Wiggles & Giggles Day Nursery (Birmingham)

Our twin girls joined the nursery from the age of one. Wiggles & Giggles are an amazing nursery. All of our nerves and concerns about leaving our girls for four days a week were immediately dissolved when they first started. This is due to the skill, care and nurturing approach of all staff. Our girls can’t wait to get to nursery and have fun all day. Apart from the day to day care given to our girls, the nursery staff offer help and advice to our overall family life. The staff are part psychologists, counsellors and life coaches without even knowing it! We consider the staff and facilities an extension of our own family. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful, holistic environment for our girls to spend their days in. It is so much more than we could have imagined.

I couldn’t be happier with the nursery. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. They always have different activities, engaging with the kids and the staff are really lovely. I can tell my son is always happy when he is back home. Thank you all!

My daughter recently joined Wiggles & Giggles and I can’t recommend Wiggles & Giggles enough! My daughter has really come out of her shell, she was reluctant to start nursery after not mixing much with the lockdowns but she really enjoys attending. The staff have been really helpful and supportive settling her in which was brilliant.

My son has been at the nursery for two-and-a-half years and joined when he was six months old. He loves being there and all of the staff are great with him. He’s had three key workers and has bonded with them all, this system has really put my mind at rest. As a parent, it is comforting to know that he has someone that he is close to and can go to if he is having a bad day. The activities that he does at the nursery are always fun but educational so his development is coming along well.

We had to quickly find a local nursery after my wife returned to work, looked at loads until we found this one and it is perfect! My son loves it, he loves the staff and everything about it. We wouldn't want him anywhere else now.

All the staff are so lovely, kids are all happy and they have so much fun learning and playing together.

My son has been attending Wiggles & Giggles from 10-months-old. The staff made the transition so easy for both myself and my son. They are so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and my son has made so much progress with his development and socially. Can't praise the nursery and staff enough. I would definitely recommend sending your child to Wiggles & Giggles.

Even over the strict lockdowns, the staff went the extra mile to put on numerous Zoom sessions to keep the children engaged and entertained. We’ll have no hesitation about putting our 10-month-old son in the nursery with his brother later this year, as he couldn’t be in better hands. We can’t recommend this nursery enough. There’s a reason that they have a near-perfect review score and have won so many awards!

The most amazing nursery, I have two children who attend, both started at the age of one, my eldest is in preschool and she just loves every moment. My youngest goes running in and doesn’t look back, she settled so fast and the nursery really worked with us to ensure they were happy. I owe so much to them for just being amazing, there aren’t many people I trust to look after my girls but I trust every member of staff there. The nursery is always clean, the staff are always happy and I only ever hear lovely things about how great their days have been.

Our daughter has attended Wiggles & Giggles for nearly a year now and right from our settling in session I knew she was going to love it there - and she does! She is always so excited to go play and learn and the paintings she brings back are so cute! The staff are always so lovely, keeping us up to date with what she’s been up to and her progress. I’m so glad we chose this nursery!

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 9 months old and he is now 3 and in pre-school. Since the moment I left him when I went back to work, the nursery has been attentive, kind and hard-working. My son has come on leaps and bounds whilst going and has made many new friends and met some wonderful practitioners. Covid last year meant that his attendance was stopped for a while and he struggled to settle when he went back. This was a tough time but the nursery worked so hard and were so patient with him and he is now thriving and loves going and learning new things every day. They have put my mind at ease with all my questions and worries, and the app they use means I can see what he has eaten and done during the day. Fantastic nursery and highly recommend to everyone. They really have been great and has helped support and mould my baby into the wonderful son he is now.

Towards the end of my maternity leave, I had to think about going back to work and my daughter's childcare. I was nervous and had a lot of guilt about leaving my child. Management at Wiggle and Giggles took me around the nursery and also spent some time reassuring me that she is in safe hands and that she will get all the cuddles that she needed. My little one has been at the nursery since she was 10 months old and now she is over 2 years old. She loves it there, always very happy to go and she is so independent. Her speech is constantly amazing us as it’s developing at a fast pace. I have and would recommend the nursery to anyone out there looking for a safe, loving environment for their little one to thrive.

My daughter has been a part of Wiggles and Giggles since the latter part of 2018. We as parents, were so nervous about the transition into the nursery as our daughter has allergies but the staff here are fantastic and work well to ensure the safety of all children, without them feeling as though they're different. Over the past 2 1/2 years, our daughter has had amazing key workers who she loves. We are so grateful for all of the love and support she is shown at the nursery. Our eldest leaves Wiggles and Giggles in July to start school in September and we will be very sad to see her leave but we will definitely be sending our next child there with ease. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend this nursery enough and neither can my son. He cries at weekends when he can’t go. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond. I get pictures all day of what my son is doing. I get real-time information about meal times, nappy changes etc. I wouldn’t choose to leave my son with anyone else.

My daughter has attended Wiggles and Giggles Day Nursery since she was 6 months old, she will be 4 this October. From the baby room to the room my daughter is currently in, she has loved every minute. It is such a relief knowing that your child is going to a setting where they are happy and have lovely bonds with the staff there.

My son started Wiggles & Giggles, unfortunately, at the start of the pandemic, however, the nursery handled the situation extremely well and when he returned, I felt extremely reassured that he was in safe hands. My son absolutely loves coming to nursery and the staff are so welcoming, loving and genuine. They have also helped me with my anxieties on numerous occasions and are always there to listen/offer advice. I have noticed such a change in him developmentally, since coming to nursery and he always leaves a very happy boy. I couldn't recommend Wiggles & Giggles and the staff enough - thank you.

My daughter is currently attending Wiggles & Giggles Day Nursery. She settled in so well, as the staff are so caring of the children. The staff are both knowledgeable, professional and make parents and children feel incredibly welcome. Having the family app allows staff to share the children's progress and gives you an insight into the day at the nursery. It is very reassuring to be at work and receive a picture of your child smiling, happy and having fun. I would one hundred percent recommend any parent to send their child to Wiggles & Giggles Day Nursery. I have nothing but praise for the nursery.

Wiggles and Giggles have been a lifesaver for me and my family during this pandemic. The nursery has been been the escape our daughter has needed on a weekly basis from the house. She has so much fun at nursery and comes home full of life and also nice and tired following all the fun she has had. The staff have been amazing and have made the environment COVID secure and safe but without losing the personal touch with the children, as it must be so difficult for the children, seeing masks wherever they go. With our daughter being an only child, it has allowed her to have the social interaction with other people and children that she wouldn’t have got otherwise. The best thing we have done for her development is to send her to nursery during this time and I would recommend the services of the nursery to anyone I meet.

Great nursery. My child really enjoys going. The staff are very kind and show that they love their work. The dedication is fantastic. I feel my child has flourished in this environment of a balance of fun and learning. Very relaxed but encouraging environment. Highly recommended.
