Partou Woodlands Park Day Nursery & Forest School

Our son has been attending Woodlands Park for over 18 months. The staff and facilities are very good, we always have good overview/information from the staff and feel that our son's development and learning at Woodlands Park is developing well. I like that the staff allow him to choose his keyworker based on bonds/relationships, rather than him being allocated someone.

Overall it's been a great experience, I have seen a huge development in my son. His confidence, speech and independence have improved since starting nursery. This is all due to the commitment of the staff and effort they put in to ensure all individual targets are met. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are always updated with new toys and displays.

Lovely nursery and very helpful and cooperative staff and management. Facilities are very good, especially the outside space. My son had changed and developed in many ways over the last three months. My son loves coming to Woodlands Park. He spends most of his days camped out in the forest school with others and learns skills that I couldn’t even dream of him learning at such a young age. He has come home telling me fabulous stories of cooking the full dinner on the campfire out of food that he dug up himself. The staff are fantastic and provide wonderful, rich learning opportunities. He is fond of all the adults and talks warmly about some of the extra activities that he does such as Makaton and Spanish. Academically, he has learnt to write his name and all his initial letter sounds, all thanks to the staff at Woodlands Park. We will be so sad when he moves on to big school and wish he could stay freely exploring in the forest school forever!

Safeguarding requirements are thorough and he is really well cared for also. Thank you!

Lovely nursery in an amazing setting with caring staff. My two year old started here when he was one years old and has made amazing progress since starting.

We have been over the moon with the care provided to our son at Woodlands Park, he attends 3 days a week and has so much fun whilst he's there. After a slow start with him taking a while to settle in (due to his personality!) he now couldn't be happier or more settled. The bond he has with the girls in the room is so lovely, I love the fact that he has had a key worker throughout who he absolutely adores. The staff do some lovely activities with the babies such as messy play, painting and baking as well as lots of playing outside. The food they eat while they are there is so varied too, he eats pretty much anything now, which was not the case before he started! The facilities are the best I've seen, as well as the nursery being off the beaten track, which we liked, the nursery itself is great with an absolutely fantastic outdoor area and brilliant interactive rooms! I will definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for a nursery to send their child to.

My daughter has attended this nursery for the past 2 years and she has enjoyed it thoroughly. The nursery, the service and the staff are all excellent. I feel at ease knowing she enjoys her time there. She has been in four different rooms during her time and has enjoyed it most in early education. The staff in that room have been amazing and I will be sad to see her leave such an amazing learning environment.

The team at Woodlands have really helped settle my daughter into her room. I'm really happy with all their team and the fun activities they do here. I'm happy with her file and how approachable the staff are. Very happy and looking forward to seeing my daughter progress and develop here.

Woodlands Park has been absolutely fantastic. My son has spent 2 years at the nursery and has seemed to enjoy every minute. He has told us he will miss nursery when he starts school. Both the staff and the facilities are outstanding. We could not recommend the nursery enough.

I can't fault Woodlands at all, our little girl was so shy and reserved before she started here but the staff at Woodlands have brought her on so much and now our little girl is so confident and bright. She is going to miss Woodlands so much but she is ready for big school! We can't thank you enough, we will all miss you. Thank you!

My daughter loves coming to school and has fantastic days at the nursery playing with her friends. I will recommend the school to everyone.
