Cotton Tails at Hagley

We couldn't be happier with the care and dedication shown by the staff at Cotton Tails at Hagley. Every single member of the team is incredibly invested in the children's development and happiness, and it's clear they go above and beyond every day. They create such a warm and nurturing environment where children thrive. It's an absolute pleasure to send our child here, knowing they're in such capable and caring hands. We've seen so much progress and joy in our child, and it's all thanks to the amazing work of the staff. Highly recommend.

A truly fantastic setting with wonderful caring staff. Every effort goes in to caring for the children, with brilliant resources. My only regret is that we didn't make the move to Cotton Tails at Hagley sooner. Amazing.

My little boy has attended Cotton Tails at Hagley for around 18 months now and I couldn't have picked a nicer childcare setting. Educationally, he has learnt loads and the setting has really helped with his language and socialising skills. The activities that they do with the children are excellent and all the staff are really caring and supportive. I look forward to seeing how much more he will thrive there before he starts kindergarten and school.

We love Cotton Tails at Hagley! Our daughter started when she was 1 and has worked her way through all the rooms. She’s now in School Room which has been fantastic at preparing her to start school. Her confidence has come on so much and the support of the staff has just been incredible. She has always been so excited every day to come and play with her friends. The activities that are planned for them including the trips out, the meals, the learning, everything has been amazing. The staff support has been second to none - always so friendly greeting us when we arrive and leave and always great with communicating to parents. Our daughter will really, really miss everyone when it’s time to start school. I wouldn’t hesitate to send any future children we have here!

This nursery is wonderful and my daughter really enjoys herself. I have recently started my son there too and he has already become more comfortable in such a short space of time. I highly recommend this nursery to all parents and I am comfortable leaving my children in such a safe environment!

My daughter is currently at Cotton Tails at Hagley Day Nursery and has been looked after by the manager and the team for over a year now. Our daughter has never once gotten upset when we drop her off and that is testament to the environment created at the nursery, the compassion and care shown by every member of staff and the exciting and engaging activities that she is involved in daily. She loves her days at nursery and I trust the staff implicitly that they will take the very best care of her. I look forward to watching my daughter flourish whilst in their exceptional care.

I have seen my child go from strength to strength since he joined Cotton Tails Day Nursery at the age of 1 in terms of language, confidence, independence and interactions with others. He absolutely loves going to nursery and has started to try and stay when I pick him up because he loves it that much!

My 3-year-old child has been attending since 13 months old and has loved every room they have been in. All the children and staff are lovely. They encourage healthy eating and lifestyle both at nursery and for families to participate at home. Now my child is in the last year they are encouraging independence. My child's confidence has grown and they have lots of friends and are socially advanced for their age due to the environment at the nursery. Now in the school room, they're teaching the skills as part of the early years' curriculum.

Our son has been attending Cotton Tails at Hagley Day Nursery for around eight months, he loves going there and the staff are so good with him. We look forward to receiving the app notifications each day he is there and seeing what fun activities he has been doing.

I receive updates daily on her development and couldn't be any happier with the care she receives while she is with them.

The nursery is top-class. Impeccably clean, staff always present with a smile and if feels like they genuinely care about the well-being and development of our children. Daytime activities are varied and well documented and reported.

We absolutely love Cotton Tails Day Nursery. Our daughter has been there since she was 10 months old and absolutely loves it. She has thrived there and now she is 2 we know just how happy she is too. We get lots of feedback, lovely activities for her to take part in and the staff are wonderful; particularly the manager who I cannot speak highly enough of. The rooms are big, bright and clean with loads of lovely toys and activities.

All teachers are lovely.
