difficult one, until we visited Wiggles & Giggles. We knew that he would love it and we were right. There is an excellent range of activities and we love reading what he has been up to on the Tapestry app. We couldn’t have chosen a better nursery!

First time Mom returning to work after 12 months maternity and the staff here couldn’t have made the transition back to real life any easier!!

We had introduction days, they do coffee mornings so you can see how they work, they helped set up my childcare vouchers and they answer emails and concerns as quickly as you think of them !!

My daughter has only been for a couple of sessions and we can already notice an improvement in her confidence.

The facilities are fantastic, the activities they do in the baby room match everything you’d want to do yourself and the place is spotless even when I go to pick her up!

I don’t know how they fit it all in.

I had heard horror stories from friends about the hassle they had picking the right nursery, I had no worries, issues or concerns with Wiggles & Giggles from the offset.

They are the most accommodating professional bunch of lovelies you could ever wish to leave your bundle with!

I recommend Wiggles & Giggles to any parent looking to send their child to nursery. My daughter has recently started and absolutely loves it. I had visited the nursery on several occasions before she had enrolled but knew from the first visit that this was where I wanted my daughter to attend. The staff are helpful and friendly and do a great job of being professional but yet personal too. The nursery is big, bright, clean and inviting. I’m looking forward to watching my daughter grow and learn with the help of the staff and the care they provide!

Fantastic nursery. Our little one had been there for a couple of months and is doing great. I love all the activities that the staff do with him. Tapestry is excellent to see progress and the criteria he is hitting. Love the hot meals, snacks and drinks always available to the children. Very understanding and knowledgeable staff within an open happy nursery. Can’t fault this nursery.

My daughter started this month and I couldn't be happier with the whole process. Staff are very confident and caring, the food that she's eating is so dynamic and the facilities are great.

Tapestry App allows me to see what she's up to and settles me without having to call and see how she is. Very impressed and I recommend to everyone.

Rom the very first day we came to view the nursery from the area to the staff down to space and facilities, they've all been absolutely fantastic. So caring for every single need and individuality of every child. Learning something new every single stay. Also, they have this fantastic app where you can see that they've uploaded pictures and observations. Of your child, so you're in total comfort that your child is safe and having fun.

My little boy is 2 years old and has autism. He is non-verbal. In the short space he has been going to nursery he has started to make lots of new sounds and is even attempting several words. He has grown massively in confidence and gets excited when we pull up in the car park. All of the staff are friendly and approachable. It is clear to see from his observation that they are all very knowledgeable.

Our little boy started at Wiggles and Giggles earlier this week and he absolutely loves it there! He has managed to form a great bond with the staff in such a short time already. The nursery itself and its facilities are fantastic, and the setting is lovely with views of the pond and surrounding wildlife. I love the Tapestry app too, it's brilliant to see pictures, videos and observations of what he is getting up to during his time at nursery! Thank you to the staff for making my sons transition to your nursery so easy for us all!

My 11-month-old has just completed his second week at Wiggles and Giggles Day Nursery and he loves it. The staff have made the transition for him and me so easy. I love the updates on the tapestry app daily and I always get a detailed report of what he has done, ate and drank including naps and anything else I need to know. It's a beautiful nursery where the staff are fantastic. Happy mom and very happy little boy.
