Wiggles & Giggles Day Nursery (Birmingham)

Brilliant staff. After visiting many nurseries, we settled on this nursery instantly the day we came for a visit. You get this warm feeling of a fun, vibrant and very clean environment. Seeing so many staff work in the setting reassured me there were safeguarding procedures being met. Every member of staff makes themselves known to you and my son has a lovely relationship with them all. It's very nice to know you can talk to any key worker. My son started just before he turned one and is almost two now. He has picked up many life skills as well as grasping much of the Early Years curriculum. I feel he is constantly being stimulated and nourished with an engaging curriculum. The manager has been very kind to my son's flexible timing, dietary requirements and routines which is encouraging to know that inclusion is the nursery's foremost goal. She is also very responsive and helpful if you have any queries. Thank you to the staff for all they have done so far.

Both my children have settled into this fantastic nursery. I couldn’t recommend the nursery manager and her team enough. The children always come home happy and fulfilled and it’s obvious they make deeply trusting relationships with the staff. The progress they have each made is astounding. The nursery is clean, well laid out and provides a wonderful range of activities every day. The staff are always happy and full of energy. I feel so lucky to have found such a brilliant nursery.

I first viewed Wiggles & Giggles in June 2017, just before the nursery was about to open and as my family was moving countries. I felt comfortable with the nursery manager and the nursery from day 1. Unfortunately, I was unable to send my girls to the nursery when we first moved over to the UK, due to work and residence location. That soon changed when my job changed and without a question, I moved my girls to Wiggles & Giggles, they settled in so well and Wiggles & Giggles became the family I didn't have in the UK. The care and attention paid to each child are amazing and the key workers become the 'other mothers' and there is no better feeling than knowing your child is well taken care of while you're at work. They have grown into independent, strong girls who have no problem communicating with others. This will make the transition into reception so much easier for them. Thank you for the past two years, it's been amazing!! I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

My son has been attending this nursery for over a year now. I had viewed numerous places before I viewed Wiggles, and after having a few settling in days and meeting the staff, I just knew it was the place to send him. All the staff are fabulous and always smiling, my son gets excited to go in and don't ever want to leave when I collect him. He's come on so much in his development too since attending, that's when you know its a good nursery. Cannot praise this nursery enough, A*

Wiggles & Giggles is a fantastic nursery, our son has been there since he was nine months old and has grown into such a lovely little boy with the help of the kind and genuine staff. I would definitely recommend going and seeing Wiggles & Giggles if you want somewhere to nurture your little one.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. My oldest has been going here for a couple of years now and he absolutely loves it. We moved him here from another nursery nearly two years ago and the difference in his speech and ability within a short amount of time was incredible. We also put my youngest son in the nursery about six months ago and he settled so well. The bond he has with his key worker is beautiful. They are genuinely so happy to see each other every morning and that's so comforting to know that she, along with the other girls are there if he needs extra cuddles or kisses throughout the day. We moved out of the area three months ago and I have been commuting a 50-mile trip three days a week just to keep them in this nursery. That's how much we value the manager and the team. The love they have for this nursery and the children is fantastic and shines through. Cannot thank the team enough for what they do. They should all be so proud.

This nursery is fantastic. We took our child out of an outstanding rated nursery and moved him here and we haven't looked back. He is doing so well and now really enjoys going to nursery. Something we struggled with previously. The nursery has amazing staff and is led by a brilliant management team and supervisors. They have tried new things and nurture the children and you can tell the staff want to be there which makes a huge difference. Really cannot fault the nursery and their teaching techniques are amazing and really do work. Thank you.

Having put my son in nursery from ten months old and panicking about how he would settle in, I could not be happier, now he is nearly two and a half and can actually tell me how much he enjoys it. From being a 'well attached' baby who refused bottles, he has thrived away from home and Wiggles & Giggles have definitely been a positive influence with this. The setting is absolutely lovely, but it's definitely the staff that have shone for me. You can see how much they care for the children, which is responded to in kind. Wiggles & Giggles has made my journey as a first time Mum, who returned to work much less stressful and guilt-ridden and they've really contributed to my son's brilliant development.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for 5 months. Like many parents, we were worried about sending her to nursery, but felt she was ready. We shouldn't have worried, the staff are amazing. She settled in really quickly and we've seen her confidence grow, he imagination develop, her social skills improve and family are amazed by her language skills. The setting is beautiful and the team there are fantastic. I absolutely recommend this nursery, they really care about the children who attend.

Our son started at Wiggles and Giggles nursery at the beginning of the year. He settled within a few days and absolutely loves his time there so much so that sometimes we think he would rather stay there when we collect him. The staff are amazing, we get important feedback and they always have time to discuss how he’s doing.

We have seen him grow in confidence in many aspects of his development which is a testament to the way in which the staff interact and care for him.

We would highly recommend Wiggles & Giggles to everyone.

The best points about the nursery are its openness, communication and adaptability. Although the nursery meets expectations in all other areas such as care, food, activities etc, this is what sets it apart from others. Our son has always been quite independant and loves going to nursery to have lots of fun and spend time with other kids and the staff. He loves the activities and learning and when he is having a bad day, I know he gets extra attention and affection.

My boys have been attending Wiggles & Giggles for several months now and they have come on leaps and bounds. Before attending the nursery we used a childminder for their care, we found this wasn't bringing them on as we would like. Every time I would take them they would be upset but I have never had that with Wiggles &Giggles.

Since starting Wiggles & Giggles both boys have made excellent relationships with the practitioners and really enjoy going. They have so much fun and love all the activities that they set.

I have noticed a huge improvement in development, especially with their speech.

I couldn't rate them enough, they are a lovely bunch of staff and I know my boys are well looked after in their care and that's the most important thing as a mum.

I just wanted to say that Wiggles & Giggles have really helped with my transition into working mom life. The girls here are absolutely amazing at their jobs, they are kind, caring, attentive, friendly and no matter how many children are in the room they make you feel like your child is special.

I really was worried about leaving my daughter with people other than family but I had no need to, Wiggles & Giggles have looked after my daughter as I would.

I've noticed how far she has come in such a short space of time and how much she has grown to love the staff and the other children. She barely even waves me off now but I'll take that as a good sign.

Honestly, if you're thinking of sending your child here I would recommend it. I get updates during the day on their app and I get a full explanation of what they've been up to and what she has eaten when I collect her. The staff really are lovely and I can't thank them enough for everything they do.

He will miss his friends, and especially practitioners with whom he has built a special bond. Thank you again for taking such good care of our son, we are happy to thoroughly recommend this nursery, the lovely setting both indoors and outdoors and the wonderful staff.

I can’t speak highly enough of Wiggles and Giggles. They made my transition into working mom life as smooth as it possibly could be with a child who was relatively difficult to settle. The staff are amazing and tuned into my child’s specific needs and catered their approach to her care around those specific needs and wants. It’s clean and well stock with fun and educational toys and learning aids.

Our twins have been going to Wiggles & Giggles for several months now and we couldn’t be happier with our choice in nursery. The staff are amazing and so creative with the activities. I personally loved the fact that they knew our daughters’ names months before they even started which, for me, as a mother, was really reassuring and showed that they clearly care. Our girls have been super happy there since day one and I can only recommend Wiggles & Giggles to anyone who is looking for a place.

Staff are friendly, helpful, supportive and always listen to our views. They work with parents to achieve the best for the children. We feel very lucky to have a place at Wiggles and look forward to seeing how our child continues to progress

My daughter has gained so much confidence since starting in October and has bonded really well with all members of staff. As a parent, I love the fact they call me by name instead of 'mum', it feels like a truly personal experience. I will be very sad for my daughter to leave next year when she starts school.

My son has attended here for a week so far and absolutely loves it. Having an older son I know the difficulties of finding the right nursery, as soon as I walked in I knew this was the place for my youngest. He's only 9 months old but because we've had the opportunity to attend events and coffee mornings he is familiar with the surroundings and has never cried when I've left him whilst going to work. It is so handy having the nursery on the business park. I can go any time of day and it's always so clean but fun going on at the same time. I can always drop the nursery a quick message and I receive a reply just as quick. I feel the girls here really genuinely care about my child and are there for the cuddles if needed too. It's just a really lovely nursery.

Cannot sing the praises of this nursery enough! My baby is happy, safe and learning. Fantastic place, excellent care team, beautiful surroundings, stimulating play! Brilliant!

I honestly thought I had a difficult child because she would cry when I left her with anyone else but she is so happy to go to nursery and has adapted incredibly easily - all credit for this has to go to the staff at Wiggles & Giggles. Thank you for taking such great care of my little girl.
