Bright Horizons at 44 St Swithin

My son has come on leaps and bounds in terms of confidence in the time he has been at Bright Horizons at 44 St Swithin. He is as happy to be dropped off as he is to be picked up. We are so happy with his development with you guys. You give him the safety and care needed for him to be who he wants to be.

The staff are very enthusiastic and create a wonderful and diverse learning environment for the children.

Couldn't be happier with the nursery and the girls in the baby room. We have seen so many amazing improvements in our child since joining.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for 2 years now and we have nothing but praise. The staff are always so attentive and supportive and our daughter is very happy here.

It's clear to see that my daughter feels safe and happy when at nursery. She talks excitedly about her day and her development since attending the nursery continually exceeds my expectations. I believe this is credit to the excellent staff there. I recently attended the nursery to perform some Scottish tunes on the pipes and drums for St Andrews day and I could see the children enjoyed this experience. It's great that the nursery provide these types of experiences for the children's education and pleasure. I was able to see first-hand the interaction between the staff and children and how they encompass fun with teaching.

My daughter has been at this nursery for nearly a year and we cannot fault the nursery at all. My daughter loves the nursery so much and so do we. The room is lovely and the girls are so friendly and really know their stuff. I feel so relaxed dropping her off for her days here and would highly recommend it to other parents, without a doubt.

I cannot fault the warm reception I get when I come to drop off and pick up my daughter. The staff are always open to listen to my questions and any information I need to pass on about her. Everybody is so friendly, but each and everyone demonstrates such a high level of competence and understanding. I have never been worried about my child once being in their care and trust their decision-making, 100%. I was pleasantly surprised at just how interactive the nursery is with us, as a family and the community they have around them. I go to work every morning, confident that my child's every want and need is met and she always ends the day with a huge smile on her face. There's no doubt that this is a safe, creative, warm and unique nursery.

Since starting nursery, it is clear my son is being really well cared for. The staff in his room are all extremely friendly and seem to have built a lovely relationship with him. The app that the nursery use to communicate with you during the day, is fantastic and updated very regularly, with both information about mealtimes and naps, as well as lovely pictures of him playing throughout the day. Also, through the app, we received a summative report that had a great amount of detail about his learning and progress. So far, I'm really glad I chose 44 St Swithin.

Completely loved my grandmother visit. The staff were so lovely and caring towards the children and us. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. They knew actually what my granddaughter loves to play with and empowered her to enjoy it. The actual playroom was so nice, practical and inviting. My favourite was the sensory toys. Brilliant visit. Can't wait for the next one!

My child has attended the baby room for approximately five months. In that time, he has progressed and developed into a happy and confident little boy, that is thriving and loves the nursery. The nursery is fantastic and all staff and management go above and beyond for all the children. I can clearly see that all the staff care so much about the children and take pride in their work. I really enjoy the interactive app that the nursery uses to update and upload photos of what the children have been up to every day. I have not had any concerns or worries and feel confident every day that my child gets the highest quality of care, support and love in my absence.

Both my children have attended Bright Horizons at 44 St Swithin and I couldn’t have hoped for a better place to entrust my kid's care. The manager goes over and above to create a family feel and there has been virtually no staff turnover in the 6-years my kids have attended. I love the introduction of the new app which allows me to see what my son has been up to all day.

Our 10-month-old son started at Bright Horizons, 44 St Swithin, in March 2022 and we cannot praise the staff enough! They have been so kind and understanding of how difficult it can be to leave your child and they went above and beyond to ensure additional settling in sessions to make sure our son was happy before I started back at work. The app they operate is fantastic, keeps us up to date and we get photos and videos throughout the day. Our son is growing in confidence after only a short time in their care. The staff are always so quick to get back to any query that we have and communicate with us throughout the day. We are beyond delighted with our son’s placement at Bright Horizons, 44 St Swithin.

We've had no issues since our son started at Bright Horizons just before his first birthday and he's now about to turn 5. He's come on leaps and bounds. All the staff are lovely and it's lovely to see what they all get up to throughout the day, on the app. I will be sad when it's time to leave to start primary school, but he's so ready for school. Both of my children have attended this nursery from the age of 1 year old and we have been delighted with the care they have received. The biggest asset, is all the amazing staff, who put in so much effort to ensure the little ones have the best experience. Children are never bored and I always enjoy seeing the picture of what they get up to during the day. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to any other parents.
