I just started my two year old daughter off at this nursery as I heard great reviews on it. She comes home every day from nursery so excited to tell me about her day and what she did there. She has a really good connection with one of the people who work there. When she was settling in she had a few
hard days where she didn’t want to leave my side, but they helped wean her in and make her days enjoyable to the point she loves going and on her days where she’s at home she’s always asking about going nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery as my daughter loves it, they do so many activities with the little kids, they do loads of outings and many more.

My son has been attending Little Me Day Nursery for the past 9 months, starting in the babies room.
We have nothing but positive things to say about his carers, who have always been attentive, nurturing, and patient with our little one. He is always excited and happy to go to nursery and is full of
energy and smiles when we pick him up at the end of the day. While there were times in the past when I felt they didn't manage illness reporting very well, they listened to parent concerns and adjusted their practices -which is exactly what you'd want.
Even though they do not have a dedicated outdoor space, they are always taking the children out to a nearby green space. They also organize a large variety of indoor activities and local trips around the neighbourhood.
For us, the most important thing is that they have created a safe, friendly, and inviting environment for my son, so I am very happy with our choice of nursery.

My little one has been at Little Me for the last 3.5 years and my youngest almost for 1 year. I am so incredibly grateful for the work of management and the lovely carers. There is genuine love, care, and attention for the development of the little ones. They excel at bringing diverse very stimulating
activities which are inspiring to the kids - things like introducing real animals to take care of, understanding nature, bringing real-life people from the police and fire brigade to explain what they do, theatre, etc. These kinds of experiences are really invaluable. In addition to this, Little Me is awesome at involving parents as part of their learning journey, which in turn strengthens bonds between families creating an awesome community. Management is extremely responsive. I always feel safe, and welcome, and I trust them entirely

It makes it easier to leave your son at nursery when you see him smiling at the carers and looking forward to a day full of activities.
We have been very happy with our choice of Little Me Day Nursery!
The only improvement I would suggest is the way they share details of the children's days.
I would
like to know more details about the activities, how my child is eating (not only how much, is he starting to use cutlery? How the food is presented to him?) and see more than two updates a week.
I wish the management will give this matter a thought.

I am really happy with the support I receive from the team in the education and care of my son. I know they are always open when I need to share information or follow up about the education of my son. They even give me some tips and recommendations to follow at home, working as a team for potty training
for example. My son is happy and really happy with his key person in the nursery. Big thank you to the team.

Our 4 year old and nearly 2 year old have both been at Little Me Day Nursery since they were 8 months old and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
They are kind and compassionate but they're also professional and really care about the provision for each and every child.
They also make
up for not having outdoor space by taking them on purposeful outings every day which our children have always talked in detail about.
We're already dreading the day when we have to say bye to the team! Can't recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend Little Me Day Nursery Canada Water. We have received exceptional care for my son for the last 2.5 years. All care workers are very approachable and take great care of kids and have regular sessions to update parents on their progress.

The thing about this nursery is that we don't know what they do on a daily basis and how they do it, but our child has been very happy there from day one. What could be improved is the reporting system. Normally we only receive information on eating and sleeping, but hardly on the activities the child
has engaged with or what they are learning. They do have a list of bullet points on a board in the hallway with the day's activities but it is quite skeleton and it would be nice to get minimal information on how the child has engaged with them e.g. 'We had a walk outside today to' ... and 'He has really enjoyed role play'..' and 'He is learning numbers'... This is especially important for parents of children who do not speak yet and in view of blackouts in the app. That said, the staff is lovely, attentive, cheerful and well-prepared and our boy loves it, which is all that matters to us. Heartfelt thanks to all staff for their hard work.

We’ve been with Little Me for three years, with children going through all the rooms. We are really happy, and our kids have always been really happy.
Caring and accommodating staff. Responsive admin. Lovely people.

My daughter has been there for almost three years and my youngest just joined them three months ago. We are very happy to have Little Me Day Nursery and its amazing staff! There is no outdoor space connected to the facility but the woodlands, docks and decathlon sports facilities cover very well for
it.

The team at Little Me are superb! My daughter started last year at the age of one and loves her carers. Unfortunately due to moving, we have to take her out soon and I know her last day will be as sad for her as it will be for us her parents.
Whenever we pick her up, her carers always take the time
to go through her day and are always very smiley and energetic, which after looking after so many children through the day can't be easy, but they always make me or my partner feel like they really care about her day and well-being.
We can't thank Little Me enough!

My daughter first started at Little Me Day Nursery Canada Water at 11 months and has recently transitioned to the Toddler room - she is always so excited as we approach the nursery. I love hearing about all of the fun activities they get up to and they frequently arrange seasonal events for the parents
to attend as well. Although there is no outdoor space, they are always on outings. The staff clearly know all of the children really well which makes us feel very comfortable as parents. They are also always very flexible with booking in ad-hoc days if we need them. Thank you!

My child has attended Little Me since the baby room and is now in the toddler room. All of his transitions have been very smooth and have shown through his happiness in each room. My son has taken part in many extra curricula sessions such as sports sessions at decathlon which has helped improve his
physical ability too! My son has come on leaps and bounds showing an understanding of his letters and sounds, as well as number recognition. He is always taking part in fun creative activities which I see through the learning book app. He shows comfortability with all staff, and he will often talk about them at home and shows excitement on the way to nursery. Can not recommend this nursery enough! Thank you, Little Me.

It is with a huge degree of sadness that we have to write this. Unfortunately, our 26-month-old son was left severely traumatised after a settling-in procedure that we later on discovered did not follow standards. He was moved into the main room where my wife was unable to enter (due to COVID policy),
and left to cry it out for up to two hours. Upon collection, my wife was told he had only been crying for ten minutes.
His behavior changed immensely afterwards. My wife had to leave work for one month due to acute separation anxiety. Our once confident and relatively independent son suffered post-traumatic flashbacks and rehearsals of the incident for up to three months. Almost six months later, he continues to suffer from stranger anxiety and stress, particularly in enclosed rooms with children.
The head of the nursery has profoundly apologised and said the staff did not follow the settling-in procedure. Sadly we felt this was not a safe and trusted place where he could be looked after.

We've had and still continue to have a good experience with Little Me nursery. Our boy started at 12 months in babies, moved to Teenies and is now in Toddlers. We had several issues which management worked through positively. We had constant reassurance that the issues we faced were just a phase and
that soon seemed to be the case. They hold lovely events where families can get involved. The only downside is that there is no access to outdoor space but with constant push they have been good to ensure the kids are taken out regularly. Other than that, communication is great and I feel as though I am kept well informed. My boy has grown from a baby to a toddler and absolutely loves going to nursery in the morning.

Little Me are a very warm, professional outfit and I would definitely recommend them to others. Even during the pandemic, they have continued to continue effectively and safely. There has been the odd one or two cases of Corona, it would inconceivable to think there wouldn’t be. A good job done by
