The staff at TOSH Middleton go above and beyond to settle children into the nursery. I have two children at the nursery. Both found it difficult to be separated from me. The nursery did everything in their power to make my children feel comfortable in the nursery environment, establishing routines and reading the same books to build familiarity and offering extra settling sessions when needed. In the baby room the staff will allow the children to contact nap when needed and provide support with sleep. Both of my children formed strong bonds with staff in the baby room. The staff are very much 'child-led' taking things slowly if a child struggles and making transitions to new rooms and new key workers as smooth as possible by providing settling sessions. The care and attention that goes into caring for each child is incredible. Thank you

I cannot recommended the nursery high enough. The facilities are fabulous and the food they eat, well, they eat like queens when there.

My children have been here since Jan and I couldn't be happier with them there. I was so hesitant to putting my baby in as she was only just 1 year old but she started and absolutely loved it from day one! They still update me daily with pictures of her playing so I know she's having a lovely day! My little girl has now moved into the next room and is equally as happy and just thrives being there! My little boy is in pre school and absolutely loves it too, he loves being outdoors so this is definitely the perfect day care for him! Rosie is fantastic with him as he is very fussy with his food but he's doing really well at trying new foods with the help of Rosie and the other girls. The staff are lovely, welcoming and easily approachable and do a fantastic job! Got nothing bad to say about them they go above and beyond for the children.

My son started nursery at 15 months, he was shy and got upset when we dropped him off every morning. He is now a happy and more confident toddler, who has made new friends and learnt so much from activities and play. The staff at the nursery are fantastic and provide a lot of care and support for the children and we are extremely lucky to have the nursery within a short distance from home. I would recommend The Old School House to others and hope they continue with their high standards. The only minor point for the nursery is the small carpark, but that does not impact the teaching and learning.

Great nursery. All the staff are amazing and you can tell they really care about the children. They do a range of activities and my little boy has thrived there! very happy we chose this nursery. They give great updates and are always quick to respond if you have any questions etc.

The Old School House Nursery exceeds any nursery I have ever had experience with! My son has been here from 5 months old. As you can imagine, like any Mum, I felt anxious and worried about leaving him, especially being so little. But, wow what can I say. Cheryl and the team are truly magical! All staff involved care so much about the children AND parents - they genuinely spend the time to get to know you as a family and talk through any worries or anxieties that we all as parents have. This makes leaving my son so much easier, and I feel so confident that he will have a fun, safe, fulfilled day every day that he is there. The staff in all of the rooms take the time to get to know the children of all ages, it makes us feel like one big family! My son is so happy going in, and the app ensures that his Dad and I get to see what is happening in his day, in real time - from nap times, food (which by the way is delicious), to nappy changes! Thank you so much, magical humans! <3

Furthermore, if you ever need help with any office related queries Lauren is so quick at coming back and addressing the queries. Communication is very good across board.

Most importantly, the staff are absolutely lovely - warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. We feel completely confident leaving our son in their care and would highly recommend this nursery.

House in Middleton. My son is always happy and safe and the staff are kind and caring. They do lots of lovely activities throughout the days with lots of variety for learning. They are also always very accommodating when we need to add on extra days etc.

We couldn't be happier with the care our son Jax has received at Old School House Nursery. He's been there for over 12 months now and has absolutely thrived. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and supportive, and it's clear they genuinely take the time to understand and nurture each child. Jax has grown so much in confidence and happiness since attending, and knowing he's in such a safe, positive environment makes sending him each day so easy and completely stress-free. We're so grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend Old School House Nursery to any parent.

Both my children attend the old school house Middleton. The staff is what makes a nursery, both my babies are looked after, taken care of with pure love from nursery staff who want to go over and beyond. Both my babies started in Rohins and Amy has always made it so easy for us. She's looked after both babies like they are her own and it genuinely does give me the peace of mind to know my kids are in the right nursery. All the staff are amazing they will always go over and beyond. Keep doing a great job all.

I will be really sad to say goodbye to the nursery when the time comes, but it's given them the start to school life I could only ever dream of. We're very grateful to you all.

We love the old school house nursery, my daughter loves to go in and the staff there are amazing. We get updates through out the dat and progress reports with how she is doing. They have wholesome activities and loads of messy play. They do some really lovely things like breakfast for parents and most recently a care package for parents mental health day.

We just wanted to say how grateful we are to everyone at the nursery. The development and support you provide is unmatched and this extends to us as a family. You really go above and beyond and we couldn't ask for anything more from you!

All the staff at the nursery are so lovely and great with our daughter. They go above and beyond and each day is never the same with the range of activities they do.

From my experience and what I can see all the staff genuinely know each of the children, along with the parents too. You keep well informed what your child has done in their care along with a personalised handover at the end of the day.

He's grown in confidence, independence, and social skills, and always comes home chatting about his day. The nursery has a lovely balance of structured learning and play, and they value outdoor time (encouraged to go in the garden every day). Communication with parents is great. We're always kept updated on his progress and activities. It really feels like a nurturing, happy environment where children thrive.

Our little boy Riley went to The old school house day nursery from age 1 to 3 and we couldn't have asked for a better place for him. The Robins Room where he first started was amazing. The staff were so kind and caring and we'll always be especially grateful to Amy, Riley's key worker, who made such a difference in helping him settle and feel happy. He loved the activities and we saw him grow in confidence so quickly. The other rooms he moved on to were also brilliant, each giving him new experiences - a special mention to Jo in Squirrels who was fantastic with him. I know the nursery recently received a lower Ofsted rating, but from our experience this doesn't reflect the care and dedication shown. For us, the nursery has always been incredible and we'll always be so so grateful for the wonderful start it has given Riley
