Bright Little Stars Nursery in Mill Hill is a castle-themed gated property with a multicoloured fence.

The nursery is situated alone on Dove Close with private access from Bunns Lane and has a pedestrian crossing outside of the nursery, making Bright Little Stars Nursery a safe and secure learning environment.

The setting features brightly coloured learning rooms for each age group, including babies, pre-toddlers, toddlers and pre-school aged children. The nursery is well-lit and has carefully selected facilities and resources for children who are at a variety of levels and has dual air-conditioning and heating systems in place, as well as modern computer facilities.

The unique Bright Little Stars Learning Programme nurtures a love of learning bringing play and teaching together into the curriculum featuring prime areas, phonics & literacy, mathematics, science & botany, culture & geography, ICT, expressive arts, home learning and a wide variety of extra-curricular clubs.

They strongly believe in working in partnership with parents and send weekly emails on learning activities and frequently hold parent involvement sessions/workshops. They also have a special online 'Parent Area' for existing parents.

Their Head of Teaching and School Relationships supports parents when it is time to think about sending children to school. They build relationships with schools by visiting them to gather and share information with parents via Parent Workshops where they help to explain the application process and preparation for assessments. They also hold school drop-in sessions onsite for parents to meet with prospective schools.

Children at the nursery enjoy the large gardens and sheltered areas give each room access to the outdoors encouraging children to enjoy free-flow play and explore. The nursery is also located near to Mill Hill Park, providing children with more opportunities to enjoy outdoors.

Our daughter absolutely loves Bright Little Stars Mill Hill. She has settled really well and I have no doubt that it's due to the warmth and genuine care that all the staff show towards her. The nursery is clean, colourful and has such a lovely atmosphere from the moment you walk in. We feel incredibly
comfortable and happy sending our daughter to the nursery and have been so impressed with everything. It's so lovely reading the observations that are regularly posted showing all the fun and educational activities they get up to. Highly recommend!

My eldest spent a year at Bright Little Stars Mill Hill, and my youngest is still there – both children were in Galaxy and Orion rooms (0-3 years). This nursery is excellent.
The Management Team are flexible and accommodating, and are very supportive of Bright Little Stars Mill Hill families.
The
facilities are simply outstanding – the room sizes, garden area, external classes that are hosted at Bright Little Stars Mill Hill. The environment supports well rounded child development... and fun!
The nursery staff excel at their jobs – they have a real passion and commitment to the kids. Both children immediately bonded with the staff. My child’s key worker has gone above and beyond to understand my son’s specific needs and support them in every way.
Bright Little Stars Mill Hill is a safe and fun nursery, with excellent facilities and support for child development. I highly recommend.

My daughter has attended Bright Little Stars since she was 6 months old. It was quite a wrench to leave her when she was so young but since going there she has thrived, and I couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. The staff genuinely love the children and have created a very warm nurturing
environment which has been particularly important given the challenges of the last year. I love that their approach is child-led, and they've been genuinely supportive of our parenting style, and as a result, our daughter is a very happy, confident little girl. The staff treat every child as an individual and I always feel that my little one is getting the very best care and support that she needs to develop in a very warm and nurturing environment. I couldn't be happier, and I'm genuinely sad for the day that she'll leave to go to school! Recommend highly.

As a first-time parent, it's never easy leaving your little one at nursery however the staff at Bright Little Stars Nursery Mill Hill were amazing and really did go the extra mile to help settle my son in. I'm always kept up to date with his progress and development with an easy to use app on my phone.
The facilities are outstanding and the outdoor space is exceptional. My son particularly enjoys the different varieties of extracurricular activities provided. The management team are welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Bright Little Stars is a great nursery. My daughter was there from 2016 until 2019, and my son started in 2019. Both children have learned a lot from passionate and caring staff. The nursery provides support to your child in preparing for assessments at 4+. They also arrange talks with local private
schools.
The meals provided are both varied and healthy.
The extracurricular activities are age-appropriate and fun. Just this morning my 2 1/2 old young uttered some Spanish words!
The outdoor space is wonderful, there is even a climbing wall. The children are able to play outdoors in all weathers as each room (there are 4) has a covered outdoor space.
As parents, we have access to a nursery camera, so we can check on our little ones. We also receive biannual reports as to the progress of our children.
I highly recommend Bright Little Stars.

My twins attend this nursery and I am so glad that they do. The staff are all wonderfully friendly and brilliant with the kids. The meals are varied and my children seem to love them! They are learning something new every day and I'm always happy to drop them off in the morning as I know they will enjoy
themselves so much. Highly recommended.

Our daughter started at Bright Little Stars when she was 1 year old and we've had a really positive experience thus far. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and really take time to understand each child and their specific requirements and preferences rather than trying to implement a 'one size
fits all' philosophy which really helps the children settle in well. The food is also great in terms of quality, variety and being fresh and healthy. What is more the team have helped foster independence at a young age, encouraging self-feeding. I am particularly impressed by the detailed report we receive prior to the twice-annual parents evening which outlines all areas of the EYFS curriculum. It's also great for parents to have access to the nursery cam to be able to see our little ones in action and to offer reassurance throughout the day. Overall, a really high-quality nursery which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My child has attended Bright Little Stars Mill Hill for 4 years since she was 8 months old. I have found exemplary care in her welfare and nothing that gave me cause for alarm. The staff work very hard to make the nursery a great place for the children, giving them a good foundation of early years,
teaching and curriculum. If I could choose again I would choose Bright Little Stars.

Our son started at Bright Little Stars at the age of 12 months and from then until now, we've been delighted with how he's been cared for and taught. He has blossomed into a curious, considerate and smart child and he's fully prepared for starting reception in two months. Huge thanks to all the staff

We have had our twins, a boy and a girl in the nursery since they were 11 months old. They have enjoyed every moment of their time here and have made friends for life. I do think the nursery could benefit from more qualified teachers in the room but all the staff have been supportive and kind. I do

Sarina Kukadia is the Nursery Manager at Bright Little Stars Mill Hill and has 15 years’ experience working in the Early Years sector. Sarina was also the winner of the prestigious NDNA – National Day Nurseries Association Award for Manager of the Year 2024! The judging panel recognised her unwavering commitment, enthusiasm, and outstanding guidance.


Sarina opened our Stanmore branch where she spent 5 and half years and achieved an Outstanding from Ofsted. Maintaining high standards in care and education comes naturally to Sarina, allowing her to progress her career and do what she loves in a management role. She thrives on creating a loving and nurturing environment for children from a very early age.
