I have always been extremely satisfied with the care that they have received. The staff in all departments are very professional and trustworthy and the nursery manager and deputy are highly organised and attentive. I feel lucky to have such an excellent care provider for my children - when I leave them at the nursery I know that they will be safe and well looked after.
One of my children has severe multiple food allergies and the approach of the management and all staff has been fantastic with this. They have been able to address all the safety issues around food, possible cross contamination and reactions from the environment but in a way that also allows my child to be part of the group, get stuck in and have fun with the other children. My anxiety about leaving my child has been totally removed by their helpful and proactive approach.
