The setting features brightly coloured learning rooms for each age group, including babies, pre-toddlers, toddlers and pre-school aged children. The nursery is well-lit and has carefully selected facilities and resources for children who are at a variety of levels and has dual air-conditioning and heating systems in place, as well as modern computer facilities.
The unique Bright Little Stars Learning Programme nurtures a love of learning bringing play and teaching together into the curriculum featuring prime areas, phonics & literacy, mathematics, science & botany, culture & geography, ICT, expressive arts, home learning and a wide variety of extra-curricular clubs.
They strongly believe in working in partnership with parents and send weekly emails on learning activities and frequently hold parent involvement sessions/workshops. They also have a special online 'Parent Area' for existing parents.
Their Head of Teaching and School Relationships supports parents when it is time to think about sending children to school. They build relationships with schools by visiting them to gather and share information with parents via Parent Workshops where they help to explain the application process and preparation for assessments. They also hold school drop-in sessions onsite for parents to meet with prospective schools.
Children at the nursery enjoy the large gardens and sheltered areas give each room access to the outdoors encouraging children to enjoy free-flow play and explore. The nursery is also located near to Mill Hill Park, providing children with more opportunities to enjoy outdoors.

My daughter has attended the nursery since she was two. It was Covid when she started, and was very upset; she then very quickly adapted to the nursery and looks forward to going in. The staff are so nurturing and take one-on-one time with the children, with key workers assigned to each child. The day trips are great, as are the activities - she comes home every day with fancy arts and crafts. I will be sad when she graduates from the nursery in the summer! I plan to send my son there to follow in her footsteps.

My daughter has been at Bright Little Stars Mill Hill since 19 months old (in the Galaxy Room). She is now in the pre-school room (Supernova) and she has gone from crying on drop off, to looking forward to going to nursery. The staff are so lovely and the environment is nurturing. The staff welcome parents and take a genuine interest in you and your child. The trips they arrange, especially in Supernova, are great, and my daughter has been to the RAF Museum and a pet shop to buy the nursery guinea pigs.

My daughter has attended Bright Little Stars since she was 6 months old. It was quite a wrench to leave her when she was so young but since going there she has thrived, and I couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. The staff genuinely love the children and have created a very warm nurturing environment which has been particularly important given the challenges of the last year. I love that their approach is child-led, and they've been genuinely supportive of our parenting style, and as a result, our daughter is a very happy, confident little girl. The staff treat every child as an individual and I always feel that my little one is getting the very best care and support that she needs to develop in a very warm and nurturing environment. I couldn't be happier, and I'm genuinely sad for the day that she'll leave to go to school! Recommend highly.

I'm always kept up to date with his progress and development with an easy to use app on my phone. The facilities are outstanding and the outdoor space is exceptional. Our daughter started at Bright Little Stars when she was 1 year old and we've had a really positive experience thus far. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and really take time to understand each child and their specific requirements and preferences rather than trying to implement a 'one size fits all' philosophy which really helps the children settle in well. The food is also great in terms of quality, variety and being fresh and healthy. What is more the team have helped foster independence at a young age, encouraging self-feeding. I am particularly impressed by the detailed report we receive prior to the twice-annual parents evening which outlines all areas of the EYFS curriculum. It's also great for parents to have access to the nursery cam to be able to see our little ones in action and to offer reassurance throughout the day. Overall, a really high-quality nursery which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
