My name is Ellie, and I am the manager here at Middleton. I began my employment with The Old School House Day Nursery in March 2020.

My career began as a nursery apprentice in 2014, and my passion for childcare has continued. I have a wealth of experience and find the job very rewarding. I completed a team leading qualification, which has supported me in my role as part of the management team here since 2023. I also have two lovely children of my own!

My favourite part of the role is building relationships with the children and their families. It’s a wonderful feeling to know the children feel safe and loved in our care. Read less
