My daughter absolutely loves the nursery and the staff! She started when she was 7 months old and she is now 14 months old. At first, she found it a little difficult to settle, being so young- but the staff were so accommodating, supportive and helpful that within a couple of weeks, she had settled in really well! The staff made me, as a new mum leaving her little one for the first time, feel at ease and reassured me that she would be fine- in which she was! I received very thorough feedback about her day and they were happy to answer any questions I had. I cannot praise the nursery enough! They provide great and stimulating activities and teach the children good etiquette and manners from such a young age! My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending the nursery and I’m very grateful to have found a place in which I feel my daughter is in the best care and so well looked after by such lovely members of staff!

My little boy started Cotton Tails Hagley in August 2016, he really enjoys his days there and the nursery is really welcoming and the staff are superb. I have noticed his development since he started and the staff are really attentive in helping him in areas he needs extra support. An all round lovely nursery.

My daughter started attending Cotton Tails at Hagley when it opened and I couldn't be more pleased with the nursery. The staff are fantastic and they look after my daughter wonderfully. She enjoys the day thoroughly and I can leave her in the morning feeling confident she will be cared for at high standard.

We relocated to Hagley and I needed to find a new nursery for our son who had been in his current nursery setting since he was 5-months old. I was immediately impressed with the manager who was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff have been wonderful in helping him to settle into his new setting, nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile on their face, and in turn, the children are happy and always well occupied with lots of activities and days out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cotton Tails at Hagley to prospective parents.

I won't hesitate to recommend the nursery. In fact, 2 of my close friends are already planning to send their babies.

Since being at nursery my daughter has come on so much in her development. Her speech and understanding astound me.

The bright, airy atmosphere within the nursery is so child friendly and welcoming. I always feel 100% comfortable leaving my daughter whilst I work, knowing she is cared for in such a fantastic setting.
