Sunnydale Nursery

Both of our girls are well cared for. They’re always excited to tell us about the fun they’ve had each day and equally as excited to see their teachers each morning. The staff are always kind and welcoming and always keep us up to date with information. They regularly post online what kinds of activities the children are doing as well as regularly updating the individual profiles of the children on the app, which is fantastic to see over time. Can’t recommend this nursery enough; the provision is fantastic, and the children have nothing but good things to say, as well as us parents!

Ever since starting at Sunnydale Nursery, our son has come on leaps and bounds. He loves the staff and the other children there, making friends with both. We only have good things to say and would highly recommend!

My son has been coming here since the age of 11-months-old. He absolutely loves Sunnydale and all the staff and always comes home with mucky knees, so I know he’s had so much fun! I wanted a nursery that is close to home but also that do a lot of outdoor activities, so them being part of forest schools is what drew me to them, and it’s the best decision I made!

I could not wish for a better nursery; thank you to each and every one of you!

My son has been going to Sunnydale Nursery since he was 9-months-old. He loves every second and runs inside each morning to see what games and tasks have been set up ready for the day ahead. He has progressed through the baby room, toddler room and has just started in preschool. He loves all the staff and talks about them when he’s at home too, like friends. Brilliant nursery, and highly recommend.

My youngest has attended Sunnydale for around 4-months now, and she absolutely loves it! Being born in a pandemic, I’ve struggled a lot with her interacting etc, and this nursery has really brought the best out in her. She only attends for one session a week, and the changes made to her have been incredible. My eldest went here before full-time school, and still attends the shack on a Wednesday, and she loves it! Even more so now they offer a fitness box for the older kids, it’s so much fun for them all, and she has always loved this nursery! They do lots outdoors and have a lot of equipment recycled, I absolutely love that! And so do all the kids! They do day trips regular and treat all the children the same. Always there if I need a chat about any of my two, and I couldn’t see my children going anywhere else, to be honest! Love it! Highly recommend it to anyone!

Great place for my two girls. They love the setting and we were really keen to have them go somewhere they could spend a lot of time outdoors and with the ducklings and being situated next to a farm; you can’t ask for much more. The guys working here do a great job and support the girls really well, and they like to fill the days with exciting new activities and adventures.

Would recommend to anyone.

My son loves going to Sunnydale Nursery. He’s 21-months-old. At first, he was a little unsure (he’s only ever been with me), however, the very approachable staff there took this into consideration along with his individual needs and now he wakes up excited to go! My little shadow loves to wave bye to me at the door! This is very reassuring! The ladies are lovely there. Would definitely recommend it!

Both my girls have been at Sunnydale Nursery and I cannot find a fault at any of the staff or the nursery. Everyone is kind, caring and welcoming. My eldest who has been at Sunnydale Nursery absolutely loved her time there and she often talks about her time at nursery, she misses all the staff. My youngest also absolutely loves nursery, she's so excited in a morning to get her clothes on and go. My youngest daughter is really shy and wasn't sure at first. She has two favourite staff members at preschool. I cannot thank Sunnydale Nursery enough for how they have helped my daughter in her social skills and her confidence. I had a small issue with hours and the manager kindly swapped my daughter to mornings and I cannot thank her enough. I think the hardest part of being a parent is trusting strangers to care for your child in a nursery setting. I would highly recommend Sunnydale Nursery! The care and love that they give is second to none and I'm so so grateful to them all, I know my daughter will miss everyone, so will I.

A lot of family and friends recommended Sunnydale Nursey to me, so I thought I would go and view the place and see what it was like. My little boy absolutely loved it on our first visit, he didn't want to come home and looked very happy to be there. I also love the location of the nursery, out of the way and with lots of field behind them, which the children go out and explore! That's another reason why I chose this nursery; most activities are outdoors, and my little boy loves to be outside playing and exploring! The only thing that is a pain is going down the lane to the nursery, there are a lot of potholes, which is not great for the car! So it's best to leave your car down the street, but apart from that, I can't say a bad word about this nursery. I would highly recommend!

I would recommend the nursery to anybody looking for one for their child, my little girl went when she was five months old and I was so nervous to leave her there but it was the best thing I could of done for her! She absolutely loves it, she always arrives with a smile as soon as she sees the nursery or any of the staff members. All of the staff members are brilliant and couldn’t ask for anything more, my daughter has so much fun which I see from the photos taken and the smile on her face when I pick her up.

My little boy currently attends the nursery; he started in 2019 coming from a different setting, which did not cater for his extra needs. He was always upset going there, but since moving him to Sunny Dale, he has come on leaps and bounds. His first day leaving him was a dream; he went straight in greeted by the staff, and he always smiles when they answer the door. He goes in happy, and he has never come back home unhappy after being at nursery. I can’t thank the staff enough for the help and support with him, going above and beyond to help, and nothing is too much to ask of them.

My son attends during the school holidays. I’m never forgotten when it comes to Facebook reminders about The Shack and during the lockdown, I was included when querying opening for the children. I can’t recommend the ladies at the nursery enough! They are always so kind and happy when seeing them. I never feel anxious to leave my son, after such a long time away from the nursery! It’s like he’s been going regularly! He always comes home happy, with lots of stories of his day, and the girls always wave me off telling me to have a good day! The emails/post are always informative and relevant when tagged. Well worth the pennies spent to send him to Sunnydale.
